This is the second time we have used NB Movers. They are AWESOME. They are professional, prompt, courteous, and good at their job. Moving is stressful, and being military we move all the time. We have used New Braunfels moving four times. We moved from out of state and did not know for sure when we would arrive, when our moving truck would arrive, we were just as uncertain when we purchased our house…no idea when we would actually need them. Alejandro and Victoria were both pleasant and helpful with scheduling. Each crew did a great job…I wish I remembered everyone’s names, from Will to Stephen, Daniel, Rob and Landon and everyone in between, that’s for making stressful times that much easier!

By far the BEST moving experience Ive ever had. My husband and I had a very difficult move due to having to put items in 2 different storage areas and had quite a few LARGE and heavy items. Our 3 primary movers; Will, Mark and Roger couldnt have been any better. They arrived on time, with the most positive attitudes and ready to work. I walked them through the house and explained what was moving to our property and what was moving to our storage. It was a LONG day! 2 additional helpers met at the storage unit, Roy and Jamie to help with the off load. We have our items stored in a facility they work with. I WILL be working with this company again when we move into our apartment in about 8 weeks and then when our home is complete. It was so nice to work with a great company that put my stress and mind at ease!

New Braunfels Moving Company was awesome! I have never used a professional moving company before and I was a might nervous about it because of the stories Ive heard and read. We had moved most of our things over already, but needed our furniture and appliances moved and I was already stressed out from various things. This company was great from the time I needed a quote all the way through the very end when the guys were done. It was quite stress free and a great experience for me. Victoria did a wonderful job of getting back to me with a quote, which was very reasonable, that day and following up with me a day or two before hand to ensure everything was still on schedule. When the guys arrived, Will, K.D., and Roger, they introduced themselves and got to work. They were all incredibly great people! They carefully wrapped all our furniture and easily moved everything into their very large trailer. They then transported our belongings, driving with the upmost care, to our new home. They quickly unloaded everything and placed them where I said to after asking me where I would like them. They even disassembled and reassembled our beds perfectly! If I ever need to move again, which wont be any time soon, I hope, I would definitely use them again. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs someone to help them move. Amazing! Our apartment flooded due to a burst pipe during “Snovid21” and New Braunfels Moving Co really came to the rescue! Our experience with the 5 guys that moved us, was VERY impressive and positive. They were awesome to be around, they were fast and delivered everything without a scratch! First off, the company itself was super flexible. I think I probably rescheduled 20 different times and they were accommodating each and every time. Joe, Lewis, and Hy were wonderful during my move. They called in advance to let me know they were on the way and the moment they got there, they got down to business. They moved all of my stuff quickly and efficiently and got it all to fit in my storage unit leaving me plenty of space to add other things if need be. I would definitely recommend this moving company and these group of men specifically. When I move into my house Ill be sure to request their services again.

Moving a parents furniture from a senior facility during a pandemic can be difficult. From my phone call to Alejandro to John and his team performing the move, everything went seamlessly. The facility had their own Covid requirements of movers which New Braunfels Moving Co satisfied with no problems. John and his team performed the move quickly without any problems. John even returned a ring of my. moms which he had found on the floor of her room! I would highly recommend NB Movers to anyone and definitely would use them again.

The New Braunfels Moving Company movers were fast and great!I had two antique cabinets that I was concerned about and they were perfect when the movers brought them in— no scratches and no broken glass. They moved most of our heavy furniture up a flight of stairs and placed everything where we asked. They packed most everything as well.Great job— they packed and moved our three bedroom two bath— two offices and garage in one day.We have unpacked a lot of our furniture and fragile items. I haven’t found anything damaged or scratched.Great job! I highly recommend them.

The next the day they drove 420 miles from New Braunfels TX to Rockwall Texas and arrived at 10:30 a.m. They immediately began offloading our stuff In a professional manner and took directions from my wife and myself as to where we wanted each item placed. The 3 movers did a great job. Their system of moving my furniture and boxes from my one bedroom apartment to my two bedroom apartment worked out fantastic. They were done within 1.5hrs. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Called.. got an estimate and approximate date to unload two large storage units. Then called to schedule actual time. They were able to get it done the same week. Day one three guys arrived on time got right to work! Got about half done and to our house. Had to do two days because of truck availability which we were told up front and had no problem with. We had more stuff than we realized and day two four guys worked very hard all day..added a second truck and got the rest of our things out of both units and into our new house. They checked each item and informed us of damage from initial movers and helped repair some items. Hubby and I were very impressed with these guys..they were all amazing..hard workers...professional and careful with our things. If you need movers you cannot get any better than this company and these great guys. They were highly recommended to us and after checking all their good reviews we felt confident choosing them. Highly recommended and give them 10 stars..they are the best!

The crew came out this past weekend 8/15/2020. They arrived early as promised and got right to work. They worked extremely hard and handled all of our belongings with care. Landon and Stephen were promptly at my door even earlier, than expected. They had a weird job of moving everything from one side of the house to the other while I was redoing floors, a job that would have taken me days and with backproblems at the end~ but these 2 guys got after it! Great moving company to work with! I wanted to move right away and this company came on a Sunday for me and helped me move out. I couldnt ask for a better experience. I called several companies who had 3 hour minimums and higher rates per hour, while New Braunfels Moving Company came in at the best price but also the availability on a Sunday with short notice.

NB moving helped me move my mother into her assisted living place a year and a half ago, and returned this week to help me move her things out after she passed away. The movers, Lewis and Jose, were wonderful and remembered me. The office was quick to respond, scheduled my move, and the guys showed up early. They are really wonderful and I so appreciate the care they took with my mom’s things.

New Braunfels Moving Company made what could of been a horrible experience a pleasure. Shawn, Jaime, Leonides, and Alejandro.There was a fiasco the first day and they were reassuring and understanding as the delivery had to be delayed a day. There was storm that night which washed out a portion of my new driveway and made a huge muddy mess. They had to move everything down a steep hill by hand because they couldn’t get the truck close enough. They even went so far as to spray and clean my walkway. What? Alejandro and Landon did a fabulous job for us! We had our share of moving boo boo’s and they took care of each and every one. The first day they worked a solid 9 1/2 hours. I’m an old gurl and couldn’t keep up. Both guys were polite and respectful and that goes a long way in my book! This is my second time to use this company (first time was just to rearrange furniture). I will continue to be a repeat customer!

Im blown away! I have worked for apartment complexes and move to more of them then I care to admit and these guys were bar none the best. Great communication throughout the whole process, patient with questions, accommodating, professional, fast, efficient...I cant say enough good things!! Have made close to 25 moves during my lifetime. This company did an awesome excellent job. We have a number of antique pieces, some which are family heirlooms were handled with extreme care resulting in no damage. No items were broken. John, Joe, Alexjandro, and Roy were extremely professional and were very pleasant and displayed great care. I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish my move was a smooth process all the way thanks to John, who made the initial home visit to take inventory and determine the size trailer, and to Lewis and Jamie, the movers. NB moving company did such a great job on our move. I ended up having to do the move on 2 different days due to our POD delivery being staggered. The first group with Alejandro, Jaime and Jose were fast and very conscientious. They had great attitudes and made sure we were happy. Alejandro went above and beyond to get the washer/dryer set up and even came back to fix some furniture that broke in the POD due to shifting. The second group were just as great! Lewis and Terry helped me arrange furniture and they also fixed some of the antique pieces that were damaged in the POD due to shifting during transport. I can’t recommend this company enough!

We used New Braunfels Moving Company to move upstairs furniture to our garage for a remodel project. They were very accommodating to work us into their schedule for our small job. They arrived promptly and took care of our needs quickly and efficiently. We plan to use them again when our remodel project is finished to move all the furniture back upstairs.
