RAGE 2They helped me find the game I was looking for at another store and made sure the Southington store would match the same price. Very helpful!! I got my copy of Rage 2 which I havent played in a long time.

Small place, very clean place and pleasant work staff.

I have filled this form out 3 times and nobody has called me. On Saturday March 28, 2020 I heard about a one day only sale for the Sega Genesis Mini Console. I quickly went online and saw that the store by my house had one in stock. I purchased it - $42.53 was deducted from my card. About 20 minutes later I received a notice saying my order was cancelled. I replied to the email as th email suggested - received no response. So, I called the store. They explained that they didnt have any in stock as the site suggested, but my money will be returned within 2-3 days. It has not been returned.Meanwhile they explained that the a different location in New Britain had one in stock. I called that location - she said she would hold it for me, once I arrived, I followed social distancing procedures, knocked on the door, told her I was picking up the order. She then took my debit card, went in the store while I waited outside and then charged my card, case back out and gave me my order. Later that evening I checked my account and realized she charged the FULL amount rather than the sale price. So now I have been charged $42.53 for an order I havent received along with another charge of $85.07.I have called & emailed SEVERAL times and havent received help. I have not received my refund nor have I received a partial refund for the full price charge.

Employees are some of the most friendly Ive ever seen at a gamestop, been going here for years and they train them the right way. you might have a bit of a wait if its busy but the service well worth it, especially if you have any questions about anything.

My son has been a member for a few years now and I am pleased with the service. Some of the staff are extremely helpful and well informed. Great place.

The customer service is terrible at this gamestop. After acting like it was a hassle to answer one question, one of the three employees sitting on the floor playing video games on their phones, reluctantly agreed to help us only after talking to us like we were idiots.They sent us all the way to Manchester without actually calling first to make sure the only item in stock wasnt on hold for someone else. Dont go to this gamestop. The people at gamestop in Manchester were very helpful.
