Joey did an awesome job with our flowers for our wedding. The price was very reasonable. He was on point with his suggestions to compliment my colors. The boutonnieres were tasteful and well done. The flowers lasted a very long time and were so fragrant! We got many compliments. I would definitely patronize this business in the future and recommend them to friends.

They didnt happen to have what I needed for a trade show coming up, but when I called, the staff was SUPER helpful and got me in contact with a company that could. That kind of customer service is not seen very often and if I DO have any other floral needs in the New Orleans area in the future, I will definitely reach back out to Arbor House!

This flower shop is amazing. They’ll whip up a beautiful bouquet for you in a minute with a smile. Their flowers always last a super long time at my house. A true Marigny treasure.

Joey was recommended by a local B&B. A quick phone call with simple instructions to send something beautiful to my friend who was in town celebrating her birthday. The artistic arrangement was in her room when she arrived and it was stunning and incredibly elegant. The colors were bursting and the way it was designed was simply beautiful. Joey Landry did an awesome job on my Wedding and Rehearsal Party! My out of town quest very impressed by his creativity using tree branches and flowers. When I walked down the isle I felt like I was floating on a cloud filled with flowers!Thanks Joey your the BEST!

Arbor House is the cutest little bath accessory store and florist in town! Vanessa was very patient and attentive, and helped me compile a gift basket of varying scents and products- bath bombs, body scrub, lotion, etc. Everything here is made with love and smells AMAZING! Love this little gem in marigny!

Terry at Arbor House was terrible! He made me repeat every detail in every conversation I had with him, like he never read a single email or document I sent him. On the day of the wedding he was 1 hour and 45 minutes late with the flowers! Asked if he could deliver them later... On the Wedding Day! The lack of competency, professionalism and care in the product was so disappointing. I would highly suggest NEVER using Terry Conery at the Arbor Florist who operates out of this establishment. Im sick that I still paid him for this pathetic service!

Arbor House ruined my wedding in so many ways I dont even know where to begin. Months before the wedding I sent several documents with descriptions, diagrams and pictures of what I wanted. I laid everything out by arrangement, location, table, etc. I have never had a wedding before so I offered a random amount for budget and they said they couldnt do it for that price. So they quoted me a different price and I agreed to it no problem. They assured me they could perform the job for that amount. Heres a list of just some of the chaos that took place on our wedding day:On the morning of the wedding only 5 of the 6 bridesmaids bouquets showed up. Someone from their team had to go back and get the missing one putting us behind schedule for pictures. At the actual location of the wedding, no one from the merchants team set up any flowers. They were all just dropped off forcing my wedding planner to have to set up the reception (50 yards away from the ceremony) and miss most of the ceremony that was falling apart in her absence. My purchase included a toss away bouquet so I could preserve my real one. I never received it and was therefore unable to preserve and frame my original bouquet. The flowers contracted for our escort card table were missing also.All of the décor flower arrangements looked horrible, were the wrong color, and looked sparse. I contracted hydrangeas because they are huge blooms and look beautiful to me. Not one hydrangea was in any arrangement. All of the dining center pieces only had about 7 blooms while the rest of the arrangement was leaves and stems which looked very cheap. It looked nothing like the pictures I sent. Fuschia and wine colored flowers, hydrangeas, and spray roses were also contracted to be included in the arrangements and were not. The altar arrangements were not supposed to show any greenery but it was full of leaves giving it a tropical look. The arrangement for the guestbook table looked like a wild tropical plant, was not a uniform tight bouquet, and the flowers were not the right color. The arrangement was not in a vase and the leaves on the tropical arrangement were over a foot long taking up much needed space on the table. The corsage wristbands didnt fit any of the women since they provided no stretch forcing us to find a last minute alternative. I was assured some of the ceremony arrangements would be moved by the merchant to the reception. They never made it because after the flowers were dropped off instead of set up, the merchant was not seen or heard from again. I was assured they would be there for set up and take down.I talked to the merchant ahead of time about making sure all of the arrangements would be secure since the ceremony and reception was outdoors in windy New Orleans. Several of them blew over and crashed to the ground coming close to injuring guests. Broken glass was everywhere.I could go on and on about how their actions caused a domino effect for the wedding day. Its only flowers but you will be amazed at how easily such a simple thing can ruin the entire look of what is supposed to be the best day of your life. I was devastated and tried to talk to the merchant a couple of weeks after to discuss a fair settlement but they just kept either changing the subject, claiming they dont know what happened to the missing arrangements, or telling me that their shop has a theme that goes for an organic look. I dont care what their theme is, a customer needs to get what theyre asking and paying for. They also claimed no one was there to accept the flowers when they were dropped off. Really...then how did we get them? I would definitely avoid this florist if you dont want the stress and disappointment for your big event. It was not worth the affordable prices.
