Good place to buy a scooter good place to get your scooter fix I love this place good people that work there thumbs up five stars
Awesome customer service by owner and very informational. Got my atv fixed promptly. Satisfied customer!
I have a scooter that was purchased here 10 months ago. The scooter stopped running because of poor gas. The tow was $82 and a fuel flush was quoted at $175. Donna and Oscar were not very friendly. They did not want to take the time to speak with me over the phone and used harsh tones with me. I found someone on facebook who did the fuel flush for $50. I highly recommend using David at FX motorsports.
Great place change my tire in 30 min.
Really bad service bad customer care the man is a liar I bought a bike and a fairly part less than 2 months
The best place in town for it, they even tow!
Sad expirence. They dont even have the parts or tools to fix a scooter...
Fast service, got my scooter fixed in less than 3 days. Fair prices
Every time Ive been there he has always tried to go above an beyond at his shop. He is a reasonable person to work with if you tell him your problem and what you need.
The owner is exceptionally helpful and friendly. He truly has a passion for the scooter world and is going to be a helping asset to its cause, first and foremost. Profit is secondary for sure. I highly recommend buying a scooter from him if you want a true snapshot of the scooter world and society in general.
Drop my bike off there to have the motor finished a week later they have still not called me with an estimate
Bought an orange Wolf Islander there three years ago and have been using them for all repairs since. Always quick to fix her, reliable, fairly priced and friendly.Would definitely recommend for any of your scoot or motorbike needs.
If you have a scooter or motor vehicle of any kind this is the place to go.
Ive never been, but I have to be optimistic! As no one else will replace my flat front tire, cuz its only a, $300 Hover scooter. Right now its my life line, I cant bike anymore cuz I need a new knee, which I cant do until my neck is fully healed from surgery and. All i know is a place called Scoots should have an 8.5 tire in stock, and they sound willing and able to repair any type of scooter. Ill find out on Monday if they are a grade above the rest, I sure am praying its for real... cuz Im lost without my own special mobility scooter!!
DO NOT BRING YOUR SCOOTER HERE!Its VERY rare that I ever leave reviews let alone bad ones but to agree with MANY others this is the WORST experience Ive had with a scooter shop! The owner is by far the most rudest and unprofessional owner I have ever dealt with. As stated in all the other bad reviews bolts will go missing, parts will be damaged/cracked, your scooter will literally break down! No matter how new it is. NEVER had a problem with my scooter until I started bringing it here and its JUST a little over a year old with almost 3000miles. I dont travel much but to work and back home but then again cant because a little after scoots working on it, it breaks down anyways.Im only upset that I didnt listen to my fellow bike buddies on staying away from this shop. It says a lot even when the other shops Im use to uptown told me that I should have just brought it to them. So if youre trying to bring your bike here because it happens to be convenient (closer to where I work now) save yourself the stress, your money, and time and go somewhere else.*Like what the owner recommends when you question why you have to keep coming back for repairs.*
Ive brought my scooter here a couple times because its in my neighborhood, but I wont make that mistake again. Unfortunately each time they fixed my scooter, I had the same problem come back within a few days. The latest example was I had them replace my battery, and it got me home, but the next time I tried to start it it was dead again. My neighbor took a look and found that they had put in a REALLY cheap battery and there was a short in the wire that they clamped in a super shoddy way. So as soon as I drove it it disconnected and by the time I tried to start it again the battery had already died.
They are good at what they do.
Though really busy, Scoots hired a designated office worker which has done wonders for their organization. Super helpful, knowledgeable staff that always fits me in.My only major complaint is that that arent open on the weekend.
Too expensive.$35 to unscrew a bolt and air my scooter tire. Ion think so
Nice owner with incompetent employees. My Stella 2007 seized, and they hauled the piston and replaced the rings for 395$. After 2 months and several phone calls to make sure the job was done (I leave in BR), I get there and found out that the fuel rod was broken. I didnt ask for any discount but the deal was that Oscar should have come over and fix it. He gave his word and seemed a reasonable guy, thus I agreed. Also, I honestly just wanted my moped because I was pretty worried that it ended in very incompetent hands since it was taking so long for fixing it. In fact I was right, and no one never came to fix the damage that THEY caused. This was two months ago, and it eventually lead to the clutch braking down (today). On the top of that, for the limited time that the scooter has been working I have noticed many more details that reveal how bad they work. They pulled the clutchs wire to the point where the moped wont stay in N unless you turn the selector on N (meaning the moped would move if you simply pull the clutch while on gear). They also probably confused the rear brake wire with the clutch one, and loosen it to the point that you have to push it all the way to have it barely working. Several bolts went lost, even though I realized it only once I got to replace the battery. The battery itself was in fact partially disconnected due to a missing bolt. The engine leaks oil from everywhere, which wasnt happening before. Considering what happened with the fuel rod and the bolts I seriously doubt that they replaced the gaskets that needed to be replaced after working on the cylinder. Also, the moped smokes a lot, which I pointed out immediately but they said it was because they added extra oil directly in the tank for the brake in.I am not sure how representative my experience is of the quality of their work, but I doubt that with such a low level of precision in their work they could do any good job on any kind of engine.BTW, if any scooter passionate read this review and has a mechanic to recommend in BR or NOLA, I am all ears.
Fast turnaround. Good service. Been twice for service and had no issues and my Honda pcx 150 is always humming after a visit here.
Got my first scooter at Scoots! SO far havent had a bad experience here. Everyone has been straight forward, and informative if i have any questions. Plus this is the closest place to the quarter.
Nice and polite! Small stock but good prices.
Accommodating, nice, clean, and reasonable. They pick up the phone and helped me understand what was going on.
My scooter sat dead all winter and when I tried to run it again there were some issues. I tried doing some work on it myself, but eventually took it to Scoots. They replaced the carb and did a tune-up and now my scooter runs better than it did when I first bought it (used). They got the work done in about 6 business days. There was a bit of miscommunication about the total cost of the repairs between the shop owner & the guy who delivered my scooter, but it all got worked out.
Got a good moped here for $1,000 brand new and been my go to lol.
I have a 2017 scooter that they cant get started. This is what you do. Wooooow. And had my bike for a month for absolutely Nothing
Excellent work people do to repair your ride .parts and service are reasonable.the workers and owner are nice people to deal with. I wont bring my scooter no where but scoots.they also have new scooters to sell.work on any make of bike you have.
Great place to buy a inexpensive new scooter. The repair price is reasonable as well

I love these guys!
Friendly place and good mechanics
The guys at Scoots have taken great care of me and my awesome Vespa LXV 150. I had a terrible experience before at a Vespa dealership in the CBD so i took my business elsewhere (to Scoots!). The service I received at Scoots has been phenomenal: the staff is incredibly courteous and explained everything to me, the shop is clean and easy to get to, and the work is solid, affordable and completed in a timely manner. They even keep a list of stolen scooters and help the neighbors keep an eye out for hot bikes. Love me some Scoots!
Very nice people, def come here if you want to buy a scooter!
Great honest services a place you could trust
Great service, just need to clear the mailbox.
Still concerned about how long it will be without a problem
Shady! I only go there as a last resort.
Great service
They lied about their inventory twice just to get me to come into the store, when I called about their craigslist post.
Worst attitude on owner, terr terrible products and services- and I believe that when you see 5 stars and 1 star reviews that tells it all- trust me I dealt with Oscar over 20 times in less than a year w my brand new scooter and it was horrible- plus other mechanic shops wouldnt work on the scooter because it was such a badly made scooter
