Went with the intention of purchasing two phones an upgrade and a new line. I have been a customer for over a year the employee wasnt helpful at all. Told me that in order for her to give me the best promotions she needed to see my license, which made absolutely no sense to me but I tried to be understanding and figured she was just doing her job. I explained to her that I didnt have it but if a picture would help she said no, I left and stopped at two other locations and I bought two phones ...no license needed. And still got the best deals!

I have had my provider here for a few years.There was a manager by the name of Charlie that had previously offered me excellent service.If I ever had any difficulties, I could go and see him and he had great knowledge for explaining and rectifying any problems I had with the phone I had purchased there.Unfortunately,Charlie is no longer employed with them.The replacements there have very little knowledge if any about phones.With going there and explaining a problem with the phone, instead of correcting the problem, I was told to invest in a higher cost plan.This was an easy answer in which I recognized that the clerk didnt want to be bothered.After receiving poor service,I have decided to search for another provider.Obviously,what these employees dont realize is that customers make it possible for them to receive a paycheck.Providers for phone service are very competitive and Im sure that another provider will appreciate my business.

I just want to say that Charlie is one amazing employee. Every time i go in there he is always smiling and helpful. He is on point with the knowledge of service and the phone. He remembers me every time always asks how things are going(been traveling looking for work) its rare these days to have an employee like this. He is the reason why i use this and only this store. Thanks again Charlie for all the help

Added a line to my plan, worked out perfect, was in and out in a half hour. 2 lines both with unlimited one with Amazon Prime two brand new Samsung phones 90 bucks a month cant go wrong!!!

Ervin is the guy! He knows what hes telling, does not try to fool you, honest, quick, kind... He did try to port my number in for about 2 hours without any whining, he could have just reject the request but he fought for it. Very professional service, very clean and lit store, everything was perfect.

Stay away from MetroPCS! After having an issue at the Hamden mart store i went to this store. The person behind the counter identified himself as the manager sent me out on a wild goose chase! telling me that i would be able to activate my new phone my self by going online and using my old sim card! After many failed attempts i call customer service and they said to me that the phone cant be activated online because I need a new sim card and the person at the store should have know that. To my amazement i find out that this store and the Hamden mart store are owned by the same people. Problem solved! I switched to Verizon. The moral of the story, cheap service in the long run is more expensive! Stay away from MetroPCS!

I went to pay my bill and the guy behind the counter told me that if i didnt have exact change that i couldnt pay because he doesnt have change. So i went and got change came back and another guy behind the counter said how dont you have a debit card? I said because i have cash. He continued to tell me that its smarter to paywith a debit card because then i dont have to come to the store. He was laughing while talking to me almost making fun of me because i was paying with cash. Super rude. When i asked how they dont have cash in the store he told me its because some stores get broken into and the cash gets stolen......i wonder if they know that safes have been invented.....hmm..... Anyways i will never go Back to that metro. They are horrible and have zero customer service.

I went in to start new service the manager Charlie was amazing at what he does I bought 1 phone from him and recommended my family and now they are all switching over service works awesome returning customer thats for sure

Store just got remodeled, looks amazing. Professional service and helpful staff.

My daughter bought a mobile hotspot from them she asked the guy specifically if it would work on her game, she had it for about 4 days ( bought on the 29th, stopped working on the 4th) it literally just cut off when the GBs ran out she was specifically asking him this question and he was blaintly telling her anything to make a sell. The one who helped her name is Charlie who apparently is the manager told her the wrong information, he told her if the gbs run out the Data would slow down, the man never came out his mouth and said the hotspot would cut off, if he would have my daughter never would have purchased it.

Prices are fictional and he has no conscience.
