The Staff is awesome great people always willing to go that extra mile even if you wanted something in particular

Decided to get a new to us washer and dryer set, The dryer and washer get here last night and the dryer first off does not come with a lint catcher and the door didnt stay shut. I come home to use it tonight and it doesnt start, it lights up but does not start. My husband called earlier in the day and told them about the lint trap and door and they said they would send us out a new one on Monday.. when I got home and noticed that it didnt even work at all I called and Matt was very unhelpful.. all he could tell me was sorry thats the best he could do until Monday!! do they not check their appliances before them leaving the door?? we got a TV from them a few months ago and it was supposed to just be a TV to hang out for a little while until we could get the TV we ordered and they never did give us a call back.... Needless to say Im taking my business somewhere else this place is a joke their management is a joke its just ridiculous! Youre supposed to make the customers happy not sell them junk!!!!

I have Autism and i highly appreciate staff that are well trained with special needs and they surpassed my dreams and i can’t wait to meet with y’all friday! I moved 7 months ago and these guys put holes in our brand new couch. After numerous calls about replacing our couch still nothing they always say they will call back but no one ever does yet we still make our payments every month to be ignored!!!!....worst customer service I have ever seen once this is paid WE will NEVER use RAC again you will see the damages they created and are only offering a patch job 8 months later as we reported this back in February 😡😡😡😡

John the manager at this store is not only an excellent manager but he is very people oriented as well as the staff who work here. The products I have rented to own from this location has never failed me. I recommend this store here in New Braunfels to anyone who is looking for great quality products that they provide

Horrible service, made a payment over the phone to pay my tv off, was told to come back Monday to fix the issue. Came back was told to swipe my card again and was told to com back AGAIN when the funds hit my account. Then to RETURN to swipe my card again!Never again

They rent out trash dont bother!!!!
