My husband and I went to the Walmart and got a new better homes and garden lamps. It was very nice and I loved it. Found all our dog treats which was nice. 👍

This store is in a lot with goodwill, TJ Maxx, and Ross, shoo.... I almost wanna move into the area. If I lived around the corner from this strip, I wouldnt need a car. My favorite place to visit and I will be back ....I priced the wipes... And purchased the big box! Oh and the bathrooms were clean! #wayofcassandra

This place is out order thats for sure. They only have 2 registers and the rest are self checkout. I definitely wouldnt go to this location. Employees suck dont ask them for anything and the customers are just as rude. The shelves werent stocked definitely wont be going back there

The store is still reconstructing its layout. It takes a few customer assistant clerks to find items sometimes, because of the layout changes, but help is always available when needed. However, all registers are self-check, so be aware!

Much neater, more well stocked than the Jefferson St. Joliet store.

Clean, nice hotel, wonderful pool, and hot tub. Gf and I got the suite so our kids had their own room, and I loved how they had the door between the rooms, and all parents know how important that is. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Very handy to be able to make a quick stop at the lash studio. The store has a Duncan doughnuts inside too

Was in line for a while. And this walmart in New Lenox although very clean and spacious was missing so many products. Almost half my personal products list was out of stock. Dont know if it was just because it was the weekend or if this is a norm for this store...

This place has just gone downhill. I used to like shopping there but its usually overrun with people, and the aisles are an absolute mess to where you can see what youre looking for or you cant even walk down the aisle. I know theyre changing up a lot but its just chaos. The people who work there are ruder than can be. If much rather spend my money at Target or Meijer. I hate leaving bad reviews, but now theres only very few things I will actually go there for and the rest I will go elsewhere.

Went to the Walmart in New Lenox. It was very nice and clean. Found all our cat treats which was nice for usually theres one or more not in stock. The places that we shop a lot are all close to each other.👍

I go to the New Lenox Walmart. Great improvement in stock availability. Now, the staff. All are personable with great customer skills. Eye contact, acknowledgment of customers is excellent. Training program proves this. One thing...I was in Risk Management before retirement. Though staff is alert and involved at self checkout areas, I still feel I can accidentally walk out with product. I would look at all types of scenarios to equip staff with more specialized skills. Management would be wise to learn these what if scenarios. This training will enhance their already excellent customer service and loss prevention skills. All in all, my go to store.

The store to me is cluttered it can do better on organizing, the prices of the meats are higher then the Joliet store, I rather go to Joliet Walmart anyday then visit new Lenox walmart. Please get it together

I always go into the store rather than buy online and do curbside pickup, but decided to give it a go. I checked before I placed my order and the things were all in stock at this location. Happily, I placed my order. They cancelled my pickup order an hour later after charging me for the things. Will never do online pickup again, especially at this location

Nice and big Walmart, they changed out most of cashiers for self check out, nice if you want to scan your own stuff but I’m not payingWalmart to be my own cashier.

Really never a good experience here. I dont know why I go back. I guess SOME lower prices? But everytime I have gone in items/merchandise are all over the place. Super messy.I feel Orland Park Wal-Mart, even though busier, keeps their store somewhat neat/organized.

Went in to get tires fixed - I had two tires with nails in them. I went to Discount Tires because thats the chain where I bought the tires. Anyway, they had my tires fixed in about 45 minutes, no charges. They also measured my treads ar no cost.

Item Location provided on website is incorrect and cant find any employees to ask correct location of item. Gave up and left.

This is one of the better Wal-marts, clean and employees helpful. Down side, out of many items, high price on vegetables to many self checkouts!

Its Walmart.... But their grocery pickup is ESPECIALLY terrible. There is no queue. Its just whoever they go out and see gets groceries. Spent an hour and a half there once waiting. Its insane.

Some shelves not stocked.No prices on an entire aisle.Employees that cant tell you where to find things, even if it is their department.

I avoid doing curbside pick up there at all costs. EVERY time I have to wait at least 30 minutes after I park. I always check in before I leave and when I arrive immediately. You could shop in store in the amount of time it takes them to bring it out to you.

Wish all Walmarts looked like this. This Walmart is on another level of clean.

Wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star. I had a pickup; I was the only car. 5 people came out. (I know. Walmart having more than 5 people.) I waited over an hour. Then they cancelled my entire order. Spend the extra $0.20 and go a little farther to Target. The longest I’ve ever waited at Target was 10 minutes.

This place is ridiculous. All self serve checkouts except for one lane. Shouldnt the prices be lower now that were doing everything ourselves?Aisles are messy and several of the refrigerator items I looked at were expired.Not cool.

This walmart location needs some improvements. Some of the staff dont seem to be to Informative of where products are, or don’t really seem that enthused to want to help either.Some of the aisle could use some cleanup just seems like a lot of their products are in disarray.The floors themselves were ok not to dirty, and most of the checkouts are self checkouts, so that could be a good or bad thing depending if you like that method of checkout.Still a pretty good store, always good prices on my end.

Most helpful employees Ive ever encountered at a Walmart..of course I havent been to one in a couple years maybe they are all better.

I love going to this Walmart location because they got everything I need. I would suggest people to start shopping on the weekdays like Tuesday through Thursday because you will find everything that you need before the weekend rush or madness. Dont shop on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays!! Also, dont shop during rush hour like 5pm or after that time frame. If you shop on the weekends good luck finding what you need because all the things that you want will be gone!!! 😱😱😱😱 Also, stay away from last minute shoppers they are the worst because they dont plan ahead in their busy schedule and like to shop late at night. Also, they shop at the last minute before the store closes which I find that very rude and and very inconsiderate towards the employees that work hard to keep this store open for all the customers. This walmart has small carts in addition to the massive carts which is great! The employees are actually willing to help you. This is one of the only walmarts Im willing to go to any more.

As far as Walmarts go, this is one of the better ones! The self checkout area is really nice.

I like going to Walmart. I purchased a salad and some Watermelon. Though lately they have been out of a lot of things lately.

Well maybe my expectations were too high, but the burger was tasty. The pork belly on it however was hard and cold and NOONE seemed to care. Our truffle(salt) fries were a greasy mess in a cute copper dish that was not appropriate helping to drain off any of the oil. The first batch was cold the second was greasier. So I didnt eat any. My sister tried to eat hers. Their veggies are strange. I think they are from the sushi side and they just add Garlic and cook them the texture is kinda weird but they were hot and they tasted ok. The had a Delicious Desert that was really good with masserated berries. I might give them another shot. So we will see.

The staff and management were nice. The store is spacious, but clean and neat. No complaints!

I mean, its Walmart. Youll get most of the things on your list, sometimes its out of stock. Theyve stepped up their game on keeping it clean, and Ive been to walmarts that are grotesque and never have items in-stock. Theyre now fully self checkout, which is rough when you have a full cart to bag, but I guess it saves the trouble of having the workers poorly bag your items together EVEN IF YOU LOAD THE CONVEYOR NEATLY but ya know, thats no longer an issue 🤣😅

I love going into Walmart and shopping but this one is the worst.. I went in one day and asked a worker where something was and she shrugged her shoulder and walked away.. I was floored.. So I started doing the Walmart pick up everything was great up until the last couple times.. I went back to pickup my order sat in my car for a 1h 25m till someone even came out and checked me in. Then today 6/12/2021 I was the 4th car there waited 35 mins before someone came out to check me in then I was the last person to leave I was so mad and irritated.. So I will be retiring Walmart and shopping at Target..

I love this store because the prices are lower than some of the other stores. All of the workers seem nice and very helpful.

This is probably the worst run Walmart I’ve been to. They close the service desk at 945 despite the store being open till 11pm. There is no mention of this on their site. I checked before I left and there wasn’t one person in the store to process my return.Next day I come in to return item and it went well. I had to buy a couple of things. Could not ring me at service desk. 2 checkout lines open and the self check. Each checkout was 8 deep and moving at a snails pace and self checkout is 15 deep and gave me time to write this. No social distancing reminders either.

It is a nice a place, clean, and the people there is very friendly.

I give it to them. Their return department works hard to make things right.

This is literally the best Walmart Ive ever been to. Clothes were all in place, shelves were fully stocked, & the staff was EXTREMELY helpful!!!!

Nice store, but I bought a gallon of milk that was 4.17!! It was marked lower on the shelf. It was regular Prairie Farms that was 1.99 at Shop and Save!! I couldve got 2 gallons for that price!!

I enjoyed this location. They have a nice pandemic selection. I was able to find everything on my list but red onions. The cashiers were very nice & patient.

I saw some ammo in stock and wanted to pick it up. There was no one around to unlock it and when I found two employees, they were not able to open it because only one person has the keys and they were on lunch break. I spoke to a few more employees including the manager and they told me no one is able to help because of the lunch break and I was told to come back an hour later. I called the store when I was told to come in, and they told me that they sold the ammo to someone and none was left in stock. They also told me that there was two people that could have actually helped me when I was there earlier. They have people that can help, but it seems like they cant communicate with each other to help customers. Waste of time.

I wont ever go back to Walmart ever again, at any location, Mokena or otherwise. I was, without a doubt, racially profiled today at Walmart. Starting at the self-check out by the workers who were standing by my check out station who had all eyes on my items, to the worker at the exit who stopped to check our $243 reciept, to then a woman rushing out of a room to then audit our items. After being denied our request to just return items and leave OR pay for any discrepancies with scanned items, the worker called the police and had them issue me a CITATION worth $75 dollars, along with our $243 total reciept. Whereas she found some items, I had actually OVERCHARGED myself and was given a $5 dollar refund, the woman gave us no option to return all our items because, and I quote, if I let you return the items, I wont be able to charge you. Really? I have no option to return the items I have already paid for now? So, this was her plan from the beginning, to profile AND charge us including police intervention. She could not do much else to me because I had NEVER been reported with Walmart nor do I have a record with police. Not only did I get a citation, I was put into the Walmart system so that if I ever make a mistake (not that I did) again, I will be forever banned from any and all Walmarts. From this point on, I will either shop at online stores, grocery stores, or any other superstore store besides Walmart. I will tell each and every person who is a minority to steer clear of this franchise, unless you are willing to risk a clean record at a superstore.

Store arrangement has been changed. Very disorganized. Only two checkouts. All others are self checkout. Only one store employee to assist with problems at the self checkouts and he was in a wheelchair. He was very helpful but overwhelmed to be sure. Eveytime you call no body answers the phone and it keeps ringing. Cant even leave a message. Going to go to Jewel from now on. Very frustrating and discouraging going in there. What a mess. Try to avoid this location if you can. Would give them a negative star if it were possible. Had to give one star. A falling star would be appropriate.

In a busy world as today I am delighted to take a little time out to write a review on New Lenox Walmart I totally feel comfortable welcomed and at ease even if it is a crowd I like the environment and the clearance aisle is off the chain its really a clearance aisle LOL some Walmarts will take a quarter off of price and put it on clearance its not like that there I just can sum it up as peaceful kind people and clean thats all I got for you Google I love that place I travel just to go to that place its important to be less stressed when you are shopping and even after you are shopping I really like New Lenox Walmart thanks for listening

My dad and I stopped in yesterday to get an ink cartridge in electronics. There had to be 5 people waiting and there was not a single employee around to help the customers. My dad had to ask 5 different employees to get someone to help us and he even called the store manager and nothing! We waited a good 25 minutes until someone finally came. However, as we left and got our ink cartridge, there was still a line of people waiting! No one knows what they’re doing at this store. Never coming back.

Great store and employees much better than Walmart in romeoville.

Its all self checkout now. No help around for a few minutes while needed a code because I bought wine. Good luck with shoplifters and Christmas. Nice way to cut jobs. Ill be shopping at Myers for now on.

I like the layout of Walmart. Most of the time the isles are stocked. What I dont care for are the nasty attitudes some of the employees have. When you ask for help they immediately have an attitude!!The other day I was at the self checkout and my item didnt have a price. I asked an employee for help. She slowly walked over, had an attitude, went to find the price. Took her 10min!! On her way to customer service, she stopped to talk to her friends. Finally made her way back andslowly punched in the price. I could have done the same thing in 2 minutes!

Wal-Mart has some values worth a purchase. Go find them. Youll be surprised. Stay safe on your shopping adventures

They have changed all registers to self checkout except for two. Most of the self checkout are not working. I am literally 22 people deep in line right now. I will never come back here again.

New Lenox store has helpful staff. Started shopping here after Joliet Jefferson store took my cart full of groceries for put back after I made a quick trip to the restroom. No explanation. No apology. Just a suggestion to shop elsewhere. The employee wouldnt provide name so I snapped her photo. Havent been back since. Very unfortunate bad managers hire bad employees.

I walked through the store several times because my husband keep calling to add items. I was very, very proud of the ones working this evening because everyone was professional and courteous everyone! And restocking all at the the same time and quickly. Some young people do show theyre there to work and assist the lost customers!! 😊👍🏽

Pretty neat and clean, was able to find mostly everything I needed... Well the rest of the items I found & needed were more expensive ($5+over) than my reg store I go to. I still managed to complete 90% of my shopping endeavor. Oh and we picked up this cutie, Love at 1st time 😻
