I had my iPhone 11 screen replaced here. They did an excellent job on it and it only took them 30 minutes to do it. Other stores told me that they had factory replacement screens. The staff at Elm City Wireless let me know that Apple doesnt make replacement screens. Most stores use cheap knockoffs. Elm City Wireless only uses the best quality components in their repairs. My screen is as good as new! Im so happy with the job they did. Definitely getting all my repairs done there.

A group of inexperienced liars. You’re better off at the Apple store. These guys destroyed my phone and blamed it on water damage. I was there only for a screen replacement and my phone worked fine before they touched it. They gave me the run around for days. No management. Apparently no owner as well. Bring a translator with you if you dare visit.

Came in with a Nexus 5 issue and the technician was quite knowledgeable about the phone and its issues. He gave it a shot and managed to get it working again. Seems like a couple of good hard working guys who are doing a great job. I would recommend them to my friends.

Trying to give zero stars. Switching prices claiming my phone can’t be repaired but then trying to buy it from me after I heard the guy say I got this one. They obviously take turns defrauding customers out of their phones. Bad experience overall. No better than wireless wizard. Stay away from this place it’s not worth the headache.

Boost Mobile and the staff are poor. They sold me a lemon phone and caused havoc to my service so many times. Staff that Also sends viruses to mobile device. They are sloppy with receipts and warranty. Also they add and sold me phones that stop working just after seven days. Id never recommend them ever.

Over priced phones outdated smart watches worth $10 for sale at $75 and a screen repair is never less than $80 no matter the phone. I got a LG Tribute HD for $160 broke the screen in 5 weeks went back to get a repair they said the phone is soooo cheap it isnt worth it! I said just sell me the glass I will fix it myself charged $50 but the value of the phone is $80... Can I say robbed?!?

Went to purchase the Pre-Pay Infinity Modem for WiFi on this store, Mr. Edward the manager check and told I have good signal at my address also said I can connect up to 10 devices to the modem and get WiFi even for games on playstation. Guess what? did not work. I cannot even connect 2 device at a time. Called Cost. Serv. Explained to them they told to bring the modem back to the store cuz I was still under the 7 days to return it as it was desglose in the receipt also. I went to the store I explaing to a spanish young lady (very polite) my issue. Mr. Edward who suppose to be the manager was hearing my conversation and when I direct myself to him to see if I can get my $106.35 back he immediatly with stupid, unprofessional actitude say NO. He was sooo upset that even down talk to his employees to go and take care of other costumers that enter the store. (Poor Girls they were so embarrased). So I told him that cost. Service send me here to get a refund. And He say no and he dindt do it. Right there @ the store I called back Cost. Serv. And explain what was going on. They were very polite considerated and told me as he doenst want to comply with the refund no worries we will refund your $$$ Back and they did the same day. I will advice any client to be very carefull buying or doing business at this store. They just want to sell,sell, sell and dont give a dam and dont have Nooo idea what is Costumer Service PLUS they give FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO CLIENTS. They even open accounts under other people names without that person being there present or atleast give them a call to confirm that an account is opening under their names... WOW totally worst business and cost. Service at that store. Is just an ADVISE DONT DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE PLEASE!!!

Dont get your screen fixed here . Theyre just trying to get money on out you, the guy told me to show him my receipt off my bank account because they fix a thousand phones a week . This dude made me waste my time to come down to the place to tell me I was sitting on my phone screen & I broke it because it was in my back pocket & the pressure of my body crushed internal sensors . Like seriously ? I just got my screen fixed the last week of September & the screen was broken by the second one week of October . Youre better off just going to the the Apple Store to get it done at a least they stand by their word of fixing it if it breaks again if the screen isnt intact.
