The wife and I went shopping for a replacement mattress. Mark at New Braunfels Mattress showed us their awesome selection, answered all our questions, and processed our purchase. After a remodel in early 2020 we bought a new mattress at a San Antonio store. Was supposed to be a firm. After 15 months our back & shoulder pain convinced us wed made a big mistake. This time we went where we should have gone before. The staff at NB mattress helped us find the right one. Icomfort CF4000 was the firmness we needed.Its been exactly 1 week & weve had the best sleep in months.

We are very pleased with our new California King mattress. It was so easy to go into the store, try out mattresses and purchase it. We were wary of shopping during this season of COVID-19, but were very so impressed by how easy and safe our shopping experience was. Delivery was prompt too. The new low profile box springs are perfect for our old fashioned sleigh bed.

I bought my mattress at the San Marcos location and the entire experience was super easy, quick, and free of stress. Jay was able to give me several great options that were under budget. When the mattress and box spring were delivered (and my old set hauled away), the delivery guys were polite and efficient. While I didnt get a ton of discounts that the larger chain mattress stores throw in, my final choice still cost less than the mattresses I was considering from those places. Plus, it feels good to support a local business.

Shopping for a mattress would seem like a pretty average experience with no great expectations. Most stores carry all the same brands with the air of “here it is...blah blah blah.”...take it or leave it attitude. My husband and I were on our hunt when I remembered a friend raved about a mattress store in New Braunfels. So up IH 35 we went. The entire experience was wonderfully positive. Friendly staff, great prices and delivery was scheduled for the next afternoon. So simple. So perfect.

When my son was turning 10 yrs old, all he asked for was a pillow like mine from New Braunfels Mattress Co!! He took that pillow to college and still wont part wth it!! I was recently in the store to purchase another pillow for myself. The folks there wont stop until you have exactly what you want! There’s not a better mattress or pillow store anywhere! Excellent service in-store! We got a great deal on a queen mattress and adjustable base. The only struggle right now is that mattress factories are slow due to COVID. Just be aware of this if you’re purchasing a new mattress! If they have the mattress in their warehouse, delivery time won’t be an issue. We love this store and will definitely be back!
