I am very grateful to Jahne Cari who works in this store because I had not very common problem, and I was told that its not possible to do. Jahne spent with me two hours(!!) being very supportive as an assistance and as a very kind human being. She was calling with me at online service, helping me with a lot of things to set up, and made it work! I am very grateful to her, and I think att&t store is very lucky to have such a professional representative!

(Sorry to address you by appearance but I’m not good with names) This has not been my experience in other ATT stores. Went in over a month ago since i was interested in getting a new phone for my dad for his birthday. Wasnt really sure of the new iphones available or how a new phone would impact my current plant-- but Matt was super helpful and patient with explaining all the options available and when i went in about 3 weeks later he remembered who i was and made the transaction to get a new phone incredibly seemless (mind you this is all happening during covid so i can really respect all that they are doing during these times).

Excellent staff, customer service second to none ATT should use THIS store for training ALL other satellite store employees! Especially on how to treat the potential NEW client, and all other areas of CUSTOMER SERVICE! Been to stores where Ive wanted to leave and go to another carrier SIMPLY based on my treatment IN an AT&T store. Oscar is the main reason for me to stay with AT&T & to call this store my home store. His knowledge of the products coupled with his AND his EMPLOYEES EXCITEMENT of products Im interested in allow me to get excited about wanting to buy the product but also the upsell of buying and spending MORE money on an even better more sophisticated phone, watch, tablet than Id originally planned on makes THIS STORE, second to none in that arena. I originally only wanted to spend a couple hundred on upgrades, instead I ended up spending a few thousand dollars on upgrades. Im getting the Galaxy S10plus x 2, 2x tablet As, AND 2x Galaxy 4 watches! Was originally only gonna get 1 S10+ phone, watch, and a tablet.. instead got ALL of the aforementioned!! This AT&T store ROCKS!! ILL NEVER RETURN TO ANYONE ELSE at ANY OTHER STORE FOR ANY REASON RELATED TO MY NEW PRODUCTS. THANKS AGAIN AT&T!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

I had a problem with my bill and went I went to this store today. Chantel from the store helped me and explained step by step what the billing issue was. Very thorough. AT&T is lucky to have her.

Had a very positive experience here so five stars. Just keep in mind it is staffed by one person. I was lucky going in when no one was in front of me but the person after me had to wait until service to me was done. But the guy was chill and things got done fast

I was here today and the guys there were very fast at multitasking and delivering service. I don’t think I spent up to 10mins in this AT&T store. It’s just opposite the New Haven Green. The store is not too large as compared to other AT&T stores but the service is super efficient here. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance and it’s pretty close to the road.

Xavier was extremely helpful and I had a great experience here at this store! He was professional and answered all my concerns!! Thank you!

Store staffed by only one person. I wanted to ask a quick question about prepaid sim options. Unfortunately there were two people in front of me and I waited over 30 mins just to ask a two minute question.Dont bother going unless you have a complex problem and are willing to wait.That said the staff was very helpful and friendly so really AT&T should be putting more staff there.

Every now and then you stumble into a place and wonder how they stay in business. There is nothing here: very little merchandise and no one who knows what they are doing. Keep driving and find another AT&T store. There are others close by.

Very kindly staff. Yale students and staff could get a 10% discount by provide their ID card, and could waive their $500 deposit and $15 activation fee. They also sell cell phones with Sim-lock.

Xavier was super-efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.

I normally dread having to deal with AT&T but went in to get a new plan and Xavier took care of it brilliantly.
