Went to get my trunk fixed. Sitting there from 8 to 2 afforded my the opportunity to see Chet Lee and his coworker interact with the customers. They were polite and answered and explained when asked questions. I also had the opportunity to speak to customers who had been there before and they were also satisfied. The gave me a free car wash and I appreciated it. The cashier The young lady named Tiffany was sweet, cheerful and also very helpful. I was going to charge the payment and she explained to me that there would be a 3% charge. In the money transaction I made a mistake. I called the next day to rectify because I figured she was short for the day before. She was so sweet about it when I offered to come and give her the money. All of staff made it a pleasure to go get service. I hope my trunk lasts. The showroom chairs were strategically spaced.
Bait and switch tactics run amokI was very excited to get my genesis, went into the dealership and negotiated a price that I thought was fair. after putting a deposit down, and then coming back two days later to pick up my new car, I was presented with a different pricing. I then had to renegotiate the price again. when I questioned the sales person he seemed to say it was out of his hands and that this happened often. this is a horrible tactic to use. shame on you genesis of new rochelle. I would recommend finding another dealer. the car is incredible and I highly recommend it. the dealership, which is in disrepair, and the management of the dealership, is not to be trusted. I would find a more reputable dealer to do business with.

The Genesis cars are great cars that are being destroyed by poor service. They claim to give you genesis concierge with three years to service and valet pick up and drop off of your vehicle. I’ve had a genesis for over a year now and I have not been able to get an appointment for the cars first service. To note I was trying to get a service scheduled in December, before covid19 shutdown.
Just got my G80 (loving it!) Dealership was busy, but very efficient. Vincent was awesome as was Mike! Its early, but love New Ro Genesis! Thx gang!
I got my car serviced with out an appointment. The people were very welcoming and got me in and out. I have say the cost was fair also.
Ive been trying to make an appointment for regular maintenance service since last Thursday and left several messages to Megan through Christie and Melissa, but never called me back. Just wasted a couple hours and for nothing.

Absolutely horrible service department. I have a very expensive Genesis G80 and i have been trying to get e appointment to service my G80 for more than a week, the person in charge of Genesis Service, Kara is never available and never returns calls. I have wasted hours on hold for her and NOTHING. Avoid this dealership at all cost.
