They are very helpful! I recently went on the 4 for $100.00 . they set it up for me and advised me how to use the phones. t They knew the product and how to use it. VERY PLEASED.

T mobile itself is fine but dont try to go the New Philadelphia store, never answer the phone and doesnt open on time, drove 30 miles in the morning to activate new phone and no one there

I would rate it a zero if I could, went to get a new phone it was closed checked on line was supposed to be open by 10 am was there at 10:05 waited until 10:30 still closed nobody around.

Always Fast Service

I have always had great service including customer service with Metro byT- Mobile. I had once left there great service and went with Spectrum for 10 dollors cheaper. Realizing in just a short few months that I had made the worst mistake. I just wish they had cable and internet. There are no hidden fees or any other hidden surprises they forget to mention unlike Spectrum. When I came back to them they gave me a free phone ( a very nice phone an upgrade from what I had with Spectrum), free activation and no contract. They can get away with no contract because people dnnt want to leave or if someone such as myself did leave they would most definitely come back and to open arms. Thank you Metro by T- mobile

Little bit bad service, and i dont like people who ask for what I have in my phone, he just ask me what is this in your wallpaper and its just feel uncomfortable, i have classified information in my phone, and he just ask me for what was it, i dont like it.

I had my phone for about a week the headphone jack went out on it they would not refund my money and make things right the phone was $150. Then I go to get my new phone they sent it back even though they told me to come in and get it and said that it was a different owner. then I proceeded to call them and whenever I would call them no one ever answered I called about two weeks straight. Six months later I finally get a hold of them they tell me your phone cant have no cracks its been 6 months its their fault not mine. so my phone has a crack they say call back in 10 minutes. This Metro store is a joke.

Me and my fiance went in because her phone broke and and we have insurance on it but wanted to upgrade to a new phone and the owner never supplies enough phones they are always out of phones saying the shipments late we waited 2 weeks plus i paid for our phone service this month and she cant even use it without a phone. They never answer the phone. They give short answers and dont explain much and its proably not the workbut the owners lack of business skills.

I tried to put my line on an S10e I bought from T-Mobile and they said its fine to have the line on metro. The lady didnt bother she just said it was impossible and she couldnt. Horrible service going on a different service would have been better than dealing with them.

Abby and Mary are always so helpful,Im at their store 3 times a week,needing help with my phone. I highly recommend you stop on by and get your service thru Metro.

The didnt feel like doing their job, they were more concerned about texting and calling people while I was the only customer in the store and they paid no attention to me. It was the evening of 7/26/17 your manager should fire you both. I decided to go to no contact wireless instead. They were attentive and way better!

Great service and prices. With the t-moble cellspot that works with metro pcs (because they are owned by T-Mobile), you can get service in the worst places.

They never answer their phone. I got service through them a month and a half ago and have nothing but issues with my phone they finally did a warranty for me to get a new phone and they have no clue where it is they say they will call me and let me know and they never do.

Lady was very rude. Doors were locked 35 minutes before they closed, she was short with everything she said. And could not give us any information on new phones. Not a very good sales representative for your company.
