This store is a joke. They have no idea what they are doing. The manager Rob didn’t even set my account up right and now I’m left doing their job for them. They didn’t seem to care they just said call this number we can’t help you. So disappointed and frustrated. NEVER going there again.

Every time I go in there theres new people and the kid in there today was less than helpful. He acted as if we had woke him from a nap when we walked in. It was like pulling teeth to get any info and I had to Google everything to find out what the promos were. Not impressed at all today.

All the staff members we very helpful and courteous, and did everything in their power to help me out with my service issues even going as far as doing stuff after I had to leave. A+ team!

The staff is friendly enough, but they have no clue what they are doing. They are not even able to process a simple jump on demand trade in so now I have to drive 30 minutes north. There was another customer in the store with me who traded his phone in there and still got a bill for it. It would be wise to steer clear of this place until they get things figured out.

I’m not usually the person to complain but this store is the most unprofessional Ive seen. I traded in a brand new iPhone 7 Plus and was told I would receive my reimbursement in less then 2 weeks, well almost 2 months later the company has no record of this phone ever being traded in and the employees act like they could care less with finding a solution, promising to call me back within a few days and waiting weeks to hear from them. Wish I would’ve just stayed with Verizon and paid the higher bill instead of having to do someone else’s job for them so that I don’t lose out on hundreds of dollars.

Purchased 2 phones and service with unlimited data for the same monthly payment wed had with Verizon with only 10GB data. Gained Wi-Fi calling ability with our upgrade and cell service in and around Scio. (Yes, Ill admit we lost a few spots of cell service as well.) Overall, very pleased one year later.

We purchased the bogo on the new S-9, 55plus plan, smooth, all questions answered. The best part, no contract. And its t mobile, that makes the difference. We have it all at a price other companys add charges for to your bill. Our cost is all upfront, nothing hidden. The only company that the actual bill matches the documents in your hand. YES matches the paperwork you signed at the store, the rest is up to you...purched 7-6-18

Wacky wavy and I went to high school together. Pretty good guy even though he just spends most of his days flailing in the wind but thats what most people do with most of their lives anyway.Devin is cool too.

Recommended a lot of people there....but will NOT any longer. Much cheaper than Verizon...but...at the cost of being deceitful and shady.....NOT worth it!!!!

Do not EVER buy the screen protectors tmobile sells. Pure gear is the brand1) they are sold at an extreme markup from Amazon or other retailers2) they are trash! I had the tmobile associate put them on and they had lint under the screen! Then the cover came off within a hour of applying!3) we immediately took them back and were talked into keeping them even though we wanted to return. Within a week with mild drops BOTH of our screen protectors were broken. Took them back to the store that said they would help us if we still didnt like them, and they wouldnt take them back because they were damaged!!! Of course they were damaged thats why we were furious we paid 45+ for these!!4) we got new ones and I dropped my phone and the cover popped off, and it and my phone screen shattered. Pure gear or tmobile should pay for my phone to get fixed since this never should have happened. DespicableIm happy with my tmobile service but I wont ever buy a single thing from your store again after this nonsense

If you want to be ignored visit the New Philadelphia T-Mobile store. I was there to make a very large purchase, however I had to walk out after being ignored for so long....

This store is under new management and under a new company. As of 04/15/2019.

The guys in the store are okay. The service is not good and if you leave expect to pay hundreds of dollars for service you didnt use or get. For example activation fees, restocking fees, you pay the full month even if you end service in 10 days. Then they lose the phone you return so they bill you the full price of phone and you get to spend months fighting the billing department.
