Had issues with communication after UPS screwing up my order. Eventually got a refund. Thank you.

I really like styln and so I ordered a flag and shirt from them.... Two months ago. There has been no update on the order no shipping even. I have emailed them countless times have messaged them on social media even and still nothing. I know shipping gets messed up sometimes but it really blows that they havent even tried to contact me about the order. Its been three months now and no update. Very disappointed. Will be contacting my bank to get this refunded

I ordered a t-shirt, and a keychain. I only received a t-shirt, and when I contacted STYLN the day it arrived I waited patiently for 2 days... nothing. So I continued to email there customer help email, and there sales office. After 2 more days I left an email that I was extremely upset about my experience with styln. I even had people I know that reached out to the owner of the company that ended up leaving them on read. Besides that fact that I was missing an important part of my order due to personal significance, I would have not given them a one star even if they replied. They packed everything well and they even had amazing presentation of there products in the package. But it has been three weeks and no response. I will also be posting this review on multiple review websites because I’m sure whoever reads this review won’t actually post it to the styln website.
