I waited for shuttle service for 40 min once driver got here I was told I had to wait another 40 min because there was someone else who lived closer that needed a ride and since they were closer they should get to their destination first. I am grateful for the shuttle service but when someone who has waited less is given priority it really reflects poor customer service. Customers should be shuttled in the order they are waiting.
I understood going into this purchase it wasn’t going to be easy. The salesmen they had working with me to make everything happen were top notch! The best mildly horrible experience in buying a truck in these times. They did a great job, than you for the excellent service!!

My experience seemed great, until I brought my truck home and attempted to drive it the following day, I had to get the transmission serviced, no issue there. Picked it up drove it home, went to get in it and go pick up my child the next day and they completely killed my battery, service department said it wasnt their fault, told me I could bring it in for a check on the battery, my husband put it on a slow charge over night and the battery is completely shot!! Cant even drive it to get it looked at!! Very displeased customer, probably will not have my truck serviced there ever again, Ill definitely not recommend anyone to this place either!!
Christina Barry worked with me when I arrived. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained the services I would be receiving that visit and also told me what to look for in the upcoming future visits. I drove an hour to have my vehicle serviced here because this is where we purchased it, and although there are other Chevy dealerships close to us, I will continue to make the drive due to the level of service we have received.

My service advisor, Matt Malone, was outstanding! He was very patient with me explaining the various service work that needed to be done on my 2019 Silverado LTZ and helped me with selecting the best deal on new tires for my truck. He was also able to quickly coordinate some warranty work that needed to be done on my transmission and address some recall issues. Since my truck needed some extensive work, he coordinated a loaner vehicle for me to use. During the whole process, Matt communicated with me often, returned my phone calls promptly, and had an extremely positive attitude. He is a terrific service advisor, and you are lucky to have him.

Jeff Keil was a great help. Service team was awesome and did a great job. but the cost of services at your facility is insane. $350 for a diesel oil change is a rip off especially when I can go to Quick Lane at Ford and pay half the price. Also got an estimate for the error codes on my truck the $200 an hour for labor time is highway robbery. Their are amazing diesel mechanics in this area that charge $80-$100 an hour.

The experience was so amazing. I wanted to speak to someone that was hungry to sell me a truck and I got Joseph Lena. I referred to him as hungry Joe. I was on vacation in the area and we were able to do everything over the phone and by email. Joe was very patient and very nice. He was quite professional and made sure we got just what we were looking for. If I had to do it again, I would do it with New Smyrns Beach Chevrolet and with Joe Lena.
This is a difficult question to answer. The service rep was great but I am not sure why my first repair did not completely fix the original issue with my car or find the other issues that left me stranded without a vehicle 100 miles from home. I had to tow my car to a dealership where I was stranded to fix something that was not done correctly with the first issue related repair then get the car back to New Smyrna for more work.

Had our 2021 Yukon in for its first service, they left a wheel lock off and then tried to tell us it must have been missing when we brought it in. If that were true and they noticed it, I feel like that should have been brought up while it was in for service instead of just letting it stay missing. The more likely scenario is that the tech lost it and then lied about it. Going on almost an hour waiting for a call back, maybe this will yield faster results
Very knowledgeable service advisor. I feel extra effort was put into my intermittent issue by technician. Research was done on possible causes and found i had a faulty battery. Battery was replaced and as of 24hrs later everything is still working as it should. I had visited another Chevrolet dealership and they wouldnt accept my car said there no codes and nothing they could do. I applaud NSB Chevrolet for going over and beyond. I thought I had a warranty issue with my new C8 Corvette. The service representative, quickly analyzed the issue and explained to me that it was a user error regarding using the key fob to open the frunk. While there, Jeff advised that there was a recall issue for the infotainment system. So, he instructed the service tech to complete the update. The update was installed quickly and professionally.

People dont do business with this place they are worse then John Hall in Daytona beach. The sales people are liars and so is Joe they screwed my friend and niece over, they dont honor what they say they will do. once you sign the papers you dont hear from them again.I bought my Truck from Tampa much much better people to deal with Joe learn a lesson you re the worse and biggest liar i have ever met in person. the dealership i give 0 stars and hope you go h=out of business.only reason there is 1 star is you have to so you can post. It was a quicker experience than I have received from other dealers.
Got a check engine light. Called the service dept. no answer, left a message and never heard anything. I had received a letter in the mail for a recall and said it would be fixed free of charge. So I bring my car in and the guy tells me it’s 130$ Just to diagnose the problem. I asked if that charge would be covered under warranty and he said yes. But not if another part was the one causing the engine light. So I agree to the diagnosis and an alignment. The guy comes back 10 minutes after me signing and says, “we don’t have the parts in stock for the recall, but we can order them and call you when they’re in.” I said okay, but should’ve tried to leave right then. I then waited for an hour while watching my car not be worked on. Only to have a guy plug it into the computer for 30 seconds, and the salesman came back and told me it was a different part wrong ( should’ve seen that coming) and that it would be a hefty 4-500$ to fix. So I said no, I’ll just get the alignment thank you though. He said ok it’ll be about 30-45 more minutes. I waited another 2.5 hours while they jacked around with the car a bit. Then I go to check out finally and get hit with a whopping 300 for a bad diagnosis and alignment. Then they told me we will call you when the parts for the recall are in. Still haven’t heard from them.All in all it was one shady experience from NSB Chevy and I don’t even think I have confidence in them to fix my car even if it is for free. The store is clean and free coffee machine new, that’s why I gave two whole stars.

Salesman would not honor the Car Guru advertised price of $19,997. Kept saying he was going to show the ad to the manager and see what he could do. Its a LONG saga. This was back in August of 2018. I finally ran across the Car Guru ad so I can now make this review. True, i could have gone elsewhere, but before i realized it they had the keys to my OTHER car which i was not trading in and i couldnt get them back until the deal was done. I could go on and on. The Jeep Grand Cherokee advertised on Car Guru was the same one I bought at New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet for $2,000 more.THE INTERNET ADVERTISED PRICE IS NOT HONORED.

There I met John Kiel ( salesman) and his brother Jeremy ( the dealership owner) as I spoke with John, I noticed pictures of him in military uniform on his desk. And yes, I had to ask... he is a retired Jag Officer, husband, Father, and like me.... he loves his country! John brought his brother Jeremy over to meet me ( owner) Folks.... this was ABSOLUTELY the best I have ever felt making a large investment! John did exactly as he said, my truck was delivered when he said, and he kept me informed on my order! I’ve never been one to completely trust a salesperson, this is different! I will NEVER shop anywhere else! Great job John Kiel!! Your honesty, and service to our Country goes a long way with my family!! I Can’t imagine buying from anyone else!!!

Bought a new 2020 Silverado at the end of March and was delivered to me. The first truck sold to me had hidden damages. The tail-gate was rubbing on the bottom corners as if the rear quarter panels were bent inward. After further inspection, damage was found behind rear bumper (chipped paint) as if it was rear ended/backed into and then covered up with a new bumper. Called my sales person Mario that day and told him of the situation. I told him I wanted my old truck back and he said that it was already sold. He was real quick to issue me new truck. He advised me the new truck would only have 300 miles (the distance from New Smyrna to my home), I agreed. Upon the second truck arriving, the vehicle had close to 700 miles and after inquiring for the CarFax, that vehicle was dealer traded from AutoNation Orlando to AutoNation Miami to Coggin Chevrolet of Jacksonville to New Smyrna Chevrolet. I looked past this hoping to have a somewhat new truck and wanting the ordeal to be over with (I sure do regret this). All was fine until later that day, the back up camera stopped working. I notified Mario that day about the camera and he said “It’s a warrantied part” and to have my local dealer fix it or they would pick it up and fix it (no thanks don’t want another 600 miles on my vehicle the distance there and back). Well, I took it in and then found out that the part is backordered and a new manufacturer needs to be found to even produce the part and that this could take months. The head manager at my local dealer advised me there have been other cases of dealerships taking out this part and putting them into vehicles that need it even though the part is “VIN specific”. I have since called New Smyrna back requesting for the final inspection to see if this vehicle was told knowingly with the defect. Kyle at New Smyrna advised me that the final inspection was done however they did not complete it and he would have to obtain it from AutoNation. Looking back I should have returned this vehicle the day the camera stopped working however on good faith I trusted them when saying this could be warrantied no problem. It upsets me that they most likely knew that the camera was defective and that I would be unable to obtained the warrantied part anytime soon. However anything to make a sale apparently. I have since attempted to return the vehicle however they are only offering a trade in which I will be upside down and owe approximately 4-5 thousand to reach my original selling price. Future buyers BEWARE of this dealership especially those who live far away. I feel deceived and cheated by TWO defective $550000 trucks that were sold to me.Update: I spoke to GM of New Smyrna Jeremy Kiel (month of May) on the phone to attempt to make the situation right. He was immediately very defensive accusing me that this post portrayed them as “scum bags”. I told him the post did not state the word “scum bag” and that I simply posted my experience. He told me that all his sales people are trained by him personally and if I had a problem with them that there was nothing he was going to do.Update: I have asked for the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) paperwork for my vehicle multiple times and Jeremy Kiel at New Smyrna Chevrolet has failed to produce any documentation that one was done/completed prior to the delivery of the second truck. I was told earlier this week they would get it to me with no call back. For any future customers having a vehicle delivered, be sure to request your PDI because I have reason to believe my vehicle was sold knowingly of the faulty camera (dealer traded 4 times and New Smyrna failing to produce the PDI). It has now been 3 months without a working camera.*Photos attached of hidden damages discovered of the first truck the next morning of delivery (since delivery was done at 10:30 at night) and a photo of the “new” truck with defective camera (that went out day of delivery).

Recently purchased a 2018 Malibu from John Kiel (also know as “the Colonel” after his impressive 21 years in the army). He is a stand up guy and an even better car salesman! He was honest about my financing options and had me walking out the door with my new car in less than 2 hours. 10/10 would recommend this dealership and 100/10 would recommend John. Had us laughing from start to finish!
This would be my second bad experience at new smyrna chevy. I wouldnt expect from a place Ive known the owner owner my whole life after playing ball with his son my whole childhood. This time I was told my fuel rail was faulty. I was told to replace just the rail would be a total of $3,234.86 not including the price of other recommended services.I called my cousin who is also a diesel mechanic for the city of new smyrna who told me rails are more than likely never to rail but more than likely a sensor or regulator to the rail probably failed. He suggested I call another shop and i did. Long story short i ended up saving myself a total of $2,136.85 by taking it else where. I also had to pay chevy $300 for them to hook a computer to my truck for a diagnostic which wasnt even the issue in the first place.

Theres not enough room to explain every headache I got there. This time was scheduled for new tires and they said it be ready after working my 8 hour day dropped off truck at 730 am returned at 415 and they just started tires waited almost two hours more. Why did I make appointment idk should just went after work right. Any way from the moment I realized salesman and finance guy gave me 100 dollars for my 2000 Chevy 2500 when they told me 3200 I signed and noticed next day the slight of trickery I made mistake I deal with it oh well. The sad part is this is my first new vehicle and my plan was to keep upgrading my truck every few years so I didnt worry about break downs and doing work on my own vehicle. with the treatment I get there I will not be getting another vehicle payment to help new Smyrna Chevy. Every service seems to have some hiccup or over priced filter o wiper swap and advisors always offer some free incentive or discount if I give positive review so each time I refused to give review cause it wouldnt be real it would be bribery. It wouldve been nice to get discounts or free wipers for being customer who pays fair price. Really I want 3100 dollars back but it was word of mouth not paperwork my naivety I coulda returned truck but I worked hard many years to afford my first brand new truck and I picked the one I got and Ill pay it off and drive till the wheels fall off and not get payments to help a trickster business model company again. Theres three other hassles I gad

I had a trailer hitch installed on my 2018 Equinox. The parts department gave me accurate information on parts cost and arrival time if ordered. The service rep, Ms. kitty was courteousand provided precise cost and timely installation. Showed me available snacks, drinks and a comfortable waiting area.
