Very helpful they went out of their way to call another location to see if they had a product I was looking for. All the staff was very friendly. I would recommend.
Please be sure to award Isaiah with customer service recognition. He works in the copy and print center. I am very impressed with his mannerism and professionalism. Whoever hired him has a very good judge of character. He made my experience very pleasant.
I went in to get printer ink... Then walked out with the ink and a new gaming chair. The staff there are very friendly and helpful through everything. I never thought I would have gotten such a great experience at a Staples. Big thank you to Brandon for helping me get the chair to the front to purchase. We got to chatting about gaming and our PC builds, made the whole experience feel more personal. If I were to only go to one Staples for the rest of my life, it would be this one.

Never go at night, service is always horrible when the indian guy works behind the printers. He is extermely rude, never helpful and when you asks questions regarding anything he qill eithee ignore or look at you like you have 7 heads.
I was not happy about the service. I went to the UPS section to have something returned back. The Indian man who was working the counter quickly turned me away before I could finish saying I do have a label and it is in a package. After that was discussed, I brought the package inside and he told me I had to buy tape to close the top up. Go figure it was tape at the counter but I had to stand in line to buy tape. Just disgusting
As a computer challenged person, Icertainly appreciated Mikes friendly and helpful assistance but mostly his patience. Project completed! Woohoo!😊😊

Great, almost overwhelming, selection for the particular items I was shopping for today. There was 0 floor support and checking out was the most awkward experience ever as the cashier on their phone didnt recognize I was standing there. And didnt say a single word throughout the process. Maybe the cashier was having a bad day - if they were I hope it got better for them.
Let me start off by saying that I almost NEVER, give a Negative review!!!!.... but this time I really have to say something!!! The Customer service in the print department is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!! The employee TYLER needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers!! I was VERY interested in a certain item that I wanted to purchase. So we stood by the computer going through different options. 5mins later he decided to take a phone call while I was standing there. After his phone call.... He decided to do other things instead of coming right back to Me. He didnt make ANY eye contact with me... He didnt say, Ill be right there Sir, or apologize for the wait!!! I waited about 20min too long, then I decided to Walk out. Frustrated and dissatisfied!! Please Retrain this young man or Consider hiring someone Else!!!!!
Came in the store, no hi or welcome to staples.You asked where you can find a product, she tell you & point.Really, what happened to customer service. It was the a woman i think was the manager. She had tattoos on her arm. Just want to tell you who it was.The cashier was excellent, she sure made my day. Alisha the cashier knows her customer service.Ill be back to this store because of Alisha.
In this pandemic staples are charging too much for printing and computer use when libraries are closed. What a life

Great store in convenient location. Friendly very helpful staff providing quick customer service for all your needs. Nice coupon deals often and the rebates are sooo helpful and keep you shopping for more once received. Rebates are visa credit cards which can be used anywhere. Great program.
Although the things I needed were only available online, Horace was super friendly and helpful, truly a queen. I was just passing through town coming back from NJ but truly it was a good experience:)

Customer service is well below satisfactory. Most services advertised are not available. NOT a UPS drop off! Took a package there (a return to Amazon) to have the label printed and to ship. Amazon and UPS both have this site listed! Staples stated they do NOT have equipment to print labelsand I couldnt ship the box. WHAT? SERIOUSLY?? Disappointed and Annoyed.

I have to say I really appreciate the copy center at this staples. The customers that come to this store though are extremely irate. If they dont what they want the yell and complain. I have to commend these employees for their hard efforts. Doesnt seem like an easy Job

Outstanding customer service. I visited the store before the start of school with my daughter, we were asked if we needed assistance while shopping and had a great experience at checkout with a friendly cashier. We found out that the discount we were told about while we were there was not applied to our bill. When I called they said I could come in and receive a store credit for the difference. After not having a chance to make it to the store, I called and asked it to be mailed, which they agreed to. After a few weeks I still did not receive the credit. When I called again today I expected to get a hard time at this point since some time had passed, but within 30 mins of speaking with the manager, the credit was sent to my inbox. It means a lot to me that they honored their word.
This store has unique customer service. As a business owner, we often walk in for supplies and when I am greeted they call me by name. The store is orderly and clean. Under the leadership at this store, it is evident that they take pride in their store.
After reading the reviews, I must agree that the customer service here is not acceptable. I walked up to the computer repair counter and the gentleman behind the counter quickly looked at me and put his head down? So I stood there and waited.... after about 5 mins he looked at me again and said sir have you been helped? Very weird since hes the only one that couldve helped me. Anyway all i needed him to do was show me how to return my computer to factory settings, and I was willing to pay, I work in retail and I know nothings free... he proceeded to tell me that the cost is $130 because he would need to add a program after he performed the reset. Again I explained what I needed done, a simply factory reset, the same thing you do with your cell phone to return it to factory settings and again he repeated that he would have to add a program and doing the reset would not remove the passwords to gain entry to the lap top (lying to me because he didnt feel like dealing with me) I went to YouTube to figure out my issue and the only thing I had to do was hold down shift while restarting the computer... they were gonna charge me $130 for that and lied to make the problem seem worse then what it was
How many copy center employees does it take to answer a yes or no printing question?Apparently all or none! It took the entire copy center staff to inform a customer if they could or could not mass print coupons for a 2 day pickup, then they all proceeded to stare at each other, literally without saying anything or acknowledging the other customers waiting in line. After 15 minutes I left and went to Office Depot.
Worst service I have ever received. There were barely employees; the few that were there had no cross training. If you are a customer service employee or cashier you might not know the specs of the laptops but you should at least be able to tell me how much it is. No one could help me with a price. They kept pointing to a guy, saying he was the only tech there. Well he was busy with a customer who had a MILLION AND ONE questions. So I asked for a manager, they stated that the tech guy was the manager (his name is Monty).I tried to get his attention just so I can get a price on the laptop. That was all! I already viewed it online and did my research now I was here to purchase only. He acted like he didnt even want to do that. After he gave me the price, I said okay I want to purchase it, he stated that he was with a customer. He goes back to talking to the customer. After I pursue, he states that he is the only one that can grab it. What another inconvenience, you might as well run the store by yourself Monty. If you can not call on another employee to do a simple job then what are they there for. So I left and came back almost an hour later. Monty was STILL with the same customer now im angry because I dont feel as though I should have to continue to wait for a customer who clearly is confused and doesnt know what he wants when I am there ready to purchase. And on top of that the store was closing in about another hour. When I got back I waited about another 15 minutes before I had enough. Finally, he went grabbed the laptop and gave it to the cashier. Something he could of did earlier, I had to drive all the way into downtown Wilmington to pick up my child and back because he took so long when he could have said excuse me to the customer I am just going to get her the laptop. The room it was in was only 5 ft away from the customer. Would of took 2 seconds as It did when he finally decided to get it. So now here I am at the register finally paying for the laptop, he is trying to sell me other products. Sir; you was just with a customer and couldnt help me (the customer is still there btw), leave me alone I dont want nothing else from here is what im thinking in my mind. I decline the offer, pay and leave. After I left I realized he didnt want to just give me the laptop because he wanted to give me the sales pitch; and sell me other items. He wasted my time, and my gas. So thank you Monty, your store sucks!
Visited this store for two weeks in a row. Same cashier was present and stared at me the whole time while I move about at the store similar to last week. Cashier radioed and talk no nearby associates to keep an eye on me as I am a criminal and does not belong at Staples. When checking out, she gave me a dirty loom and start whisper into her radio to talk with another associate and stopped ringing up my desk midway through to do something else. She came back two minutes later to ring up my order and did not say thank you. Very rude and unprofessional!

Literally 2nd in line at tech center and it took 20 minutes for them to even start assisting the first in line. Someone took a personal call as there are 5+ people in line. I was sent here by work to buy a monitor so im not upset, im on the clock, but seriously though. Terrible customer service. 20 mins later, a second person jumps on to help.
