Bought a used car. Came with a 60 day warranty. About 65 days in blew a headlight. HID headlight $150 and a pain to change. Was told I couldnt be helped and that my best option was to drive down and hope the service department would help. They didnt. They only deal with Hondas. If this is how they treat someone for a headlight imagine how theyll treat your braking system.
Found The Car That Was Towards My Liking Fast & Easy. I Would Suggest To Look On Their Website Before Going Though So You Know What Cars Would Be There.

I am so annoyed right now. We loved the sales department they were awesome. My husband bought a used GMC with them. I took it to my dealer after having a less than stellar experience with their service department. Yes, our car started having issues a month after we bought it. Their response, we got you a good warranty so that should cover it. Customer service is only as good as the sale. I decided I wanted to bring it to my dealership where I bought my car because they are amazing. I wont spend another penny with them. Now come to find out their is a leak in the power steering...

Didnt have a lot of contact, this is just where my car was towed to and declared totalled. But staff was polite, professional and helpful for the time I was there, but i didnt actually get any work done here so I cant comment on that.
Actually, the jury is still out. Picking up my car tomorrow from the auto body area, for the second time. More to come, stay tuned.There was a problem when I first went to pick up my car. They subsequently fixed the problem and the manager, Dan, worked with me to turn me into a satisfied customer. The final workmanship seems fine. I would give them another chance due to they’re commitment to make things right.
Was a good dealership 3 years ago when I leased my civic, but since my lease is up now I had to come back...well I tell you, the workers here arent what they used to be. I got the run around left and right and was given extremely high estimates! Service prices are reasonable, but I definitely wont buy a car here again. We drove all the way to PA to lease our new honda and we couldnt be happier! My advice, find a different dealership.

Classic Sleazy car salesmen. Don’t buy a car from this dealer or their branch in Berlin.Classic bait and switch - I called about availability of a specific car I wanted to test drive. Because there was only a stock photo I asked the guy who answered the phone some questions about the car. He put me on hold and when he return he said “yes, I just checked the car, it has...(what I asked about)”I called back shortly after to make the test drive appointment for the same day. I called again when I was running late. They confirmed the car I was coming to drive and said “no problem. We’ll have it waiting for you outside”.When I got there the general sales manager greets me and took me inside. Introduced me to the guy who would take me for a ride.We get to a table to sign me in and suddenly the manager realizes “oh! That car JUST sold. They’re signing the paperwork now.” I could read him and immediately knew what was up.Blah blah blah... long story short. LIES.I asked to see the car. Suddenly he needs clarity on the car I made an appointment to see - after speaking with THREE people about that car.I tell him AGAIN. And he remembers that car has a blown transmission.Then, he wants to show me other cars. NO. I wouldn’t buy a car from this dealer if it was $1.The car with the blown transmission is still on their website - FIVE days later.I would not trust a car from them. New or used. How they do one thing, they do all things.
I went in to the dealership for an appraisal of a possible trade in after agreeing to a price on a new Pilot. The gentlemen who agreed to the price was not in and his “manager” refused to honor the agreed upon price. It was only a matter of about $200 and for me was more based on principle than whether I could pay the $200 difference. Before even negotiating the trade I said point blank that if he wasn’t honoring that price I wasn’t wasting my time I was leaving. His response was simply that I hadn’t been there that long - showing no consideration for my time. I walked out and will be purchasing a Pilot today from another dealer.
I brought a friend there that was looking for a particular car that they had in stock. I found them to be friendly and helpful. They were regular people not pushy sales people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a Honda. They are easy to find as well.

These people only care about customers who get approved quickly...once you need help and things dont go smooth they toss you a side like you dont even matter any more..I will never go there again..oh and dont give a down payment for a vehicle because when its time for a refund you will not get it back until 2 weeks later...
Sales Manager, Michael Bates, is the best in the business. He was extremely helpful and will go over and beyond to make the customer feel appreciated. With the lowest prices in the state of Connecticut, this dealership was an easy choice to get 2 cars from.
Very poor experience with the Finance Department. They treat you well when purchasing or financing a new car but if it’s an used car, you are treated as a second class citizen. I’ve leased two cars from Schallers before purchasing an used car. The finance department roped me into buying unnecessary insurance using scare tactics. After a year of owning the car, I wanted to cancel the insurances. I wrote them a letter in January 2019 requesting the insurance be canceled and never received a reply. I called the Finance office twice and left voicemails for a Lori. I never received a call back. Finally In March 2019, I go to the dealership to cancel my insurance and employee Jed assists me. He brings out my original letter and states that they can’t submit the paperwork without knowing the mileage on my car. I asked if anyone intended on calling me about that. He lied and said someone did. He then proceeds to talk me out of canceling the insurances. I tell him my mind is set I just want the insurances canceled. I fill out the necessary paperwork and as I leave he says to me “I hope nothing blows up” mockingly. It was a dig at me for canceling an extended warranty. Schaller used to be good. The employees are unprofessional and quick to sell but not as fast to cancel. Buyer beware. Go elsewhere. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Lack of communication took them 3 weeks just to tell the job wasn’t complete and to wait couple weeks more ! Then when I said I’ll pick up my car they made me wait a whole day & again didn’t call me to tell me it was ready to pick up
Terrible customer service in the used car division. Its obvious that poor internal communication impact third business. I would imagine there are other areas that customers receive poor service as well. I would recommend you think twice before doing business with them.

Had an issue with my warranted vehicle, left the car for full evaluation,, quote cannot find problem. I STILL have the problem. Anyone else have issue with right hand cluster ? When extremely cold ?

Why are you advertising it for so long and you havent checked it out. So glad i found this out before i drove all the way to new britain. Too shady for me...
