A pharmacist answered phone and extremely rude. Send me to call the insurance company to explain to them about my prescription because they are extremely busy and they cant contacted them. Worst customer service

Pharmacist soo rude and not able to help with your prescription. They want me to do their job calling the insurance company because they extremely busy. He didnt care i need it a.s.a.p

For shopping indoors they have pretty much all the basic foods/items you would find at any CVS. As for prescriptions, I never used this CVS but I can only imagine its about the same as any other CVS.

This location never have medication ready when it’s suppose to I arrived for my appointment for my covid booster the person at the consultation counter was the rudest person I have met in a long time it seemed like I was bothering her she want number that I don’t give out I am not giving my social security number to her in the middle of a store also Medicare says not to give it out I hope that someone in management has a talk with this person .I won’t be back ever

The reviews here are NOT fabricated. A pharmacist answered the phone being extremely defensive because I asked about an text message that they sent to me and admitted that it was erroneous. She was also constantly interrupting. I asked to speak to someone else due to her extreme rudeness and the woman I spoke to didnt express any concern for the way I was treated. If youre okay with being lied to, talked over and being belittled, this is the perfect pharmacy for you.

It would be better if this place didn’t exist. Close your eyes...Imagine everything that could be wrong with a pharmacy...Open them up and you are here.

CVS over charges for everything! A bottle of Nature Made iron supplements for $15.00 when you can get it at Walmart for $4.88. When I brought it to the night clerks attention the woman gave me hell about it. Will never return again.

The CVS Pharmacy deleted my prescription after spending days getting approval for it. It’s very upsetting and I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of care the employees show. I’m speechless...be wary of the customer service; I mean, she didn’t even apologize.. It’s a shame that the customers are the only ones paying the price for their mistakes.

Older lady in pharmacy drive through VERY rude. Brown hair, older lady. There’s people that can do this job right. She shouldn’t be working with people. She may be having a bad day, but my mother had a bad day everyday. Trying to pick up my mothers cancer medication and the lady told me that the situation “sucks for me”. Spoke to another lady named Addy. Much better attitude. They may be 24hours but these people are terrible.

I just wen to cvs n the lady in drive-thru was rude never ever opens the window i think her name is marie she called the farmacist i talk to the famacist with the window open n as soon as the farmacist left she run n close the window on my face every un polite then complain she can not hear me or understand me well if ahe open the window maybe we have a better communication i don’t think she should be working there this happen every time i go there

This is a great place to go if you want to be bothered by bums looking for hand outs and over pay for things. I like neither of those things.I do like that it is open 24 hours per day though.

Came in with a laundry list of meds for my mother. The night manager Mark dropped everything he was in the middle of mind you he was very busy to help me with my list. Institutions like this need to recognize remarkable people like him who go above and beyond to cvs client base. Thank you Mark for all your help.

Always very nice and very helpful. Wait times can realistically be a while because it is a popular community pharmacy. Pharmacists are good and they care about you and the wait times. Plus 24 hours and online Accessible. Great app.

Moneygram NEVER works. I’ve called 6x in the last year and it’s always DOWN. I always call before going because I know better. Today I called and it’s down again. So sick of it.

Rude pharmacists and the staff doesnt even alert you when they run out of the medication you need. They send the recording to your phone to tell you its ready and when you go to pick it up you find out the store never really filled it because they ran out days ago. Thanks cvs for meeting my needs.

Ive been on hold 4 seperate times for over 15 minutes at a time. Oh and I got hung up on once that was fun. Nothing like calling to see why a medication that is on auto refills wasnt refilled... especially cause Im an insomniac and need them to sleep ... thanks CVS. Fine job you are doing here :) not.

Very friendly staff at the pharmacy section as we as the front cashier section, up to date with information, pharmacy staff is very helpful over the phone and always considerate, try their best to shorten the wait time to theybest. Would highly recommend this pharmacy over other compitive once out there.

They call me when my RX is ready and when I went there they had a table in front of the register and in between people they wiped everything down . I was impressed and this was couple weeks ago 👍

Horrible customer service. Prescription are never ready when promised. Today I was told it would be ready at noon. Hours later it was still not filled. The lines for pick up are long. The wait time excessive. I hope Walgreens is better.

I was told that my medication would be ready in 20. And after 5 calls with my medical concerns, my medications was ready for pick up, 5 hours later.. very disappointed, due to medications, being peoples lifelines of life..

Like the fact it’s 24 hrs. The pharmacy is ridiculously inorganized. I was told my prescriptions will be ready in a hour. Came back in an hour can’t find then on of the pharmacist had fill it but I can’t pick it up I because it hasn’t been checked in. So I waited and waited another hour goes by now they can’t find it. I’m done going to Walgreens

When I called the pharmacy department the woman who answered was just plain rude. All I did was ask if my fiancé could pick up my prescription because I just got out of surgery and her attitude was just vial. Glad I’m not the one going there!
