Great dealership. They were able to extend our deposit to hold a car for an additional 3 days even though their policy was for one day. Our salesmen was very intuitive and understanding of our tight schedule and the need of a new car in a challenging/limited market. The Honda Pilot has been a great car so far! The Service Department is always thorough in inspecting my car. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and waited at the dealership. When the inspection was complete and the additional items reviewed along with the length of time it would take to complete, Josh offered to drive me home and have someone pick me up when my car was done. I decided to just wait and the estimated wait time was right in line with the actual time it took. Thank you.

I cannot say enough about the great experience I had today at Schaller Honda. They were able to service my car the same day and they provided shuttle service to and from the dealership. With these hard times having the shuttle service alone for transportation is invaluable. Bill, the driver was nice and friendly and helpful. The staff was amazing in being friendly and providing the guidance needed for a first-time service at the dealership. Brandon, the service advisor, listened to my concerns about my service needs and set correct expectations.

After my car was totalled, I needed to get a new car quickly. Not wanting to rush into a new vehicle, I wanted to go through my options. Brian Serrano was able to help by showing me multiple vehicles over the course of about a week. By giving his opinions, he helped me narrow and decide keeping in mind my budget, wants, and needs. Though options for cars are limited during these odd times, I walked off the lot with a car that I am excited to drive and make my everyday vehicle. I would not recommend going here. I unfortunately was greeted by Mario. He had me follow him into the garage (the car had just been brought in) which had all the lights off and then asked me to turn the flashlight on my phone to view the car. After I denied his offer to buy the car he continued to text my phone until 8:30pm explaining to me why I was not making a good decision. 👎👎I would not recommend.

My feelings about Automotive Dealerships / Service Centers are better kept to myself! The facts are plan and simple; for the past year I have been going to Schaller Honda of New Britain CT to have my 2011 Honda Pilot worked on. The Service Technicians (JOSH and LONDON) have gone the extra mile to get me the correct service that was needed for my vehicle. They have one quality that many people dont have and that is they listen to your information on what is wrong with your vehicle to help them service you vehicle. More dealerships could learn a thing or two from Schaller Honda of New Britain CT. Hats off to you Josh and London

I pulled my car to the bay and all the employees looked at me like I had three heads. There was only one car before me and two other service advisors who seemed to be free. I stood there for 20 mins before a service advisor finally came to ask me if I was being helped. It was my first time bringing my car there and the first impression definitely wasn’t a great one. Despite not being acknowledged by the service advisors, the technician quickly found my problem, showed it to me and gave me my options. He’s the only reason I give this review a 2/5.

Great service today! After my usual dealership was unable to accommodate me today for an express oil change when they had previously told me they would be able to do so, I discovered Schaller. Not only did they do the oil change without an appointment, but they were also able to complete the campaign work of software update, rotate my tires, check my brakes, and complete a multi point inspection. And all this for their special of $50. Best of all Josh was really polite, courteous, and helpful. Wish I lived closer. Would be coming here all the time!

This place treated me awesome. I just bought a car from Carvanna and I wanted them to inspect it. They completed the inspection and did it as a courtesy(free). They also made a video of the inspection, and sent it to my phone, which congratulated me on my news purchase. Great place to go. Yira was my intake service tech, and Cameron made the video. They were both awesome.

Where to begin ???Buying a 52000 truck salesmen was willing to show me anything but kept saying 3000 down. I corrected him many times that I am not giving you 3000It was 2000 down and make the payment work or we are out. Told me we were all set. I asked him to have the finance manger call me the next day as delivery was the day after that. No call !!!! When we went In for delivery my wife was a little interested In the passport so she wanted to drive and see numbers. We ended up going with the original Pilot but when we sat with the finance manager he also said where is the other thousand? I told him that his sales men took 2000 deposit that was it and never said three thousand to me. It felt like a bait a switch. This is not a good place to buy a car. I had to call and get my payoff that morning for Christ sake I’ve never had such a bad experience buying a car NEVERMIND. A 50,000 dollar car. Will never return and will be happy to tell anyone looking for a car not to shop there. The only positive note is that the finance manager in order to save the sale said they would eat the $1000.00 and if I would continue with the deal I AGREED TOO. We would be all set. But still AVOID THIS PLACE

I came in knowing I wanted a 2018 Honda CRV EX, unfortunately the car wasn’t ready but Rich the Sales Associate helped me look around for some similar options. I ended up leaving with a 2019 instead and I couldn’t be happier!! Eric did the financing and I tell you I felt so at ease with the process. Have purchased 2 cars at Schaller. Never a problem. This is something small, but it bothered me. Had a recent service. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. No problem there. But after reviewing my bill, I noticed that they charged for topping off my windshield washer fluid. Well...coincidently, a week before, I came across a near-empty bottle of washer fluid in my garage & decided to top it off myself, just to get rid of the bottle. I hadnt used any washer fluid that week, so it seems impossible that they would have performed this service. It was only a few dollars, but multiply that times all the customers that come in for routine service & it adds up...to their benefit. These little things are what make people leery of using dealerships for service.

Went for service at Schaller Honda. The staff was extremely helpful. There new system actually includes a video of findings on your cars service in spection. Following that you receive a list of recommended service interventions complete with price estimate. You can select which recommended services U want this visit.Only suggestion would be for them to keep the list of suggested services available after you have made your selections,so U could use for future reference...Right now, after selecting, the service recommendation list is no longer available.Excellent experience overall.

If I could put zero stars I would. It was my first time buying a car and at first I was excited to come to Schaller Honda. I loved my civic but got screwed in many ways. First I go sold a car with scratches I didn’t even see until after I signed the paperwork. Second the finance manager put me in a loan that was 19% apr and didn’t explain anything to me. I didn’t know much because I was 19 and knew nothing about cars or loans. They also put extra warranty that I didn’t ask for. I had all state as my car insurance so when I was signing paperwork I was told that’s my insurance. But come to find out later on I paid 1800$ for warranty insurance I didn’t want. I am beyond disappointed with this company. I ended up trading my car in with another dealership and had a better experience a year later with someone else. I am suppose to get a refund for some of my warranty since I don’t have the vehicle and it’s impossible to reach the finance guy after I met with him.

This was the first time leasing a new car. I originally spoke with Amber - who made the information easy and broke down the deal as well as the process easily. Made me more comfortable actually coming in to lease the car. The dealer Mir helped me in person and he was absolutely awesome! Made sure I understood everything as well as answering any concerns that I had. Super professional, nice, and made the process easy even when it was extremely busy at their dealership. He kept me in the loop of everything that was going on and made sure I got behind the wheel. Big shoutout to Mir for everything! The insurance aspect was easy and everything was sorted out even before walking out the door - she kept it 100% with deals and gave me amazing recommendations to make sure I wasn’t paying astronomical rates. Just moved to New britain and this dealer is close to me so I took both of my cars for oil change and tire rotation. First car was at 8:15 guy said it will take 1 hour so I said ok. Went home and waited 1,2,3 hours pass no call. I call them since my second appointment for the second car was at 11:30. They said car is ready. They never called me to say it was done. Picked up the car and ask them if the tire rotation was done. Guy says idk i think so. Hmmm so i left it like that since i have no way to tell if it was done but i dont think it was since the key to unlock my tires was never moved. Left my second car for same service. Oil change and tire rotation. Same thing never a call so I called hours later. Car is ready. Now for this car I will know if there was a rotation done since back passanger tire has a screw. Picked up the vehicle and checked tire and guess what. Tire rotation was never done. On top of that I check the receipt and they charge you for windshield washer which 2 days before I bought some at Walmart and top it off. Why charge me 2 dollars for it then 25 per car for rotation when it was never done. I was going to go back to get my rotation that I paid for done but God knows what else they wood do wrong so I lost 54$ that day. I will just keep going to my other dealer.*****update on this. Dealer contacted me and apologized for the mistake. They refunded one of my services.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time, they are SCAM artists. They will sell you a faulty car, and prolong fixing it until your warranty is up. The insurance department is also unprofessional, I was charged over $1,000 for one month of insurance. The smaller dealership is who I got my car from; and the large man behind all the glass is unprofessional, impersonal-able, rude, and entitled. I was trying to talk to him about my problem and he stared at his phone the whole time. This place is ghetto and poorly run. DONT DO IT. My a/c doesn’t work, one of my headlights is going, and my serpentine belt is rotted.

Living in Middletown this was my go-to store for Honda parts, until My 2007 Honda Pilot had an airbag recall which I first went to Schaller Honda for the recall. I was treated very poorly by service at the store and was told with an appointment it would take 4+ hours to fix the airbag recall. I had to leave with a deadly airbag defect, and service was extremely rude. They told me i did not have a real job and my vehicles service was unimportant. I called Wallingford Executive Honda and they politely worked with me to complete the recall in under an hour, and were so friendly, they sold me a new Honda Accord with a 120k warranty... and were never rude about my employment. Always choose Wallingford Executive Honda for anything Honda

I got a good quality used mini-van but thats just the luck of the draw. As far as the Sales Dept. thats another story. I told the sales guy I wanted to trade-in my car and he goes into the office and comes back with a bunch of supposed offers for my car and shows me the highest offer he says from an auto place in S. Carolina. This highest offer also happened to be $2,000 less than the Blue Book trade-in value for my car, but not knowing any better I accepted this price. A few weeks later I notice my trade-in for sale on the Schaller website with a healthy mark-up from what they gave me for it. (What happened to S. Carolina?) I have sat on this a long time but Im still wondering what the sales guy meant by the Schaller way of doing business, because I ended up feeling like I was conned and will never do business with them again.

We thought we made a great deal with an honest sales person and and honest dealership to only find out 6 hours later that the sales manager had made a mistake and quoted us on the wrong model . Papers signed to move forward with it, deposit made, everything on our end how it should be . To just have to pull out of a deal because they are trying to sell us a lesser model now . They kept saying they would do whatever it takes to earn our business but I don’t see that happening in real life .What a joke

I just bought a BMW 550i xdrive from here and not only was the experience great I got the payments that I wanted and they weren’t pushy salesman I got helped by Mario Cipolla and he helped me through the entire time, any questions I had he was always available the whole team was great. The insurance was handled by Jessica she was awesome as well. Overall I had a really good experience buying the car from here
