The owner is extremely rude! This store lacks customer service skills. I’m definitely not returning!

I love this store! the little asian man thats always there is so silly, always giggling and smiling... so very nice. plus, they, just about, always have what im needing, and if they dont, he makes sure by the next time youre there, hes got whatever you were looking for.living on the westbank, its not, exactly, convenient, but i will make special trips just to visit this store.

Very unpleased with the service provided at this beauty supply. The staff is rude and they lie for no reason. The owner also began to get flustered when I was explaining why i was so upset. I didn’t yell scream or act out of character and yet I was still rushed when trying to make my exchanges. If something is promised by a store I believe those promises should be kept. I will not be shopping here ant more for this reason.

The people are rude especially the oriental man ....He kept telling me how much the price is and pretty much said its too high.Well dang. Believe me........i can afford anything in the store.Poor service!!!!!
