Plenty of parking and convenient drive-thru for medication pickup. Friendly and helpful staff. I’m not sure why Walgreens closes the pharmacy for one hour during lunch. It’s very inconvenient if that’s the time happen to be there to get your medication. Not sure what the reason is, it’s not just this store at every Walgreens.
Staff that are still there from when it was rite aid are very good. Frequently there are staff that get floated there from other stores. Transition from rite aid to walgreen seemed to have a few complications with computer system changes and changes in some staff. Things seem to be going much better now. The staff are helpful and cooperative if you ask them for what you need. I have used this store for years and will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
This is the worst Walgreens Ive ever been to. 6 people behind the counter, nothing seems to be getting done. Theres a group of 20+ waiting around for prescriptions and vaccines, some of come back several times over the past few days.Terrible!
Problems already with the pharmacy at this danbury road location. Staff is inconsiderate and obnoxious. Thought this could be my new “goto” phara but the lack of courtesy and professionalism will force me elsewhere.
Good products quick checkout
The pharmacy staff is terrible at this location, multiple times they have lied about prescriptions being ready, then lied again when making excuses for their mistakes and delays. Needless to say my business is going elsewhere for ALL future prescriptions. Seems to be both a management and staff problem.
