Clean. Friendly staff. Great selection of merchandise.
Love this shop. Always find great gifts and, usually, something for us too.
Great customer service and a lovely store to explore while being out of the storm for a few minutes.
Cool gifts from NOLA, especially their candles

Great NOLA themed items for entertaining
Great place for unique NOLA themed items. Staff were super friendly too. Fair prices
There are a lot of souvenir shops in NOLA. This one is cleaner and has more high end gifts that youd buy for yourself.
Eautiful selection of culinary supplies. Haven for wine and creole food aficionados.
This tour presented by Destination Kitchen and beginning and ending at Roux Royale was the best Ive ever had! Informative as well as filling (wonderful variety) and full of historic tidbits as well. I thank our terrific guide Laurent for sharing his extensive knowledge with us on the different cultures combined to make New Orleans the birthplace of this wonderful cuisine. Well worth the cost.
Meeting place for food tour.
Lots of tongue firmly in cheek joke gifts for family and friends
Picked up some wonderful items to take home with us. However the clerk was very unfriendly she didnt smile and barely said 2 words. I asked to use our cloth shopping bag and she did not do that very disappointed
This is such a great shop! A really nice variety of gifts. Ive bought items from here on multiple occasions.
Good praline coffee, thanks for the samples too.

Great place to pick up cooking/kitchen-theme New Orleans souvenirs as well as a nice assortment of yummy treats. Pleasant atmosphere, open late.
Come to this venue every time I visit for gifts for home!
Love this place. highly recommend visiting here if local or tourist. wonderful staff, and fantastic inventory!!!!!!
Store may have nice items and authentic New Orleans good, but do NOT purchase anything as a gift for someone. They adhere strictly to their return policy and are of no assistance in terms of handling an exchange. Shop elsewhere, as often times, wedding gifts, shower gifts, gifts in general are exchangeable due to odd times that people receive things. In this example, my wife and I were away and unable to return the item to the store. We received said item from a close friend who resides in New Orleans and we reside in New Jersey. The item arrived and was broken. We received a beautiful platter, but the handle snapped off during shipment, or was broken upon shipment (more likely based on the condition of the boxes). My wife and I were then out of state for a while, had other health complications, and we did not contact the store immediately until things settled down and returned to normal. Their response, too bad. We cant do anything because it has been beyond 30 days. They advised me that I should just throw it out. How about that!?!?! My friend purchases a nice platter for our wedding gift and we are told to toss it in the garbage. Needless to say I would advise people to never shop here nor purchase anything from their store, particularly if you are shipping items. My advice, move on, shop elsewhere and tell everyone you know to do the same. In the interim, I am contacting my good friend in New Orleans (a prominent restaurant family) and making sure he spreads the word as well.
Great store on my favorite street in NOLA. Lots of cool kitchen gadgets.
Great shop must visit
Great selection of NOLA themed home and life wares. No kitchy trinkets here, just solid gifta that any fan of Cajun themed items would love!
Always love a stop by Roux Royale when visiting New Orleans. On trip last week for French Quarter Festival, stopped in and picked up a few unique things to bring a flavor of NOLA back to our home.
Lovely shop. Cute gift items.

Cute shop with interesting items.
Loved the employees so full of life.
An awesome source for attractive, original kitchen accessories in the heart of the French Quarter. Expensive, reflecting the tourist market, but worth the price!
Lots of items reasonably priced
Nice place to get southern and fun souvenirs.
Great place to shop and browse. Very friendly staff.
Best store in the French Quarter!

Good and handy
Awesome place!!!
Great time
A bit tourist-trappy
Booked tours.
Over priced
Good!!
Prices are fair😊
Comfortable, beautiful, excellent place to buy your good quality souvenirs, well presented.
What an interesting boutique in the field of cooking, you can find everything there with a New Orleans touch. A must for making pretty, quality gifts at reasonable prices. We do not fall into the tourist trap style and thats good. The only downside was the nonexistent smile of the cashier while the rest of the staff were welcoming and smiling. I never tire of returning there each of my visits.
Its a small shop, but it has fashionable kitchen utensils.
Nice place, very expensive souvenirs
I loved it, I found there very nice gifts for my friends
