Sam and Christa were amazing. It’s a weird thing to say that a storage place has great customer service, but it is true for Westpointe. They are super friendly and accommodating, and the climate controlled area is well designed. Between the easy unloading area, elevators, and dollies, unloading a pickup takes less than half an hour without breaking a sweat.

Fantastic site. The onsite team is friendly and keeps everything tip top. I only needed storage for a short time, but the experience was excellent.

My wife and I have only positive comments regarding Westpointe. Krista and her staff are always available and go above and beyond to maintain a professional and secure storage environment. We have on three separate occasions needed a last minute accommodation and all three times Krista or Tina came through for us. Krista and her team demonstrate that there is no replacement for a business owner/manager taking personal interest and responsibility for their business. The facility is absolutely immaculate and very secure and safe. Krista and her staff deserve every kind and complimentary word said about them!

Westpointe is a super storage facility. It’s clean, safe with managers living on site. They have all the supplies you may need and also a clean restroom to use while your there. Christa and Sam could not be friendlier and more accompanying. They are wonderful people. I will rent again for sure.

I have been a user of storage facilities for decades and have rented them in multiple places in several states and cities. Considering all of them, I would have to say that the staff at this facility is bar none the very best I’ve ever encountered. They truly want to help you, they communicate exceptionally well, they follow-up, and they work very hard to ensure you (the customer) are well satisfied. It’s more like VIP service at a nice hotel vs the pay-your-rent l-and-leave-us-alone level of service. Truly one of a kind in my opinion.

Ive moved around a lot and Ive had a few storage units along the way. I gotta say, this place is one of the nicest Ive ever seen. The managers live on site and are some of the sweetest people youll ever interact with. Everything you could need in a storage unit with a welcoming and friendly staff - what more could you ask for?

The staff is amazing here! They are very knowledgeable and informative. They will treat you like they actually want your business, which is hard to find nowadays. The facility is super clean and easy to access. There are cameras everywhere and the security is good so you don’t have to worry about your stuff. They also have flat deck wheeled carts that are always available. These were a lifesaver when I was moving furniture in and out of my unit.

The property the managers are excellent and very polite, they answer any and all questions you ask them. The property and storage itself is very clean and well kept, that was a big plus for us. I will definitely come back if I need storage again

We just consolidated a few of our storage units from another place into a bigger one at Westpointe. The staff was really nice and helpful. They set us up with a perfectly-sized one. When we got there, we found a welcome pack too. They also checked on us when they knew we had been there unpacking for a while. The facility is really clean (our old storage place had dirty bathrooms) and their security measures are awesome. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

I have rented several storage spaces from Westpointe in the last three years. The.on-site managers, Sam and Christa, are always on top of everything. You will not regret using this place to store your items, either for short or long term. It was a very convenient, clean and secure place; it uses a code to enter and exit the facility as well as having cameras throughout so that I never have to worry about what Im leaving behind. We had two storage unit for three years at Westpointe New Braunfels storage. Sam and Christa were awesome. The complex is very well kept and clean. Never had an issue there.

I have used numerous storage facilities across the country and Westpointe Self Storage in New Braunfels, Texas, stands out as the BEST! Wide variety of units to choose from, exceptionally clean and well lit, beautifully maintained grounds, easy but secure access, broad driveways makes for easy maneuvering around other users, and flattop carts are available at each entrance. The entire facility is fenced, camera monitored, and I would feel secure working in my unit after dark. The owners are very friendly and helpful and they live on site. They even offer free use of a covered cargo truck when you move in. Very nice!

They have a complimentary moving-in truck and very useful carts to use anytime as well. We just closed out the rental of two units at Westpointe that we needed to facilitate a household move. EVERYTHING, from the digital documents for the rental agreement to the final close out was quick and easy. I was able to manage my account and make payments from their website. The facility is clean and well maintained and the couple that manage the property are a joy to work with. I will definitely use Westpointe for any future storage needs.

Great storage company. We rented one unit, then later added a second larger unit over a two year period. Getting contracts and automatic billing setup was a modern and efficient digital signature process. Good pricing. Very, very clean and well-lit storage buildings and individual storage units. Have not seen a bug in the hallways or in a unit in the 2 years we rented there. The place also feels secure and safe. Keypad access and lots of cameras. Never worried about my family members visiting alone in the evening. Wide doors and carts are always available at each building entrance.Husband/wife team manage the facility, and are terrific to deal with. I especially appreciate Christa’s cheerful, helpful, professional attitude, and how she and her husband sponsor charitable community fund raisers, unit-wide garage sales, and other events that get customers connected with the New Braunfels community. Highly recommended!

Quick and easy and very friendly staff

We needed a safe, clean and climate controlled storage unit after our condo in Port A was hit by Hurricane Harvey over 2 and half years ago. The owners are so great and communicate and use modern tools to pay and get your invoices it which made it easy for us to report expenses for our insurance. We had zero issues with our unit and they do such a great job of keeping the bugs out and keeping the grounds clean. Would highly recommend using them and would use them again.

I am a very picky person and was super impressed by how clean, brightly lite and the easy access this storage facility offered. The storage buildings are very nice and worth the $money. I LOVE the friendly staff and great customer service!! They even have a large dumpster you can use and dollies to help you out. Plus, they offer a truck you can use to help move. We had to rent a storage locker while we waited to move into our new home and thankfully we found this place! Such a stark contrast to other storage unit places weve rented lockers from! The owners and staff at this place in NB are STELLAR! So friendly and so helpful. My husband and I were shocked at how they could make a storage unit place feel so welcoming! The facility is sparkling clean, well lit, and has great height in the units; we were really impressed with the height of the climate controlled unit. One time, we even got a call from them that they had noticed our lock wasnt locked and to stop by and lock it when we had a chance! That is customer service. That is caring about your customers interests: keeping our stuff safe. No one will take better care of you, not even if you stored your stuff at a relatives place!

Christa and the rest of the family/staff is amazing and will do virtually anything they can to help make your experience a pleasant one!
