The 2 people who run this shop are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Small shop, but quick to get things from the warehouse if not in stock, never have to wait in line and it feels like a real parts store, not a kmart.

These people asked me what kind of an engine I had when I asked about a buying a door handle. When the gal finally figured it out she said, nope, dont have it.I mentioned that I had called several other auto parts places in town and they all had this basic Toyola Camry door handle (I was just comparing prices,) the lady looked a little farther and then said, wait for it ...NO CAN DO, to which I suggested that I didnt really care so much about the door handle, but she might politely mention to her clients why it was she didnt have a part and/or if one could be ordered.She said, my warehouse doesnt care either ... to which I hung up the phone. #aintgottimeforthat
