I have to say the gentleman named Ashton demonstrated the best customer service I have experienced in an incredibly long time! He is knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and even conversational.He greeted me immediately upon entering, asked me what I was looking for, showed me where everything was located, explained the printing procedures and even made sure other customers were taken care of as well, as we passed them in the aisles! Well beyond his years in maturity and work ethic. I was beyond impressed! Keep it up!As a teacher, who will come here again, I look forward to my next trip thanks to Ashton.

I spent $30.00 on a mouse in office depot today. It didnt work. A generic mouse straight out of the package and it didnt work. The last four purchases I made in office depot I threw in the trash. Some for quality too far below their purchase price to be useful, some because they failed in just a few weeks. Five chances is just too many; they will never see me in an office depot again.

Id like to shout out Tiffany at the store off of St. Charles in New Orleans. She saw me waiting in line to drop stamped mail off, she waited on her last customer, came up 2 me asked and put my mail in the bin so I would not have to wait in that horribly long line. You need more employees like Tiffany. She scanned the crowd saw a need and handled it. THANKS TIFFANY!!

Lady in printing had a nasty attitude, guess shes not a fan of working on Sunday.

Tuesday is taco tuesday all day. If you come in with a plate of 37 tacos every item in the store is 8 cents off. Max 1 item. The only catch is you have to eat all 37 tacos in 37 seconds while the store mascot hits you in the head with a faint foam number one finger.

Thank you again for having my credit card readers ready to purchase when I came in with my hair on fire!! Visiting from out of town to work a festival and after a quick call they had them at the counter ready to go! Made it back to the festival with 15 min to spare! You guys are the best!

Store is not open via times on website even though it is stated it was updated 2 weeks ago. Wasted trip. Please update with current hours.

No one would answer my questions, look me in the eye, talk to me, or help in general. Worst retail experience of 2020, terrible enough to prompt a review out of me.

The service could be better here. Lots of times there is a line of customers with employees stocking shelves--not focused on getting the customers in and out. I wish they would take more time doing this. The customers have things to do and do not want to be waiting in line. You can stock shelves later. Please start prioritising. This will get you more business and make the store more profitable.

A great place to stop in and get your general office supplies. They sell postage stamps as well, which is handy if you dont feel like hitting up the post office. The staff has always been attentive and helpful.

I always have a bad time here. The ladies at the print center always have attitudes! Crazy thing is were paying customers. Definitely wish Uptown had Staples!

Ill be going out of my way to shop here from now on! I had to pick up a laptop box and figured Id try Office Depot before taking it to Fedex and while they didnt have any laptop boxes for sale a man, who I believe may have been the manager, told me the right aisle and while I was looking for a box that might work he found one in the back. He refused to take any money for it and if it wasnt a few minutes before closing I would have made sure to buy more than the tape I did so Ill have to come back and come back for anything I might remotely need. Thank you!!!!

Although the premises are a bit worn, the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Ms. Terry in the print and copy department is a rock star! Great experience.

Fabulous staff, always more than helpful and courteous. Office Depot is a wonderful, customer friendly company. I always joke that you could put me on TV and especially for my St Charles Ave store.Only complaint is that lately inventory is less full and I occasionally do not find what I want.

There is one Employee that works in the copying area..., Always pleasantly helpful and upbeat. She wears Beautiful turquoise jewelry and will put a smile on your face!! My fav in New Orleans area.., St Charles Uptown.

This store continues to mess my orders up. I will never send any type of prints, signs, etc. there. Never a good experience with having things done accurately or on time. They also rarely have the materials needed to complete the job. Im very dissatisfied with their print services. The customer service by floor staff is very different. Those working the floor are very helpful.

Not good. Dont like shopping here but I do it because its close . Could not explain clearly enough what product I was looking for. Saleslady was rude. When I went to check out, she was up at the cashier sarcastically telling her about me. When I checked out, I told the cashier, Im who she was talking about. Then I was given the cold shoulder by her. No, I dont recommend stopping there.

Terry Johnson was very rude and unprofessional!! Worst service ever, I will never support this Office Depot. I suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Rita at the copy and print center helped me, quickly, make some posters for a trade show. She was so incredibly helpful and kind. The presentation, using the posters, went really well. Thanks again!

This store is clean and well stocked. The sales associate that helped me (dont remember name) was extremely cheerful and helpful.

This particular Office Depot is fantastic and makes the current one where I live now in California, look like a cave full of hostile Cro-magnons. The manager, Lawrence, at the St. Charles location is one of those people that rises above competence the level of human angel. Have I bought some crappy stuff there? Sure, but thats on Office Depot and the individual brands, the employees are great and everyone should bring them flowers and candy.

Bought a laptop computer here week end of June 17th. 1 week prior I was looking at that same laptop. On both occasions, I was treated very respectfully by 2 different tech/sales staff. On the day of my purchase, I could not be more grateful for how much time, enery, and information provided to me by staff member, Ryan. I also received excellent follow-up help w a software issue from Ryan & store manager/supervisor, Lawrence. Wonderful professionals who sold me a great laptop!

Ms. Leola has a very nasty attitude she was very ugly and unprofessional towards me.. I only came in to get a few copies and fax some paperwork.

Staff always helpful and very pleasant. Store is equipped with ample supplies.

Lawerence and his team provided outstanding customer service and helped us with a last minute project that needed to be done for closing time. I would 100% reccomend this office depot location as Lawerence was a pleasure to work with.

Ive used this location 3 times and they never seem to be well staffed which translates into unnecessary wait times. Im normally here to just pick up documents that were printed... I can see them sitting there waiting for me...but because there is no one around to help... I wait.

I walked in, and it was like everything I needed suddenly appeared in my cart-- Thats how quick and serious these guys are about office supplies. I will not go anywhere else.

This Office Depot wasted my entire day. I put in a print order online today at 2pm that was supposed to be ready at 7pm. I get there at 7pm to pick it up and they have no idea what I’m talking about. The printer has been broken all day so instead of calling to tell me so that I could figure something else out, they just ignored it. They then did nothing to fix it.

The customer service was excellent more than what I could ever expect.

Staff was friendly and knew what I eas talking about. Walked me over to just what I wanted. I picked it out and he was able to check me out right there via his smartphone. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

My experience w/ st. charles location has always been good. It was excellent this past week, the employees & manager, joe doyle, was very helpful & accommodating . He not only helped me w/ what i wanted but he also went out of his way to do what he could to circumvent a problem i had with one of item. No one else had authorization but he; he didnt have to go out of his way. I am very pleased with the assistance & my experiences there.This location is convenient, for me, bc its right off of a main street & closest to where i reside.This said, bc as a newbie, to NOLA its hard & scary driving around, esp. downtown- im always afraid of accidents with pedestrains in /and around the french quarter.The city grows on me & beginning to love its uniqueness.

We bought a laptop and they told us that the Tax Free form would be given to us at the airport. The point is that if they do not have Tax Free forms it is because they are not affiliated. Next time we go to Best Buy if they are affiliated with Louisiana Tax free.
