I just moved to Tuscarawas County 7 weeks ago. Unfortunately, a few days ago my 2012 Malibu wouldnt start, and a local trusted mechanic suggested I take it to a dealer, as he could not diagnose the problem. I did some research and took a shot with Ferris. I was very pleased with the service, professionalism and, most of all, the repair. And their estimate was fair for the problem discovered ...with the final cost being significantly less as well. Very good dealer/service.

Was not flexible at all on price. One price only.

One of the worst places to get your car worked on.. Did ok with the body but trying to blame slime or fix a flat on a wobble that wasnt there befor the wreck.. Trie again lames it drove smoothly befor the wreck and after we get in back it has a wobble to it in the front of the car not the rear of the car.. Will be a law suit fillied.and will be finding a better body shop and mechanic shop that knows what there doing.
