Andy is an outstanding parts person. Very knowledgeable about different brands of bikes and familiar with the most economical, but good quality aftermarket parts companies. Very friendly, calls promptly when your parts arrive. I highly recommend giving Andy a call for all you motorcycle parts needs.

Mitch the service manager was pleasant and helpful regarding updates on when my machine would be complete. The Polaris service technician was not very thorough. When I got my machine home it ran horrible and this was after a complete service. I check the spark plug and when I pulled the plug boot off it was damaged and just laying on the top of the spark plug. It was obvious that this plug wire had been in poor condition for a while and would’ve been obvious to anybody working on the machine. Very disappointed.

Called to have my Honda Goldwing serviced. Service representative was rude when I told informed him my Honda Goldwing was pre 1995. Informed me even though they advertise Honda Goldwing services they don’t work in n anything pre 1995. When I asked why they had several pre 1995 Goldwing for sale currently he hung up on me.

I am a new rider, and I wanted to purchase my first real motorcycle jacket to have some extra protection on the road. I stopped by for the first time on Thursday at about 5:30pm to see their selection and I believed that I had enough time because they closed at 6pm. When I arrived the window gates were already down and all the employees (who saw me pull in) were busy bringing in the outside showroom. They ignored me. Luckily, the front door was still unlocked. When I entered the showroom I was initially impressed at the selection of bikes and gear, but it the floor was a ghost town. After some time I saw my first employee who did not say hello or ask if I need help. I said Im looking for a new jacket he said okay and quickly turned away and left the gear area. Okay, roger that. I decided to leave at that point around 5:45pm. I then made the turn around on 35 to Woods Cycle Country and entered their show room at 6:00pm (Also Woods closing time) I was greeted immediately and introduced to a gear specialist who worked with me to pick out a $200 jacket. I left at about 6:30. It is a shame that I experienced the level of customer service I did at Kents because I was really interested in the Rebel 500s they have on sale. No amount of savings would make we want to purchase from Kents after my experience. I am sorry to say this because I was really excited to check out the shop. I hope that this review helps the management strategy at Kents so that they will be able to properly assist new riders.

I brought my 2017 Honda Africa Twin DCT in to get my front faring stay replaced. Dropped the bike off along with the part and even took my bike no problem even though I was late. Everyone in the service department was nice and very professional. When I came to get the bike the next day, one of the mechanics came out to give me a rundown on some things with my bike.Overall, it was the BEST experience I’ve had with a service department at a dealership.

Great experience! I live 250 miles from the dealership so everything needed to be perfect when I drove up. I was, pricing was fair and the bike was as represented if not better. Customer service was outstanding. I would rate these guys 5 stars and certainly will go to them first if and when I consider trading.

Im in my sixties and have been riding since the age of 11 so I have seen a dealer or two, this dealership is the most upfront and honest I have dealt with in all my years. We have purchased several machines with them and with 9 grandchildren Im sure we will purchase several more. Decided to buy a new bike, a Goldwing. From the moment I walked into this place to the moment I left everything was pleasurable. It was the easiest buying experience I ever had! Mitch, the salesman, was able to give me a price that was mutually acceptable and a trade-in value on my bike that was mutually acceptable within 10 to 15 minutes. It was the easiest negotiations ever. The prices were good and there was no BS at all! Mark, the finance guy, was very easy to deal with considering that I had no title to the trade-in and I did not live in the area. That took a little longer because of the title issue but he was a pleasure to deal with. Art, the parts guy, was very patient trying to get helmets and a communication system. Very laid-back and eager to please. My wife trying on helmets was probably the funniest part of the whole thing. Andy, the parts guy, was the guy I had the dealings with the least since it was almost at the end of the day and I was trying to get back home, which is 300 miles. He loaded the bike on the trailer did an excellent job. Overall it was in an excellent experience and I would recommend this dealership and crew to anybody. By the way, I am an ex New Yorker and former Army colonel and am not easy to please!

After scouring the interweb looking for a Ruckus, I decided to call Kent Motorsports. The salesman, Mark Martinez was extremely helpful and said they had just received one on trade. I went by and met him and after looking it over decided it was just what I had been looking for. Mark said they would service it and have it ready the next day. The whole experience was very easy and no pressure or BS. We made a deal, Art helped me load it up and I was on my way. I highly recommend this dealer and Mark and Mitch. They are great guys! And they gave me a great deal!

I was worried about the cooling system on my sport bike. I stopped by the service department and the service manager Mitch was super friendly and helpful. Steven, one of the technicians, took time to look over my motorcycle and troubleshoot the cooling system. Steven was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They had me up and running in no time. The guys were so professional and I would definitely recommend them.
Took bike in for 600 mile service and a rear flat tire. Service advisor Gerard and bike tech Steve were very pleasant and polite. Very comfortable environment. Felt like family. Love my Shadow Phantom and love the experience dealing with the service dept. Keep up the good work guys. I went into Kent looking for a Sena headset. Person behind the counter ignored me. I drove to San Antonio to Cycle Gear (Woods did not have the product in stock) and purchased the equipment I was looking for and the employees treated me great. I ended up spending close to $400 between my new headset and various other items. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience over at this establishment due to this same issue, but it will be the last.
Had some battery issues with my Suzuki and they took care of me. Parts guy named Andy was beyond helpful and understanding. Some places took advantage of my ignorance this place took care of me. Go here....honda or not.

The place to go for motorcycle inspection, parts, service. Everyone is nice, knowledgable, and very helpful. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, often with sales. Good selection of riding gear, parts. Some great bikes to look at, some used inventory as well.
Broke down in Gruene Texas when I found Kent Motorsports on my GPS. Mitch and his team got to work immediately with me and we determined what was wrong. A part was needed and nobody in the area had one so they had to overnight it in. They picked up my bike and the next morning part was delivered, installed and they came back to the hotel to pick me up. I was from out of town and had to stay a extra night but they made this a priority to get me back on the road asap. I really appreciate their quick response and they even called me later that day to make sure I made it home OK and the bike ran fine. Great job!

We came in to purchase an ATV . Couldn’t get the salesman to assist. He quoted a couple of prices but did not offer to show us or discuss them—-total waste of our time.We ended up purchasing one from another New Braunfels dealership that had excellent service.
Funny thing is I brought 5 grand to spend on a bike but was told it could not be started... Im just curious if its because it was outside and that meant someone might sweat a little or if there is a problem with the bike itself. Its a shame because the gentlemen were knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. However, I will not purchase something that no one is willing to even start. Good luck to you guys in the future. As for me Ill be looking elsewhere.
First of all.. The salesman, Jason, was great.. Very friendly, and knowledgeable on the Honda I purchased. This review is directed toward the motorcycle shop itself and not Jason.This whole experience with the purchase was unpleasant. While Jason was pretty good about returning my emails quickly, the ladies in the finance office were horrible. The communication was poor and not very timely. Also, the terms of the payment changed before I got there, and were not explained to me. This probably was because no one in the finance office would return my calls. Texts messages were sent, which were very helpful, but they would not reply to text messages very timely either. I was blindsided with longer terms and higher interest rates. The documents I signed had numerous errors with the misspelling of my names in some spots, and misspellings of my home address in others. Also, compared to my previous ATV purchases in the past from other motorcycle shops, Kent seemed to have many more BS fees and drove the price of the ATV a lot higher.Upon arriving at the shop to sign papers, instead of a personal face to face interaction with someone in the finance office, I instead had to complete the transaction via a skype session with someone in San Antonio. I found this to be very impersonal, and insulting. Business should be done on a handshake, and not a computer screen. I wont buy another ATV here ever again.

Great guys.... brought my tire to have it mounted and the service guy Gerardo mistakenly gave me the price to moint if I bought the tire there..... He still honored the price. Mechanic, Steven, test rode the bike and realized the clutch needed adjusting and took care of it for me. Thanks for the great service....Tell your boss I said you need a raise.
Have been going to Kent Motorsports for a couple years now and they have NEVER let me down, Gerardo is EXCELLENT with customers as well as Mitch they are very helpful to any and all questions you need. Every part I have order is the correct part and arrives on time and on top of that I get a call every time anything is ready, no having to guess or check in. Have recommend friends to them and they have no complaints. Oh and its cool that they remember everyone and what everyone rides!!

I tried to buy a bike from this place for my birthday, they ran my credit twice for some reason but said i would be ridding by the end of the day, the next day i called and they said they were working on it, the next day i called and the acted like i was bothering them and said they would let me know when they are done, its been 8 days, i have bought a bike from a competitor and still have heard nothing from them, dont bother they dont need or want your business.

Gerardo, in service, took great of my 2006 VTX 1300 R with a full 15000 mile service. The bike was cleaned and polished like brand new. Service was quick reasonably priced. Great shop, and everyone was super friendly.
I took my bike in for a service to see what wrong with it and I when met Gerardo Magaña he had this positive energy and answered all my questions. When I show him the areas where my bike had problems he made sure he was gonna those problems fixed. When I got my bike back he let me know on what he did and told what to do to make sure the bike is working right. I started the engine and it sounded spectacular it had a huge roar while riding it I felt comfortable riding it. The service did a really good job and I would gladly go back there.
My clutch cable snapped on my motorcycle and I had to have it towed in. The lead guy in service (Smitty I believe) stayed after they closed just to help unload it and make sure it got put inside the building. When I picked the bike up they had also cleaned it and treated the leather and plastic. Great customer service in the service dept!

New Braunfels folks have been my primary mechanics since 2012 with several different bikes over the years (only 1 being a Honda). As with most, they honor military discounts on parts and accessories. Theyve been real easy to work with, between staff and fellow customers theres always advice on tap. Had a flat on I-35 near their Kyle store, commuting to work once, & was their top priority so I could continue onto work. Used to hang in their Selma store when Wifes Fiat was being serviced at the Fiat shop next door. Live about an hour away now and still use the New Braunfels location.

With the covid going on. I pulled up called and they had what I needed.
I came to Honda to see if they had a dual sport bike that could get me to and from work, about 1 mile each way.Mark and another Honda employee suggested I look at the Grom, which would be a lot better for such a short ride. This is what I ended up buying.Mark made the buying process very easy as well. My wife stopped on her way home from work, and within an hour had bought the bike at a good deal.Other dealerships tried to sell me what I asked for instead of what was right for my use. Mark saved me a lot of trouble and in the end got me a bike thats tons of run to ride and is perfect for what I need it for.It’s obvious that Mark is happy selling Hondas and that he believes in the product. It was a no pressure sales pitch; no pressure is needed when you’re selling a great product and are getting your customer what they actually need.

This is the only place I take my Goldwing to get serviced. I bypass 2 other places that can service Goldwings just because I trust Steve to do the work correctly to keep it going safely.

Bike prices & fees were ridiculously high, no room to even negotiate, they are completely out of touch with reality. Sales manager was very rude, another customer even stopped me in the parking lot to ask if the manager had treated me just as bad as him. Rest of the staff was considerate, I fell bad they have to work for this guy.
This is by far my favorite motorsports complex. All the guys and gals there are super friendly. The techs are overqualified. The team down at north35 got me in and out fast. They didnt beat around the bush gave the a great deal on a crf50f for my son. Mitch and Big Momma dont play games, they are as real as real get. They are super friendly very informative, they want to make sure your family during and after your sell. Theyve taken very good care of me and I will def be going back for the remainder of my Honda purchases. They want you safe. They take the time to make sure the machine your buying is the right machine for you. I know, Big momma wouldnt sell me a 600rr once I told her I wanted to start reaching my goal of 200mph. Lol she said Id be better on a GROM and lord knew she was right!!! Love that family there. They are not just a dealer they are Family. Kent Powesports North has a superb servicing team. I was a walk in and when I told the mechanic that I had a balancing issue while leaning on my 2015 cbr600rr; He diagnosed and corrected the issue within minutes. Apparently my axle nuts were too tight, but it rides perfectly now! The prices for services are perfectly reasonable.
LaPresha was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very funny. I will recommend Kent Powersport and LaPresha to everyone i know.
