I walked into this establishment and was greeted by a staff member named Mr. Evans that wore a grey shirt which I assumed was in management.Mr.Evans was very professional and helpful with a Smile, which made me feel at home. Mr.Evans checked my Check Engine Light in a timely manner and gave me the results asap! Mr.Evans. is a valuable asset to Autozone, and I will continue to patronize this location because of his attention to detail and his friendly service I recieved from him! I recommend all my family and friends to visit this location and see what the Fuss is all about!

Outstanding! We were traveling through and needed new wiper blades. They had exactly what we needed, of course. But what put the visit over the top was when the man assisting us came out to help install the wipers without us asking. Nice guy. Wonderful service.

I had a great customer service experience. The ladies in there are really nice and I felt that they really care about the customers. Theres such a warm invite. I didnt feel any attitude from anyone. I think the guys name that helped me with the light on my car was Rendell. Not sure, something like that. I will definitely be returning to this Auto Zone when I need something else.

The terrific folks at this AutoZone really went the extra mile for me. After determining that my battery, not my alternator, was bad. They found the right replacement AND changed it out for me quick and easy. Had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. This is definitely my AutoZone.

Parts personal very helpful, & knowledgeable.

I dont go often and most any repair is beyond me but they install batteries and do the engine light thing. They even replaced some bulbs for my elderly moms car. Ive always found the fluids, fuses and stuff I need. The staff seems more helpful than you might expect.. some of their customers show their ass and the staff deals with them better than I would.

First off, the cashier Brandy was too busy with her cellphone to even notice that we were standing at her register. The alternator tester was down, then in the middle of our conversation she decided to answer her cellphone. Just blatant unprofessionalism.

I always love coming to this AutoZone The staff all always extremely helpful and kind. The selection is amazing, with many different brands to choose from. Additionally, the installation service this location provides is extremely helpful and convenient. I am glad to have such a great auto parts store nearby.

Baaaaabbbbbyyyy. I love me some AutoZone on S. Claiborne. When I leave there I feel like Im a mechanic. I dont know if its cheaper or not and dont really care, because if youre giving me amazing service with a problem that makes me feel like Im going to break out in hives I may pay a $1 more. So, I want to mention some names Lulu and Lionel. Theyre the greatest. They make you feel like family.

Was unable to use my credit card at this location because of a problem with their system. They tried my card several times and I am waiting to see if those attempts will show up on my card.

Its an AutoZone. You know what to expect. Two people helping 8 people waiting in line lol. Service was pretty good, but honestly if you dont NEED to go there, you may want to shop around. Quite a few of their items are decently more expensive than other places.

I went to AutoZone needing a replacement light bulb for my headlight. I know nothing about replacing headlight light bulbs myself and the second I spoke with Johnny, he brought me back out to my car and taught me everything I needed to know about replacing it. It turned out that they dont carry the bulb I needed but he told me to buy it online, bring it back and he would put it in for me- EXCELLENT service.If you go to this AutoZone and need any type of assistance ask for Johnny. He is very knowledgeable and honest.

I went to buy a battery and a very nice African American man with dreadlocks help me test battery even tested the alternator he told me they were both fine as a woman I appreciated the honesty by not taking advantage and try to sell me something.... thank you guys for your good job and honesty

Everything was fine but it took me approximately 15 minutes just to get to the counter. Really nice people.

When theyre not busy, lots of great service. They change your battery in/out very quickly, and have a lot of car knowledge. They recently gave me a tip on fixing something even Ray Brandt Nissan couldnt figure out.

Ill rate this 4 stars even though I never really think of an auto parts store as something to rate...especially with 4 starts. But ya know, Ive been there a fair number of times. Im not any sort of mechanic so I only go there for batteries, fluids, lights, fuses, air fresheners, etc. But they have what I need and the staff are generally friendly. And several times they have done the work for me and my family members. I likeem!
