CVS New Milford CT is not bad at all. They try to make space and everything you can look at the Isle and know what you are going about. There are always persons in the store you can ask a question they are always working. They wear different attire so you know them even if they are new. They have sales, discounts, extra cash rewards, also other area you can get help from to help lower their cost in shopping. Its not a bad store, now they have self checkout. Much faster, ATM machine, if you need cash now. Dont remember which branch. Their environment is clean. That long wait is not their. Neither to collect drugs. Pretty good place to shop. they have a public rest room and a nice parking spot. They sell nice things.

First time using free delivery as promised on time. Clean location atm, China food cross street and more.Drive thro excellent and quick.

A nice CVS location - modern, clean, well stocked and a full pharmacy. The staff has always been friendly and prices competitive.

Trying to schedule with cvs for the COVID vaccine, I have been trying for about 1 month I call every day morning & evening an Indian woman cones on on the line, she ask how did you hear about us I told her I am a customer of Cvs, she proceeded to ask me what is my ethnicity I told her I was black she quickly state that she has no available and hang up .What does the color of my skin has to do with me getting the vaccine.

After surgery I was in terrible shape. Called to get a Rx refill and was told it would be ready the following day. Well just like cvs the prescription was deleted by the pharmacist and 2 days later I still haven’t received my pain meds and I’m a diabetic. Please help the pharmacist to understand when patients are in pain they need help. Don’t leave it up to the patients to track down authorizations for pain meds especially after surgery. In 6 days the pain is still real after having spinal surgery. I’m very disappointed in the cvs pharmacist.

The front store is very nice as in what they carry for a pharmacy. However the pharmacy were Alexandria is the pharmacist she is un professional not courtesy its her way or no way she goes behind your back and changes prescription after you say no. Then she breaks hippa laws and talks about people. There medical conditions and drops names. There concerned about not catching covid yet after asking numerous times for them to clean the pen and signature pad and they look at you like yeah right and stand there and do nothing but make you sign. Its ok for people to get covid but not them change your pharmacy to walgreens no one in corporate cares ive left several messages! The pharmacy staff are vindictive and spiteful. Go anywhere but to this cvs. Unless you enjoy being talked about.

This is a nice pharmacy i see it as helpful and supportive, you will always see someone to ask a question, not a bad place, it has a clean environment, nice parking place, things on sale, good prices, busy workers you are not alone in the pharmacy. Nice place, it not bad at all. I bought things there and i am satisfied. Very helpful workers.

I buy things at this pharmacy and find it as a good pharmacy, theyhave sales on items, they always serve or give out coupons, that is a plus, their things are of not bad prices. They are helpful. I asked for prices and the pharmacist timely explained the differences between both bottle of pills. I was sending them to a family member who asked me to purchase them. Nice pharmacy nice people, only one problem I found is that I took my passport pictures there and it was turn down by officials, I had to do it over, so I asked that they just brush up on that area. Dont be afraid to tell someone it cant done this way. Otherwise they are cool. Very nice pharmacy.

Have been waiting for celebrex since Friday, 7/6/18. They were out. The order came in today Monday, 7/9/18 but they have no one to unpack the order. I called at 12:00. He said it might be done by 5:00!!! Should not have to wait this long for medicine. So basically I will have it on Tuesday, 7/10

CLAIRE the manager here, has gone out of her way to try to make me miserable since I worked here 13 YEARS ago. She’s never been anything but rude to me. I came in today after not shopping here for 5 years, just because I needed tissues and water and was next door. I wish I didn’t. She came right up to me at the register and told me my dog wasn’t allowed. When I said he was a support animal with paperwork she shrugged me off in disbelief. Rude as heck. What is her problem?! I’m so done shopping here!!

Do not bring your prescriptions here. The app never actually fulfills the script, they are never ready... and not like an hour late... DAYS late from when they say they will be filled. And the lines are usually about 30 minutes long. And they have literally lost my prescriptions before. Take a 10 minute drive to danbury and go somewhere else. Its ok in the best interest of your health and time.

Writing this from the waiting area at CVS in New Milford (East St.). Thats where youll spend most of youre time, the waiting area. Or in line. This place is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. This review isnt based on one experience, Ive been coming here for years and it never gets any better.

They have no anti acid pills only some chewy knock off brand tablets that dont work and are very expensive as well

It strange to me that half the time this store doesnt have my prescriptions. I live a few blocks away and would love to do business here, but when they dont have my medicine their answer to me is that they should have it in a few days. Not good enough since I have to take the meds every day. So I get my prescriptions now at a privately owned pharmacy 20 miles away that made a commitment to me to always have my medicine in stock and for a couple of years now theyve lived up to their word. Once I asked the young lady who waited on me if, since they were out of my medicine, she could call another CVS to see if they had it. Hard to believe, but I swear her reply was, Sure I could, but so could you. Why would I call when you can? I think that says more about some young people today than about this particular store, but I was flabbergasted by her reply. Spoiled brat.
