I am very happy with the quality of the party invitations this location produced. I ordered them in person at the store with artwork that I supplied. This was supposed to be so much faster than ordering it online from FedEx Office Printing! They were ready the next day.I was very disspointed to find out that ENVELOPES ARE NOT INCLUDED if the invitations (of a certain size) are printed at the FedEx store!!! The staff member who assisted me never mentioned anything about this. Now I have to go hunting for the envelopes. So much for saving time on this project.

The staff and manager were very extremely unhelpful when I tried to return ship my items. Told me that the packaging was unacceptable and then tried to charge me a small fortune to repackage them. The irony is that the manager could have accepted the condition of my boxes but decided not too and then hid in the back of the office. Poor customer service for a global company like FedEx.

Do not go here for a passport renewal. They do not have a passport both and the area to fill out the application had water damage, see photo.

As other reviews say, do yourself a favor and go someplace else.I have a FedEx account and ship at least 3 days a week. I moved from one part of the city to another part, and went to this location. I asked them behind the counter if I could use tape to close my box (which I have done at every other store in the city) to which I received the response We recommend that you buy the tape. As tape was sitting right next to the woman that said this to me. Her reason? Because they dont want me to cut myself on the tape dispenser. Are you serious?! I just took my stuff and went to another location, and before I could even ask for tape, the gentleman handed it to me. This location is awful all around.

The guys are helpful and courteous, although an instance upon payment of the handling fee, I was pretty sure that my package is under 10lbs, but they said it was above and I had to pay the next tier. Good thing we double checked its weight before I paid and it IS under 10lbs. All good after that. If youre doing business with them its better to know about their rates and your package ahead.

The salespeople at this location are the best! I brought a big package with ducktape on it (I didnt realize that you couldnt put ducktape on packages) and they said it was fine and would take care of it, which I know was a huge pain for them. But they were so friendly during the whole process, definitely recommend (but remember no ducktape!)

Honestly FedEx is terrible. UPS is so much better

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!TL;DR: The personnel and management working here have no care about your packages unless it is physically at their store; otherwise, they will tell you they cannot do anything at all to help.I broke my foot and my phone a week ago, and ordered a replacement online with expedited shipping. FedEx was scheduled to drop it off next day, and claims to have made an attempt, but there was no knock and no tag. They, then, claimed it would be there that night. It wasnt. Then they said the next day. It wasnt. Then they said Monday. I called from a work phone Monday afternoon and the package status simply said pending. The manager claimed he couldnt do anything, and sent me to corporate who swore it would be there by the evening. The evening rolls around, and my friend has to call for me. The person there said maybe itll be there tonight, maybe tomorrow; but if its not there, then he has no idea. If youre going to ship your packages or have them receive packages, think twice. Go elsewhere to ship your stuff. Pack Rat Shipping Services is close and way more dependable than this place. Or...use UPS: theyre better.

Nancy helped me print my wedding invitations, and they turned out better than I expected. It took a lot of work to make sure the prints looked just right. After trying out several different options, she made the right adjustments and had a short turnaround time for everything. I cant thank her enough.

Great experience with this staff. Martin was great- very on the ball, knowledgable and eager to help. He had a lot of things going on but remained calm and collected.

Terrible customer service. Always say they are too busy to do anything and need 48 hours when not even one printer is printing. And no one else is in the store. Accept zero responsibility for there errors or missing deadlines. Do not go at 7 am when they just open you will review zero help. Even though there is not one customer in the place. They will not call when they have questions either. They just wait until you call to check on availability. And guess what your job has just been sitting.

Have used this branch dozens of times: clean, efficient, friendly. Competent manager. The only issue that has come up several times is that the service staff forgot to press print on the customs forms that go with international fedex packages, causing us a huge delay each time by having to fill out the forms by hand after the package was already rung up. Last time this happened, the lady didnt even offer an apology. It was her mistake... she remained stone-cold. But she was a new staff member. Some of the longer-standing employees are sincerely warm and helpful.

My main experience with this Fedex has been printing scientific posters for conferences. In that regard, they really get the job done well. They gave me a preview of my print before doing the big one (4 x 5) and made sure I liked what I saw before they printed. Feels a little pricey to my grad student brain, but they are good at what they do.

They always greet you when you come in. The new layout is perfect since I mostly print 8.5x11 or 11x17 from a thumb drive. Scanning requies using a design station and takes too long. They are very helpful in packing and shipping.

Thomas was extremely rude. I will be finding another team member or another FedEx next time.

Just walked in and asked them to print 15 pages on glossy cardstock for me. They stated they were too backed up at the moment to print it out, but that they could have it done in 4-24 hours. I was the only person in the store, and they couldnt just help me out by spending 5 min to print out my copies. Ridiculous.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Stock could have been organised a little bit better.

Very rude employees. They will take another customer who is “just dropping off” a package, and printing them a shipping confirmation in the middle of my service. This is just unacceptable, like they don’t value my time.

This is by far the worst FedEx Office location! They dont even deserve a star. They dont acknowledge customers, very unprofessional and rude staff. The Harahan or Metairie locations are way better STAY AWAY

Grossly understaffed. Outdated equipment makes picture printing frustrating and disappointing. Better results at any Walgreens. Paper stock is limited and printers need special adjustments to print on them.

The CSR’s here are careless and clueless. They couldn’t tell me what my tracking number was! Furthermore, they couldn’t answer, simple, questions and had audacity to do get upset with me, how?
