Krystal is amazing..Im an old man and its nice to have an employee with her experience and knowledge..hope autozone promoted her and trains more new recruits under her expert tutelage. pay your employees better .you will get better quality,customer service and in turn happier returning customers. I always wait for Krystal and she has helped with my car collection and always found what I needed.

We were in New Smyrna for vacation when noticing that our truck was sluggish to start. We went to the New Smyrna Beach AutoZone where we met Ray A. He immediately tested our battery and it came up bad battery. He was able to look up what type of battery we needed and replaced it for us within 15 minutes of the test. We greatly appreciate the expedient and friendly service. Thank you so much!

Only 3stars for this store. I found what I needed, but the employees didnt greet me when I came in, nor were they in any rush to help me. Thats a big NO-NO for me! Especially when Im spending my money ‼️

I brought in a set of aftermarket headlights that I needed new led lights for and I knew they didn’t sell the correct ones because they went off the market and Kyle Long helped me out figuring out how to fix it and help me get everything all situated and fix my headlights for me, taking his time and making me feel very welcome and not like a nuisance at all. He helped me out so much and I really really appreciate it and even hooked the lights up to my truck to make sure it all worked correctly. I will never go to any other store other then this autozone at this point because of Kyle he really was the most amazing and most helpful person I have ever met!!!

Once again the people at AutoZone, NSB,FL. Are the best! Always polite and so helpful. My go-to place for all things auto.

I had a problem with my headlight, New Smyrna beach auto zone on 44 were rude to me and did not want to help me out the bulb in. Closed the door in my face and I came into Edgewater auto zone and they took great car of me! They even went above and beyond to help me fix a dent I had in the fender. Great spot for all your automotive needs. While vacationing over on the island we needed engine coolant for our Audi. It takes a special kind of coolant and they had it in stock. While my wife was getting the coolant I sat in the car and snapped a shot of a young man installing a battery in a travel van.

I was having such difficulties with my tag light bulbs. After going to different places, $9 a bulb gets expensive so the gentleman “Kyle” came out & helped me fix the issue. Took 2 minutes & very happy!Thank you AutoZone & Kyle :-)

I had issues with my 2016 F150 starting and stopped at the New Smyrna AutoZone for a battery checkup(free) and was hoping it would be the battery. Thanks to the gentleman who checked my battery, alternator and starter and found no problems. He suggested I drive for a while and see if problem persists and then come back and try a new battery. I appreciate the time he spent explaining everything and did not try to selll me a battery just then. Great people, great service!! I would still be waiting at the dealer or tire center. Thank you!!

I went in today to buy batteries for my car keys and like everything about the car, I knew it would be complicated. Luckily, I had Branten Kowall helping me. He didnt just look up the battery it needed, but also the installation of the battery, which was tricky. It would have been so easy to just force the compartment open and break the seal, but Branten took the time to look up the procedure required to properly install the batteries and it took barely any time at all. I asked him about scratch repair products. He didnt just push one on me and send me out the door. He actually gave me a demonstration on my car. Like, how often does that happen? I had a dead battery at the post office and had to call Allstate to get a jump. My sister called they had to AutoZone and asked if they had the battery for my RAV4 and they said come on down. Young man came right out and installed it for me in the parking lot and I was good to go. Took a lot of stress off of someone who takes care of someone with dementia and strokes full time.

Exceptionally incredible service. I had a minor accident on the interstate and came in for help patching my car up to continue my 6hr drive home. A staff member had a look and gave me an excellent recommendation to help me get home. If it werent for the fact that I live over 2.5 hours away, I would definitely be back here again!

Do not order anything from this place it, it dont come in as promised !! Then to top it off I tell them nevermind, just give me my money back, I wait 3 business days to check for my refund and find a charge on the day before for 111.00 which I wasnt there, but when I ordered this item I also paid 118.00 tells me someone had to write down my credit card number, so I call to see if what I ordered for 118.00 is in after Im on hold for 15mins 2 times still no response to my order that now I have 229.00 invested ! Terrible customer service, AVOID THIS PLACE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!

Autozone in New Smyrna Beach, particularly Kyle Long, saved our day!!!.We were traveling out of town and our truck began to break down on the highway. We got off at the next exit, and Googled nearest parts store, which this store was the one that popped up. We bearly made it, and knew at that point we were looking at a hefty tow bill back home if we couldnt resolve the issue. After hearing of our situation, Kyle Long spent over an hour out in the parking lot working with us to get us back on the road. He saved the day and we were able to make it to our destination and back home again, trouble free.Thank you for going above and beyond Kyle Long

Get in the zone, lol. Needed to stop buy and grab some headlight bulbs since ours had burnt out and we were on a road trip, so we couldnt order any online. The rep at this store was quick and friendly and got us the bulbs we needed right away. Was very convenient. I would highly recommend them due to how fast and nice the service is. Was in a convenient location as well. Got the headlight bulbs and drove off in maybe 10 mins at most.

Deceptive Signs - Looks like a sale price but you only got that price if you bought a companion item. Of course that price is in big numbers. Sign should have said you get that price When You Buy this additional item. How hard is it to make signs clear. Words are everything. Stuff like this make me shop elsewhere.
