Rude! Explained clearly what I wanted, gave the name of the product, and the person in pharmacy didnt know what it was. She then asked me where it was located. I said, well Im not sure.... She interupted me, cutting me off and said Im going to connect you to the manager up front....ring, ring, and disconnected. They have a 1.8 star rating. Stellar, CVS.

I was thrown out of this CVS today at 1:20pm for not wearing a mask, however I was checking to see if my Asthma medicine was ready for pick up in the pharmacy. The cashier wanted proof I have a breathing condition before she would let me back inside the store. You can NOT ask for medical records from the general public!!

Poor customer service in pharmacy.

Get a text about a prescription I dont know what it is. Called them and after holding 20 min. Got disconnected. Called back and on hold after 30 min I hung up. Very frustrated that I could not talk to anyone.
