The guy working the store has absolutely no customer service skills at all. He was so rude and even though I found something I liked in the store I refused to buy it because of the service I received. While I was looking at the masks he told me he was about to “close the store”. It’s 2pm on the weekend... your store wasn’t closing... you just wanted me out.

So incredibly rude. My items were placed in a plastic grocery bag and I requested a paper bag to carry my items because I was heading a few other places and thought it may be more durable. The man checking me out said hed never had a request for a paper bag in the 4 years that hed been there...but theres a tree hugger in every bunch, I guess he said. Thats not at all the reason I was asking for a paper bag, but what a way to piss someone off! He was rude from the second we walked in, not answering us when we said hi to him, then when we asked him the price of an item, he answered without even turning around from what he was doing. He obviously has no experience in customer service. What. A. Jerk. Will NEVER purchase anything in this store again.

I would give this place negative stars if I could.I’m not sure if the guy behind the counter is the owner, manager or just an employee but he was out of control. I have never been so blown away in my life. My husband, sister and I came in and went to buy a T-shirt. The guy started in with me about how my husband is having an affair with a high school girl mind you that we have 2 daughters that are that age and we live in Hawaii so he has never seen us before. He kept at it. My husband was ready to tackle this guy. Then he started with political stuff. Of course once my sister showed her ID to get the military discount. Finally I said we are either paying for this or we are leaving. He handed my sister back her card without running it for the purchase and we left with nothing. As a small business owner myself I couldn’t believe that this happened. We will NEVER step foot back in here. My sister who lives local will not either.

Yiiiiiiiikes. I was there recently and there were two employees, a white guy and a black guy. The white guy was being a super bigot to the black guy, making implications hes not a legal citizen and asking him very inappropriate questions about the status of his citizenship. This happened right in front of me! It was so uncomfortable. The only reason I didnt walk out is because both parties would be losing money. While the white guy deserves to lose a sale for his behavior, the black guy shouldnt also lose a sale just for his coworkers bigotry. Thats just not fair. I dont know the white guys name, but he was older, had a very distinct Chicago accent.

The gentleman working was very disrespectful and prejudice. I was outside smoking while my gf was shopping. I was still able to see her and hear her conversation due to the store being small. while shopping for masquerade masks he advised her that she had to leave because he was closing for the day.She advised other customers of her newly learned information; at which point the clerk claimed ownership of the store. He then said not everyone else just you. she was the only African American in the Store. The owner then addressed her in verbally aggressive manner. I intervened for her safety. He then came out the store and verbally attacked us. he yelled at us and cursed us. This is terrible and no one should have to experience this.

Horrible and racistsI walked in and looked at the masks. After the 3rd one the owner told me hey you Im about to close you have to leave. I said oh ok. Its only 6pm and the review says it closes at 12 so a few people came in when I was leaving and I told them he was closed so no one can come in he then said no not them just you I am African American and they are all Caucasian so I said oh ok its just me. Because Im black I cant look or shop here. So I them proceed to record him as he walks on bourbon at after me to tell me hes calling security on me. I would never go here or spend a penny on anything in here. RACIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Attached are pictures of the so called owner.Yes Im 1000% sure I have video and photos of the event that took place while it was taking place if you would like for me to email them to you because he did claim he was the owner repeatedly. It will not post on my review unfortunately. But yes I am positive. Him being of African decent is what alarmed me the most

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I was trying to be a gift for my friend back home. When I paid for the item and got my change back I realized it was a different price than I was expecting. I told the cashier right as I got my change back that I wanted to pick a different one that was cheaper. He said there is no refund would not exchange it for a different item. After several minutes of arguing he still refused. These people are total Crooks. This was the worst service Ive ever had in my life.
