I went to the store in Elmwood they moved next door to Charming Charlies by the way. They are no longer on the end by the Apple Bees. You guys know that Bath & Body Works is the bomb. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Never ever had an issue at bath and body works ever. Oh guys they have a sale on candles right now, as well as the hand sanitizer sprays. Oh also the mini sprays. I believe its buy 2 get 1 free. Of course I got whatever was on sale. Stocking up on Christmas gifts early. Great place, never had a bad experience.

This Bath and Body works is small but they are diligent at the front door about asking people to wear masks and sanitize before Shopping. Good selection of products and very friendly staff.Just an FYI, there was an officer near the door if that makes anyone feel unsafe, giving you a heads up.

The staff was friendly and the sale was phenomenal. Saved almost as much as I spent without feeling pushed to do so.

My sister loves a specific candle fragrance: the Fiji White Sands. I wanted to randomly surprise her and decide to buy her one. Had a coupon for 20% off and I wanted to buy it online, plus it was on sale, but the shipping was a little high so I decided to go and buy it in the store.I just planed for a quick visit, but the whole experience was overwhelming. I was asked to use a hand sanitizer that had a really strong smell that I did not like.At least 3 associates approached me and asked if I need help and if I’m ok in the first 2-3 minutes inside the store. One of them helped me with coupon for a free item, so no complains on that.So I just got a candle and a free lotion and went to check out. The cashier asked if that was all for me and I said yes. I told her that the candle is a gift for my sister, that’s why I’m here and she asked if I want to buy any soap for myself. I said no, because I have a skin condition and use only specific soaps. Then she told me about some aromatherapy soap I can try and I said the soap I use have to be fragrance free and without any essential oils.I don’t know what is the deal, maybe the associates get any commission of sales or something, but I felt like I was pushed to buy and judged for not buying more stuff. For some reason the price on web site did not matched the store price, but I did not worry about it. I just wanted to leave asap. I got my free lotion that made up for difference in prices. I will give it to my mom. Next time, if I ever buy anything from Bath and Body Works, it will be online only.

Very crowded but line moves fast. I thought its a little pricey for the size of the product, but it does make a good gift, and I was there in the area. I will think twice, and shop better before buying there again, but that is my opinion. It must not affect others so much as there is about a 10 minute wait to get in due to Covid 19!

The gentleman Jabby that’s greeting you at the door while you stand in line is the sweetest makes you be okay with standing in line. He tells you the sale they have going on before you come. The cashier you I got as well is the sweetest as well ask me did I find everything okay. I didn’t get to hear her name only her cashier Id. If I could’ve given the store a hundred stars I would have.

I absolutely love my trip to bath and body works first of all everybody was so helpful I am a very indecisive person and they stay with me to pick out my scent my candles I mean they were fabulous I love the fact that they disinfected for every customer in between every customer they disinfected so I really really like that I dont know who the young lady was that helped me but she did not leave my side beside until I got the scent that I wanted she was very diligent with me very patient and kind I really really really wish I knew her name very terrific young lady I really appreciated her I went there on Wednesday whomever this young lady was she was very awesome and I really appreciate her helping me.

I always go in here and the greeters are always super bubble and helpful. For those of you who have allergies and stuff the headache is so worth the visit! This location specifically is always helpful and they make a huge difference in shopping for perfume, lotion, body wash or candles and gifts .

This location always looks and smells wonderful! The ladies working here are so friendly, courteous, and helpful. The store is kept well stocked and seasonably in Target with products. Everything is easy to locate and easy to reach (important for short people like me).

Really nice sales associates! They saw that I was in a hurry (I was), and rather than hover in my space, they quickly placed a shopping tote in my hand and got the hell out of my way! Visited the Elmwood Location on Clearview in NOLA. It was the worst experience. Tanya was incredibly rude and obviously racist. She spoke to the customers (incl myself) and her staff very disrespectfully. When customers had questions she spoke in an agitated tone and even ushered a lady to the side because the shes beating me (she was referring to the cashier next to her). I can only imagine how the lady felt based on the look on her face not to mention she purchased a lot of merchandise. I will NEVER go to this store again.

Sales are awesome. Staff is always smiling and helpful. Enjoy recieving my coupons and getting to use them when there is a big sale going on.

This place is a nightmare for seemingly quick shopping visits. For every one person behind the counter there is three goofy women who would make Chrissy from Threes Company look like a rocket scientist. Their prices are really expensive, 17 bucks for some hand lotion? And there are these misleading signs everywhere that say things like buy 2 get 1 free buy 3 get 3 free but there so many restrictions on what you can use those offers for they are essentially useless

Ariel is the most helpful associate and her recommendations are spot-on. The new hyaluronic line is awesome in the heat--cool when you put it on and moisture capturing for the entire day (and not sticky).

They had their cashiers + lines all in order. Except 1 thing, for handicapped shoppers, there should have been a separate line, with I.D. shown or for obvious handicap shoppers. 2day was $8.95 candle day. I could hardly shop with all the lines for checkout. Much 2 crowded for me + BTW, Im handicapped but its not obvious!
