Biggest parts store Ive ever been in. Service counter was only manned by 1 person though and there were 5 or 6 people waiting in line so it took a little longer than usual but this was understandable since the teller was diligently focused on solving an issue for the first customer in line. Has a mask only ordinance in place but wasnt strictly enforced(Take that as you wish). Its also in a fairly safe area as welI(for New Orleans anyways) cause I was able to work on my vehicle in the parking lot for about 4 hours with tools all over the place without feeling uneasy and having to look over my shoulders every few minutes. Overall good experience and I would definitely recommend if your in need of anything auto related.

I got everything I needed but the customer service could definitely improve. But once I complimented one guy on his politeness everyone suddenly became polite as well. I guess sometimes you just have to remind people we are humans and not just consumers.

Moved all inventory to Jackson. Good luck buying anything but wipers and hand wipes. I wanted 4 ratchet straps.....2 days away! Going to truck pro.

I worked there and they underpaid me. Store on Airline in Baton Rouge flooded and they made me work in an unhealthy environment. They should of properly cleaned the store before any workers including myself went back to work.

Has reliable parts and everything to go with the job. Replace the radiator just asoon replace that hose under there. Since its old and hard ro get.to.

NAPA had the part I needed, and with a better quality than the one I had to return to a competitor

Had the wiper blades I needed. NAPA Exact Fit. The only place that I was able to get the ones I needed.

I like it I love the service they have a lot of parts where you can not get them in AutoZone in Discount Auto Parts

I had ordered a set of back discs with brake pad sets online two times, but got parts that did not fit. Ordered parts from Napa for pickup. I measured the parts outside and noticed that they would not fit. Went inside and a guy with beard helped me. He stayed on the computer to research why my part would not fit and found me the right one. He also packaged the deal the same way as the original, since they did not have those as a package. The employee went way beyond expectations.

Worst customer service! Waited to checkout for 20 minutes and no one ahead of me. Not the first time this happened. Next time I’ll go across the street to O’Reilly’s.

Unload of my truck was fast. Friendly peaple

Walked in and stood patiently in line. When I got to the front, both people at the register walked away and didnt acknowledge me. Waited for 15 minutes at the front of the line and no one showed up. I just left.

They were not rude, but they were not very friendly either. Not much help. Did not have the common part I was looking for, and did not seem to care about finding a solution to the problem. They seemed pleased that they could not help.

Skip the discount places, youll only waste your time. Great help at the NAPA on Shrewsbury. They were the only place that stocked the brake light switch that I needed.

Best quality outside of dealership. Biggest variety. Excellent counter service. Moderate prices.

After a slight online inventory glitch, two stores sorted out the problem and I was able to get a scarce part for same day installation, and at 10% off! Gotta love NAPA knowhow.

I had to go back but I got to admit the young man that helped me was awesome took care of any issues I may have had.

It was horrible. Waited 45 minutes for 1 part.only two customers in store. Required to ware mask but no persons except for two out of 8 had their mask on properly. Some didnt even have them.

Why do some employees wear mask and some dont?

Confusing customer line. You cant tell whos next and it took a long time to get help. Counter people are always doing too many things at once (included personal stuff) and you dont have their full attention. To make matters worse, in the middle of trying to find a part for me the manager came up and my counter person walked to the next cash register and had the manager ring her up for something she was buying. I just stood there dumbfounded as they ignored me to complete an employees transaction.The time before that I stood there and waited for the counter guy to finish a long personal phone conversation about his relative before he asked if I needed any help. Parts are good quality, service is not!

I called and asked for a part I asked the salesperson if she wanted the make and model of my car for that part she told me she didnt need it and the point was $25 when I got to the store it was the wrong part and my part cost $118

Absolute worst. Someone spent $176 to my account and the manager insisted that my business was responsible to pay for some joe blow off the street to charge his personal vehicle parts to my account. After a month or so of refusing to pay and requesting security footage do they tell me to not worry about it. On top of that they magically knew who bought the parts and he actually didnt belong charging to my account without apology. I should have learned my lesson but I called back because I was in a jam and mister manager over there decides to be act like a child giving me the run around on what part I need. I have set myself up with oriellys after years of business and thousands of dollars with this particular napa. Sad story but definitely not worth buy from here.

NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS, so while youre waiting on the single enthusiastic Napa employee at the counter to expeditiously check out the three guys ahead of you while two are picking their noses, youll have to go somewhere else for relief then come back.

Worst place ever ordered paint and they waited till I got there to mix it. 30 minutes waiting and not ready so I asked to use the restroom and they told me that they didnt have a public restroom. Paint still not ready so I had to get in my car and drive to a McDonalds a couple of miles away. Came back and spoke to the manager about the situation and he told me that the restrooms were for employees only because they were near hazardous materials. He never apologized he just said there was nothing he could do.

Said they had a part and kept getting the wrong part after 4 times I still dont have it had to go to AutoZone. Sad part is I lost 3 additional days of use of my vehicle being broke down because of this...
