Had my Chevy Malibu interior detailed over the week-end. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I could not find a nook or cranny on the floor. All the dirt and every crumb were vacuumed up off the bottom of thefloor. They did a great job shampooing the carpet and seats. I was so happily surprised that a stain was removed from the back seat. All the interior trim was glistening from being cleaned and it smelled clean. They did the tires too. They even gave me a ride so I could rent out a car for a few hours. What courteous prompt service. I’ll come back again!

Quick service, good job for quickie package. Not the best job but you get what you pay for. This will definitely be my new spot!!

Unfortunately the service my husband received was not even close to satisfactory.He got the full service. Inside and out. He paid 22.50. And it looked like a 2.00 job.He had said the car needed a good cleaning there was a lot of pet hair.It was barely vacuumed and the dashboard was not cleaned. It was not shiny and still had a coffee ☕spill on it.He didnt notice til he got home.We just moved not that long ago and My daughter and son in law always take their car there . so We went expecting it to be done properly. Not happy about the service we received.

Full service car wash: from a basic wash to a wash & detailing in the time it takes to get a cup of coffee!On my first visit I wash pleasantly surprised to find their menu of options included an interior vacuum and interior windows and added option to all levels of service for a modest fee.Since I was not prepared for this (definitely next time!) I went with the Diamond Brute wash, an all inclusive wash but it still included something no other car wash Ive been to offers- hand towel drying by two very pleasant workers. I was told that no matter the level of service, every car is toweled off!No more water spots or getting out afterwards with a roll of paper towels!I loved it! Everyone was friendly and efficient- and I was out of there in the same time as a regular car wash.Prices are extremely competitive, even a bargain for the services offered-I have finally found MY car wash- I am only bringing my business to Diamond Brite from here on!**tips for the workers are not expected but considering the low prices and what an amazing job done you will find yourself wanting to tip!An all-inclusive car wash with interior services that is ideal for busy people who need to get in & out in 5 minutes but want a little extra!!!5 stars in every category!

The tech Rob is very knowledgeable and doesnt try to push things on me that I dont need like most shops. The owner Joe is also always very helpful and considerate with his pricing. I will always bring my vehicle to them.

Cheap and good clean for the outside of the car. Undercarriage wash only got half my car, visible mud underneath on front half. And towel dry left a lot of water still in car. Had to touch it all up at home. Dont use if you care about a full undercarriage clean or have a black car. Otherwise not bad comparatively.

Got the “quickie”. Paid the $23 and they did a great job vacuuming and the wash was decent. The rims could of used some more attention. They basically just power washed them a bit. And the hand dry could of used a little more time other than what was absolutely necessary. But the help was courteous and kind over all.

Diamond bright car wash in New Britain on West Main Street is the best car wash that I have been too. They have washes from about $13 to $22 which their also named. I get their Quickie Car wash which is the best of all. They keep my vehicles looking good. Thanks Guys.

Had a good experience. You get to select the level of service you want/need. Relatively inexpensive depending on if you are just getting a car wash or detailed. They do rag dry your car for you as you exit the car wash so you dont get dried water spots. I definitely can recommend going there.

Got about 3 washes here so far & Ive always left satisfied. Today, I decided to get a hand wax done as well & Roy did a fantastic job! Keep up the great work, guys. Ill definitely be coming back soon.

The service at this place is really great. They are really quick on oil change services, and you get a free car wash (+interior glass clean up and vacuum) with the service. I have been going to this place for more than a year and have no complaints. Thanks.

Ive been going there regularly year round with my Dodge Stratus. All in all the kids do a pretty good job. Every now and then, the vacuuming could be a bit better, but I honestly wouldnt go anywhere else. Polite, Friendly, and Hard Working

I no longer live in town, so when I’m not feeling up to cleaning my own vehicle it would be nice to go somewhere that does diligent work. I’ve had bad service here before which keeps me away. It’d been awhile since my last visit. But after today I will never allow the staff there to service any of my vehicles. My cars are never disgustingly dirty. But due to the winter weather dirt & salt is a common issue. Today I had to request my vehicle to be vacuumed a second time after realizing the mats were never lifted nor were all my windows wiped, after paying $22.50 for the “quickie service.”After my request which was done politely. I overheard staff members bad mouthing me because of my request as if they’d been outlandish. Once going into the location to pay for my services. I made the gentleman who’s been employed there for “7 years & works 6 days a week as stated;” aware that I was dissatisfied with the service which is why I normally don’t return. His response was “if the service is so bad, why do you keep coming back?” After realizing what he’d just said he then went to retract his statement. Which at that point I’d no longer been interested to speak on the issue. As a whole you all should work & pride yourself on customer service & doing diligent work. Being people are paying for a service & not requesting favors to be done at your leisure.

Horrible!!! My car was filthy, they didn’t vacuum properly, left my dash and consoles dirty. Seats not wiped off. This is my 2nd time and I had terrible experience. The kids that work there only talk but don’t work properly. I’d rather drive to Avon or new haven for the same price and great service!!! Do not go there!

Reasonable prices and excellent customer satisfaction

This place is the only full service car wash near and they are horrible! I pay 20+ dollars for a car wash and the job isn’t good at all. They say they vacuum but I swear I never can see a difference, the window cleaning is horrible, and I paid for tire shine I don’t think they did the job proper. I ask for my car to go through a second time on multiple occasions. The second time around it was a bit better. I just ended our relationship because I’m always upset when I leave this place.

Must stop when traveling from out of state or just looking for the best treatment for your car

This was by far my worse experience at a car wash. I went on 6/4/2016 for a Quickie Wash and paid about $20 for the service. After I retrieved my car, I realized the only vacuumed my front seats (completely ignoring the back), only washed my front mats (again, completely ignoring the mats in back), and left smudges all over my passenger style window. Additionally, they only cleaned about 1/3 of my dashboard, leaving everything else with just as much dust as it had when I initially went in.Looking at the condition of my car after the wash, I was very disappointed with myself for paying this business for something they clearly didnt deliver. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I have since found out that there are a bunch of much better car washes in the area that offer quick service with MUCH better results.AGAIN, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Yesterday I went to get my car clean an my rims around 2: 00 and I was very impressed they a very great job and they, vacuumed my car and and did a great job I am definitely come back here thank you so much guys

I go here once a week on average for the car wash. They have a great set of options, plus their detailing & wax jobs are awesome! Ive also had a lot of custom work done on my very new sportscar here, and Rob (genius mechanic) really knows what hes doing. I am extremely happy with their work and the costs of service, and would recommend them to anyone, anytime!

Id give less stars if possible. Initially everything was great but about 2 weeks later started noticing some odd sounds and vibrations. After seeing a mechanic at a dealership for my car (nissan) it turns out they forced open the transmission and added fluid. The type of transmission doesnt require fluid the same way older ones do and they added the wrong type which caused the transmission to fail and require a replacement. Do NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING OTHER THAN CARWASHES.

I get my car washed there on a regular basis, get my oil changed there and small repairs occasionally also, and never had a problem there. I always thought they were the best car wash in the area.

Pathetic service.I read good reviews on google and went there. Big mistake. The big guy who was cleaning from inside just touched from inside and was like doing a favor to me, and I had cushions on the car seat. He spilled black cleaning liquid on it which is permanently colored now.

Worst experiences ever! First time I came here for a quick wash I noticed that all of my change was gone. I didnt make a big deal out of it. Second time I came here I noticed my sunglasses, change and Big Y coins gone. Seriously who steals Big Y coins? I would never recommend this car wash to anyone and will continue to boycott this place.

Just brought my fiancés hyundai Elantra in for a car wash oil change deal. I must say what a spectacular job they did. Not only did they add in a vaccuum and window wash but they went a step further and cleaned the floor mats too. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. I will definetly recommend this for anyone in need of a car wash!!!

Stay away from this business!!!I gave it 1 start only to show is low but it really should be no start here!The place is NOT operated professionally and I found their approach to be very opportunistic with an unethical business practices from what I have experienced. I find it hard to believe that high ratings you see here are true and wouldnt be surprises if they are made by their buddies...My story is the car was sent by my garage for cleaning as it had some dog hair plus I wanted it shampooed, those instructions. I paid over $100 (I think it was $150 but cant locate receipt now to verify it) but it did NOT get cleaned. If you unfolded the front seats you saw they didnt bother to do anything there. Also not much was done in the back if anything. Overall hair was everywhere still and I basically picked with my hands from seats, dashboard etc. I brought it up back up to Diamon to show it and the response was it was only a $65 job (thats an 1 hr cleaning), the standard that garage pays them so maybe did not clean everything (like the deal between 2 business is really my problem). When I asked Roy from Diamond if they Shampooed it as I clearly saw it was not, he was vague and wouldnt go and pull up an order to see what was actually ordered by the garage when I suggested it. He went off the subject and said they probably cleaned the front seats and I should really pick this back up with my garage in terms of the complaint since they get the car dirty after they clean it all the time (another excuse/story to an end-customer about business to business dealings). I did followed up with the garage and they confirmed they sent the car for detailing and there is dog hair that needs to be cleaned plus I know the car wasnt driven after cleaning as I had the only key and it was waiting for me until I got around to get it so no one got the car dirty! Roys story basically didnt check out. Furthermore, Roy from Diamond then told me I can get this all done for you now but you will have to pay me $65, a full hour of cleaning. Since I needed the car cleaned still I agreed to it and said either I will pay or the garage will pay, or address this, but I wanted it done so I dropped the car off the next day. Well, I left the car and went to get a grinder next door to the pizza place and going on to get ice cream 30 mins later (I did measured the time) I noticed my car is sitting there no one working it. I asked my friend who was driving to turn around and went and asked if the car is done and to my surprise I was told yes. When came to the office to pay the $65 for 1 hr work I saw the kid that actually did the cleaning and asked him in front of Roy if he did everything and if I got an hr of cleaning and his reply was yes, I cleaned it good all 45 mins, which was actually 30 mins per my count. When Roy was making up the bill, without me not saying anything as at this point I was just being curious what he would charge me, he made an adjustment (saying nothing) from their standard $65/hr to $50 for the 45 mins. Clearly at this point he knew the $65 for hr cleaning I ordered wasnt done for sure....The worse part is that the car still wasnt cleaned and there was dog hair and I got no shampooing done at all paying twice for service that wasnt done right and was lied about the time they worked on it!...Bottom line is, the people who operate this business may think they are savvy in what they do but they have no clue. I dont have time to deal with stuff like that and this is actually a 1st review I posted on-line but it was bothering me such sleazy service and approach exists in my town so hopefully some people will see it and make a different choice.

On my way to work, 8:30 a.m., I needed my car washed and vacuumed so I got the Emerald package. Paid $9.56 but my car wasnt vacuumed...I noticed after I had gotten into my car and didnt have time to go back in. Not going back.

That whole place had negative energy surrounding it. Not a pleasant experience I will never go there nor recommend anybody there. You get what you pay for with that place. SMH

TerribleWorst place to go. My bf and I both took our cars the same day. The vacuuming was bad I could done a better job and saved my $20, and they stole my bf ray bans glasses. Unfortunaly, he didnt notice till a week after and by then it was too late.

I went in for a wash and I had a horrible experience my windows werent all the way clean, they still had streaks on it and the car wash broke a piece of my car off near the tire and when the situation was brought up to the manager/owner he responded that it wasnt his car wash that my car mustve been broken before it entered and then proceeded to say that I was acting like an idiot customer trying to blame his car wash for the damage! Mind you the piece that was broken off had to be retrieved by a car wash employee inside the car wash When I pointed out it was missing off my car! No attitude was given on my behalf just wanted for the piece to be fixed. The piece was put back on only after being called that I was acting like an idiot customer then he walked off. I will never go there again!!!!
