I was told they would diagnose my laptop for FREE. I was told it would cost more to repair my computer than to fix it so I decided to buy a new one. When I went to pick up my old one, they told me I would need to pay $40 for the diagnosis!! I was then told that it was only free if they fixed it ....bad business if you ask me. I could have shopped around to find someone cheaper! Better yet, Mike on South Main Street said he wouldve done it for FREE with NO HIDDEN COSTS! I will know better next time!
