Brought a tire in to have it out on the rim. Im sure their service is good but for the price, I couldnt see a 2 to 3 hour wait for them to just out a tire on the machine and change it out on the rim!

I always love folks who go out of their way to help others. Delta World Tire did just that. My niece hit something in the road, busted a tire, and unfortunately, didnt have a spare, just the pump and slime I made a call from Mississippi, spoke to Mr. Chris, and within minutes, he had a solution. My nieces safety was first, and then the car being fixed was next. He sent a tech to help her(which is not a normal practice, Im sure), and she was on her way home shortly after that. If you have tire/car trouble in New Orleans, I urge you to keep their number handy. Thank you to Delta World Tire, Mr. Chris, JJ and the rest of the crew. You saved the day!

This place was a life saver. Jason took great care of us, we were stressed over a flat tire and they really came through for us. as tourists we were nervous we might get screwed over. could not recommend this location more!

They always seem honest and never try to get me to do work on my car that seems unreasonable. Prices are fair and people are friendly. They are usually a bit busy, which is probably a good sign.

Total rip off. Wanted to charge me $30 dollars for a patch and then laughed at me when I tryed to talk them down.I drove 2 miles down the street and got a quick patch job done for the standard $15.Give me a break.

Great place. I brought my Tacoma here to fix two flat tires. I got a call about an hour after I dropped it off saying “there wasn’t anything wrong with the tires.” I explained that they were obviously flat that morning, and they promptly checked again - finding two tires with large leaks. I appreciate when a business can admit when they made a mistake, still provide a great service, and not grumble about it. I will be back

I dropped my truck off at 730am and for an alignment and tire rotation. I asked Mike how long it would take and could they call me when it was done. He called exactly when he said he would and let me know my truck didnt need an alignment, only a tire rotation. The service here is great and I appreciate their honesty. After I paid for my tires and alignment, I saw they had charged me for road hazard protection. Nobody asked me if I wanted this when I dropped off or before I paid.Refund took a while, and the employee checking me out was not wearing a mask and refused to put one on despite citywide mask mandate. Management would not help. Such a stupid way to lose a customer.

We called and they had a replacement tire in stock, gave us a quote and got us right in. WOW was I impressed. I had a flat tire on the way through New Orleans, and decided to stop by Delta based on their reviews. They did not do this place justice. The employees were friendly, professional and fast. They patched my tire, and even remounted the spare back under my Jeep. Cheap too! Nice work.

Great service and price as always. Plus, I can work at the shop with Wifi while waiting for my car to be worked on-- which usually doesnt take long at all. Glad to have 4 new tires, and my spare put back underneath the back of my truck. Thanks so much for everything!

I don’t know why I bother trying to go anywhere else, 3rd time getting a new tire put on a rim here, always helpful, courteous, and friendly staff. Fast as all get out, and always sensitive to my price point and can try and work with me (within limits of course!) highly recommend if you need to replace your tires, can’t speak on the other aspects cuz I haven’t been here for that.

I should have written this review a long time ago. This place is a magnificent repair shop, at least for tires. Ive been to every shop for tires in this hell scape of a city and can say with confidence these guys are the best. This is the only Delta World Tire I have experience with. They are always polite. Always honest. Always fast. If you have a tire problem go here, be nice, be honest and they will take care of you.

I have been here a number of times to get tires patched or replaced, both with my car and my wifes. The guys who work there have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. Ive never had a bad experience. They always do great work on the cars. Recently they put out complimentary coffee and a fountain Coke machine which is another great plus. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been to delta world tire twice and they are always kind, honest and efficient. They never do more than is necessary to fix your car and I have not waited longer than an hour, if that. Highly suggest! Easy to get to location too.

Brought my Camaro to get the new rims and tires installed. They did an amazing job. Fast plus a great price. Then on top of all that they took my old 22s over to my work. Which is across the street. But still they offered to do it and wouldnt take any money. I cant recommend them enough.

Ten! I want to give this business a TEN. L.O.N.G. story short they bailed us out of a very difficult situation. Nick was incredibly helpful. We live 400 miles away yet I was treated like a good son treats his mother. If I were local they would have all of my business...and Id be sending friends and family.

I recently went into this Delta location because when I was living in Maine I was told my shocks were going and I would have to have them replaced. I drove across the country anyways without a hitch and after some months of living in NOLA, with its wonderful roads, I assumed the shocks were definitely in need of replacement. I went in early, was told they could get the van in within the hour, and after no time I was brought back to the garage to talk business. The mechanic explained that although they had the ware of a vehicle with 230,000 miles, they were still functional and didnt necessarily need replacement. He also mentioned certain bushing were wearing but that it wasnt an emergency, just something I would want to take care of before getting new tires. I was pleasantly surprised at his honesty. I wasnt charged, they didnt try to tell me I needed something I didnt, and I even got a delicious cookie while I waited. I choose this location because so many reviews raved about their honesty and now Im leaving my own to back that up. Thanks guys!

I was very displeased with the work done on my car. I brought it in for a frontal alignment and to have a tire replaced. I was told another tire also needed to be replaced and that the tires would be rotated.That same day I got my car back I noticed it was having the same problem as before- veering to the right. I planned on bringing it back to see if they could take a look at it and tell me if it was truly fixed. A few days later, one of the tires was completely flat and I noticed a lug nut was missing on the tire.I brought it back in and they told me I would need to pay for a new tire because the flat was not one they replaced but was only one they rotated. I was told they were doing me a favor and were helping me out. Despite the fact that the frontal alignment was never fixed which is what I payed for originally (and they never owed up to outright) and that they rotated the tires but somehow missed that one of them was cracked and didnt put one of the lug nuts back on, they are doing me a favor?... Either they are looking to rip off a female customer who they thought wouldnt question them or they need a new mechanic. In the end I got a discount but not without a fight, sadly, and with no apology for all that they missed and did not fix the first time. Not bringing my business back.

We were visiting NOLA from out of town when the tire light came on. These guys were awesome. They were about to close and managed to squeezed us in. Turned out to need just a quick air-up, which they took care of in a heartbeat, and had us on our way with a smile and no charge. HIGHLY recommend this shop!

I had an emergency close to their closing time. They accommodated me and stayed open past closing time to get the job done.

Went up to Delta convinced I needed new brakes since I had been hearing a squeaking in the front end when I brake for the last few weeks. They told me they looked pretty new and I didnt need them. Couldve so easily replaced them unnecessarily and charged me and Id have been none-the-wiser. They didnt even charge me for the assessment. Very grateful for the honesty.

Excellent service and prices. We were heading to TX from Florida and made a stopover in Nola. We had a bad wobble in the car and thought it was wheelbarrings. The took care of it, sent us on the street car to eat Beignets and listen to jazz while they fixed the car and found out it was just a bad tire in the back. They totally could have charged us hundreds since we clearly had no idea and went in telling them we thought it was something expensive. So honest and really nice people!

They scratched the hell out of my wheel when mounting a tire and did not disclose the damage. In addition, the tire was not mounted properly and was slowly losing pressure throughout the day. I had to take it to another shop to have it remounted. Would not recommend!
