The owner is the sweetest woman. Very clean inside. The pineapple and vanilla mixed together is really good as well as the mochi topping! There is tons of seating, so it is a great indoor place in the heat.

You can definitely tell there are new owners. The place was spotless and the customer service was awesome. We frequently visit this Orange Leaf location and I have to say there is an amazing improvement with the new owners. And as always, the frozen yogurt is delicious! Look how cute my daughters yogurt looks. They really went all out to make her happy.

We had a cake made here and it was absolutely fantastic. Not only did it taste delicious and the entire family thought it was real ice cream. But the manager out did herself with our unusual design request. My son loves pokemon. Last year we used BR for a red pokeball ice cream cake and it was sloppily put together. Here the owner went above and beyond and delivered on a beautifully executed great ball designed cake!! My son couldnt have been more thrilled!! I 100% reccomend this place for cakes. We will be getting all of our cakes from here from now on. Fantastic customer service the owners are such a delight to talk to.

The Orange Leaf on 46 is awesome. The service is great and the food too. The bathrooms are super clean and smell good too. Great place to have a birthday party or just get some good stuff to snack on.

I put a one star for Lack no stars not being an option. I rented a cabin for a week in the area and while everything about my trip was one for the books, my First visit ever with my Sister and my family to this place was just awful. We came from swimming all day so of course no ones in their sunday best, there were 7 of us in all and we spent Good money. From the start we were not greeted or shown how the procedure works, this was our first time, Once my first nephew finally did get started with his cup and on to toppings the man behind the counter was so rude. He did not wash his hands or wear gloves After dealing with another customer before helping my nephew, then he rushed him and took the point out of the entire experience really. He still cont. to not follow any type of sanitary conditions and wash his hands or clean between transactions, he was so rude to All the kids down the line. Really just ruining the whole experience. When I made a comment that he hadnt washed his hands or wore gloves he literally Snarled his face and said Oh we are clean Here, and continued to be ugly. The young lady with him was a bit better and she had gloves on But this guy was just mean, unsanitary and hostile. We will Never spend our money here again, Im sure He whomever he is will not lost one ounce of sleep, you have to have a heart for that, But we did nothing wrong, Still spent Alot of money and simply wanted some ice cream. I wont apologize if someone else has a problem with my existence. I as an adult can Turn the other cheek, But shame on you Sir for being so awful to children.

OMG... I seriously recommend that yall try out the Frozen Yogurt at Orange Leaf in West Point Village, located across the parking lot of the HEB at Hwy-46/337. You will not be disappointed. Its such a great alternative to ice cream... and the topping choices are endlessly yummy! They also offer milk shakes, smoothies, acai bowls, and custom made cakes! BTW... my personal fav, is the coffee yogurt, its so good!Open 7-days a week, Family Owned and Operated for 2 years... and our patronage will help keep this small NB Business open and thriving. Stop by for a late night treat while visiting New Braunfels. We have a place like this back home that has frozen yogurt so was please to find this place. Was not disappointed.

Well; I have to Edit my original review because my experience today was wonderful. I met the manager of the store and she was the sweetest person. She was so helpful & just gushing about her mother. She was going on about how much she loves working with her family & I could tell she was being sincere.She really was a sweetheart. I didn’t tell her who I was because I wanted an authentic experience. If they know you are not satisfied, they usually put on a act for you to look better. I can’t give 5 star because my first time was so disappointing, but today was much better. The yogurt was also delicious both time.

I love this place for sugar free frozen yogurt. I cant have anything but the sugar free but my husband certainly tries all the flavors. I like the fact I can add nuts & berries to my yogurt. Enough flavors & add - ons to please every member of the family.

NEW MANAGEMENT! The owner is so sweet and cute. Im very sensitive to dairy and so thought Id just get a bowl of toppings, but she kindly showed us the dairy free options. Great toppings that you can tell are fresh and kept clean, including fresh fruit and candy options. Hate it when your toppings are all mixed together and gummy looking. Machines were super clean, and the whole place smelled nice. All good signs for me. Raspberry lemonade yogurt was delicious. Perfect for summer! Great little frozen yogurt place and you can tell they take pride in what they do.

The owner is SO kind and helpful. You can tell she really values the quality of the ingredients and yogurt available both from speaking with her and when digging in.

Hands down, this is the BEST Frozen Yogurt in New Braunfels!! The staff is extremely friendly and it is always clean and smelling great. The toppings area is always clean and organized too. I dont know how anyone go go anywhere else!! Keep it up guys!! 😊

I was very disappointed in my visit today they overcharged me, we pointed out the mistake and they pretty much just told me well theres nothing we can do about it I was not given a refund even though I was charged twice they knew this and they did not even give me a free cup for the next visit all they said is we can do nothing about it. I dont know what to do and they gave me a coupon for buy 1 get 1 free but they still kept the money that they over charged me for I just do not understand how they can just keep my Money. I will be talking to management Soon.

This location is generally very clean, uncrowded, and fully stocked and all machines working.

The staff is super nice, and social. Made me feel welcome with all of my friends here, the yogurt is also super good!!

Great place for a nice cold cup of frozen goodness. Usually a clean fun atmosphere with benches outside for outdoor seating as well. We always enjoy a trip to orange leaf.

Disappointed in the flavor options, no original tart and the dairy free options have food coloring :/
