Favorite building in the quarter. Juzt wish the plants werent dead on the balconies.

It was interesting. Definitely a party place. A lot of homeless and sketchy people that had me constantly watching over my back but they really didn’t bother you, otherwise, definitely an interesting place to visit. I would visit for a Mardi Gras and get the real French Quarter experience in February.

Lots of clever merchandise and tons of local and regional items. The staff was helpful but didnt hover around too much.

I shop here every time I visit New Orleans and buy many gifts and souvenirs, for myself also.My aunt was meant to visit New Orleans for her birthday last year but was unable as a result of the pandemic. I received AMAZING customer service this week from Debbie! I needed a Mardi Gras jacket sent to me overnight to Nashville and she was very helpful with sending me pictures to make sure I ordered the right size and in keeping me updated about my delivery. The girls at the counter were very rude to me and my husband. They wouldn’t stop gossiping about other employees to even answer any questions we had. I would not recommend this shop based on the poor customer service we experienced. This type of store is a dime a dozen in the French Quarter, so I would recommend going to another store that actually appreciates their customers.

I was so excited to find the earrings I had seen a local NOLA wear. On top of which the price was affordable. Perfect place for souvenirs and more importantly things for yourself.

I needed a small bag to hold my camera, sunglasses and other must have items during our vacation to the French Quarter. I was traveling too light :) found the cutest quirky bag that fit the bill perfectly. Staff was friendly and helpful. I am home and the bag is being used daily still. Thank you. Our visit to your city was wonderful, tornado warning included.

Nice mall located in downtown! Name Brand shops with a beautiful view of the city and docking for the large paddle wheel boat used for dinner cruises!

Forever New Orleans is a treasure trove of beautiful, unique, reasonably priced gifts. Their selection is stellar, with a lot of items you wont find in other stores in the French Quarter. Their staff has always been friendly and attentive, and every trip Ive made into the store, I always come out smiling. I come here often when I need a gift, and will certainly continue to shop here. Theres always something new and different to see! And the hours are convenient - the shop stays open til 10PM!

Wonderful gift shop! I found magnolia scented candles, (which are hard to find in Dallas), reasonably priced! Service was awesome, clean store, I will go back on my next trip to The Big Easy!

I was treated with respect and that’s important to a customer. I’m 82 and they gave me a bottle of water because it was so hot. Nice people and great merchandise.

I greatly enjoyed shopping at Forever Nola while visiting from Atlanta. I purchased several items, some of which I could not take on the flight home... one being a beautiful mirror. I was assured there would be no problem shipping it to my home. After paying an additional $100 shipping fee, I assumed it would be properly packaged for shipment. When it arrived, the box was torn in several places exposing the frame and the mirror was shattered.Although I was very disappointed, we all know what can happen in transit... I contacted Forever NOLA to see if the package had been insured and to be advised of my options. After several attempts to get an answer, I spoke with a lady whom I was told is the owner.Other than a few scratches, the metal frame was intact so no need to return it. She suggested I have the mirror replaced and she would reimburse me for the replacement.I had the mirror replaced ($138) and promptly emailed a copy of the receipt. After numerous calls and emails, Ive yet to be contacted or reimbursed... at this point, I dont expect to. This incident happened in September 2016...

There are 3 of these little boutiques all on Royal Street and we hit every one of them. They are all different and we loved the second one the best. I wish I knew its actual address but it had by far the most French stuff we saw. The staff there were super sweet and helpful, especially Monay! I hope I am spelling her name right but she was a pure delight. Would definitely return on a future trip.

Cool place with great souvenirs, much different than what you find anywhere else in the Quarter. We bought just about all of our souvenirs here and will go back every time were in town.

Recently my family from ontairo came and brought souvenirs of this place, they were delighted, especially since the prices are affordable.

Great store for getting souvenirs that are actually made well, and often from local artists - and the manager Jenny is the best :)
