UPDATE: I was very please qith the owners reponse to my original review. They fixed the issue and even gave me a free pint of the flavor I had been requesting. Thank you and as always very friendly staff.We have literally called every week for 2 months to see if the have the pineapple coconut no sugar added flavor. Everytime we have called we have requested this flavor and everytime the employees have said we will talk to the manager or the owner will be here today doing inventory so we can ask them to get the flavor. And still they never have the flavor. Its so frustrating. But i do have to say the staff is always nice and friendly and it just seems like the owner or the management is not listening to the customers requests.

Preordered an ice cream cake online and went to pick up at the designated time and they hadnt even started the cake. Waited over an hour for the manager to make the cake and it looks awful. Its lopsided and sloppy. Worse experience Ive ever had with Baskin Robins. The manager was just making excuses and blaming others for not having the cake ready. Very disappointed.

Okay I want to send an amazing review out for Garrett, Called to order a few quarts of ice cream and he was amazingly sweet. His kindness and wonderful attitude stands out to me because it’s so rare, he went above and beyond for me. A little kindness goes a long way and you really helped turn a stressful day for me into a good one. You’re awesome Garrett! You deserve a promotion! Keep up the amazing work you do, it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.

Just a heads up if you are trying to support business who are pro freedom this isn’t the place to go. I tried to go in and get some ice cream last night and was discriminated against because I won’t wear a mask for health and religious reasons. While they do have curbside I cannot in good faith support a business that feels it is ok to discriminate. I write this review so others can make that choice for themselves. I went to Dairy Queen instead and even though they only have drive thru they didn’t discriminate against me. Also I feel I must add the mask mandate is not a law, Texas state legislature has not made it a law nor have we voted to make it a law.

Bought an ice cream cake a while back manger was very rude when i called because they messed up my cake. I went back thinking maybe she was have a bad day that day so I went back with my family she gave my wife and son a lot of attitude worst experience never again!

A good first job for a teen or a second job for extra income. Busiest is during the summer, slowest in the winter. Special holidays bring in the crowds.

I dont often do bad reviews, but this was my biggest ice cream let down ever! Went in yesterday during the pandemic and was chocked how bad the hygiene was. The lady never changed the gloves even after payments and touched everyones cones with the same glow. I de to stay since we celebrated someone in the families birthday,and went to order a royal banana Sunday to get it in a cup so the lady would not touch the cone... Big mistake! She touched all the banana pieces with the same nasty glows... Didnt wanna drama since it was pretty packed, took the ice cream threw it in the trash ($6). I would not have ate it handled that gross ever but socially not when we have a pandemic... With 10 years experience in the food industry I cant watch such bad food handling hygiene.

I love bringing my son here. There are only 4 or 5 tables and very few seats. So plan on not staying too long, if at all. No drive thru at this location. They have all the traditional flavors and are constantly introducing new flavors. This establishment in particular is a smidge dated, but still clean. Only use the bathroom if you must....the staff are just so sweet and helpful. 3 stars for limited seating and bathroom cleanliness. I do recommend this establishment.

Service was at best alright. Employees come across as though had someplace better to be. Store was not kept clean at all. Like self service clean your own table and chairs. Don’t understand why tubs are so deep. Get some random person rubbing their arm around sides of it loosing arm hair and what ever else or dirt sleeve. Think DQ or Sonic is our next time.

So I couldnt get through on the phone line but I made a comment on a post and jason layh responded immediately and asked me what I needed and had the employees fix it right there, I was too paranoid to go in because there were others inside and he made a call and they brought it out for me and I never had to get out🙌🙌🙌 he went above and beyond for me and I couldnt appreciate him and the staff at baskin robbins enough. Thank you for being so helpful🙌🙌🙌

Good ice cream selection. Friendly staff. I’ve been here a few times throughout the year and every time it has been dirty. They could pay more attention to the cleanliness of their place, but other than that, good ice cream joint.

Walked over from jumpy place with the kids, ice cream was good at all Baskin Robbins is, the space just felt dated and tired. Im not sure how to liven the place up, but we just didnt get the fun vibe here. The girl working was nice and did a great job.

Baskin-Robbins fees for their self with a quality ice cream. Come in choose your cone come in choose your shake. Get an ice cream cake or you can come in and get pre pack ice cream. But if you want one of the best shakes in the world get the world class chocolate shake! Now stop reading this and go enjoy!

My daughter has peanut and tree nuts allergies. She asked for a clean scoop and all the guy did was get a scoop thats in the same rinse container and rinsed it out with water. Normally these will be done by getting a clean scooper and scoop out from a new batch or unused batch in the back not from the same batch thats potentially been cross-contaminated. We always carry our childs emergency packs just in case. These folks need some extra training with focus on proper precautions for customer with certain allergies. Theres only a couple of places Ive seen that actually practice such precautions and none of it were ever BR locations.

Very disappointed we placed an order for a cake week in advance and when we went to pick it up they haved even started on the cake. The gentleman that help us was helpful and glad that the cake lady that makes the cake came in on her day off the get it done for us.

Please stay on top of cleaning the tables in between customers, but good ice cream & will continue to come :)

I just got my order and its wrong.. I told them my order a couple of times and the girls just giggle... You need better personal in the store, this is the first time I complain... You need to hire people that dont laugh at custumers like those teen girls

Went into this location yesterday afternoon for an ice cream cake and decided to get myself a scoop of ice cream. The women that helped me, Jaslyn, was very rude and of zero help. Even to the point of ringing up the cake but not the scoop of ice cream and then telling me AFTER I paid that she didnt ring up the scoop of ice cream and asking, with attitude, if I still wanted it. Very unpleasant with the other people in the store also. When I was walking in the couple that was leaving said Beware, apparently shes having a bad day. She was also not wearing a hair net or hat while serving people so I guess its a good thing she didnt want to sell me that scoop of ice cream.

I can get the flavors they have anywhere else in town. The only flavor I absolutely loved was daqari ice and the past 2 times they were out which is understandable because throughout the day people eat it so it’s not going to be full 24/7. I come back and they no longer sell it. The man working there was rude when he realized I was clearly upset about them not having it anymore since obviously people eat it. I will no longer be coming by there for ice cream when I can get the same flavors at my local Walmart. Disappointed and sad by it not being sold, and the service I received.

Love Baskin-Robbins but I dont understand why I keep getting charged different amounts every time I go.Went and got a waffle ice cream cone on July 20 and 26 and it was $3.24. Went back July 31 and got the same thing for $2.70. Went back Aug. 7 and got the same thing and I was charged $4.31! Are ice cream cones different prices on different days/hours?

Ordered through Favor.... 2 triples and a double.Opened the bag and there was an obvious triple and 2 obvious doubles. I called Baskin Robbins and explained what happened. And she responded with “The new girls scoop small and put it into a double” Basically telling us we still are missing ice cream. No apology or we will fix it. NOTHING! Gave the phone to my fiancé which was told the same. He went up there and they scooped a 2 scoop. Then ran to the back to get and open another tub to put 1 scoop in. Making him hold the 2 scoop (which obviously melted) all 3 ladies had attitudes. This was the WORST customer service! And no I’m not blaming the guy through favor as we were run up for 2 triples and 1 double. PLUS...he even said when he got here “that place has gone down hill! 1/2 the equipment wasn’t working”

Hot out so we decided to get some Baskin Robins Icecream! Unfortunately, a big let down, no hot fudge for the Banana Royale or Sundae! The employees would not accommodate the price due to no management at store! Once again customer gets the bad end of the stick! Store was dirty and no organization! Terrible. Went in there with my kids, ended up not getting anything after seeing that they don’t wear gloves but touch all over the cones. The guy at the register touched the money then grabbed the cones without even washing his hands, while the girl was sorting them out also without washing her hands. Totally disgusting. I mean, how hard it is to wear gloves.

Employees don’t know how to process a gift card. A total of 3 employees and no one can do it.
