I love this place and the people that work there. Shelly will solve any problem that you have or encountering. I wouldnt go anywhere else but Boost.

Boost is good to me and always helpful. I went to Boost today to buy a new phone but I had trouble with my PIN number because I couldnt remember it. I had to call customer service and they never called me back and that was a upsetting experience.

I love boost mobile they are always so helpful and so nice and willing to help every time I go in the store.

If i could give 0 stars i would.... Rude employees.. Gives wrong information... Made me want to stop using boost mobile thankful for the customer service through their 800 number she was very kind and got me to keep my phone! Will not be back in this store ever....

Boost has a limited cell phone device selection and it is tough to switch when you are unhappy. Sprint has way more cellular device options and is very flexible with its customers.

They r not able to do hard starts on ur phones in store anymore

I went in to get some issues with my phone taking care of because radio shack and Walmart were not very helpful. Very nice and helpful people at boost on west high in new philadelphia will def. be going back❤️😀

I will be going back to MetroPCS asap. The service is worthless. I didnt even know you still could go into roaming until I switched to Boost. I was in roaming in a location that with MetroPCS I still had 4G and never once even slowed down let alone lost service entirely. They also do not stand behind their products. Called to ask a question about a price on something and was told to look up LGs phone number and call them ok I understand LG may have the answer I need but the least you could do is give me the phone number. She was kind enough to tell me that LG will be expensive that what I need will be cheaper through an independent/after market source. Ok any recommendations? Nope not a clue maybe someone in Canton or Cleveland. Wow! Thanks for the help. Im in sales, I sell cars, this is not how a professional sales person acts. You should either make it a point to already know the answer, or know how to find it quickly. The last thing you should ever say is I dont know and I cant help you. Let me tell my customers no I wont help you, theyll have me all over every review site in the world. And thats exactly what Im going to do. If you dont want to be a professional go work at walmart. I dont appreciate anyone making a commission off of me who does not earn it. I shouldve known when it took 3 hours and being told to come back later at one point, that shouldve been my clue that this is not the company I want to deal with. Boost in general for its nearly useless service, the New Phila store for its lack of customer care, and boost as a whole again for the same are a few reasons I will go back to MetroPCS.

The workers are awesome I cant say enough good things about the workers. Oh and good phone serves at a good price
