Amazing spot to get new carpet! The owner is friendly and honest. He is on time and very easy to work with. He arrived to measure and I was able to choose options from a lovely show room! I never felt pressured to buy the wrong thing either. He even arrived on install day with amazing installers! These men were clean and professional! Hard working installers who were polite and neat as well. They did excellent work!

I LOVE my LUSCIOUS new carpet! What a huge upgrade from what I used to have. First of all, I was working on a rehab/fixer-upper & needed carpet. Being that it was the last thing to put in, I was also on a tight budget. My pockets were wearing thin. After searching and getting many quotes, Tim ended up beating everyone out. Not only did he help me pick out the BEST colors for the property, he gave me such a GREAT PRICE, —that I was able to FINALLY get carpet in my own place that I have been so desperately needing for a long time. My luxurious plush new carpet is so soft to walk on. My feet are thanking me after a long day at work!

They were able to mix stains to match a custom color for all our wood floors! Also we were so happy with the carpet they installed downstairs we are now doing the upstairs. They have also done our bathrooms in tile, they are absolutely the best craftsmen in the industry. Their service / installers were very experienced and professional.

Could not have seemed less enthusiastic about finishing a wood floor in bedroom or possibly adding carpet. I understood the job was small but they never even got back to me with an estimate. They wasted my time and I got another local flooring company out the next day and installed the following day. I should have know by demeanor on the phone.

The Flooring Center refinished the hardwood floors in our 125+ year old house and they turned out beautifully. They stuck with the character of the house but they still looked brand new! We were very impressed with Tim and his crew and the work they did on our house.
