I hit a piece of flying metal debris on the highway and it cut one of my tires. They had the specific brand and model of the also odd size tires that I needed in stock, and Mike the store manager did all the work himself immediately, there was no waiting. He had a new tire on the aftermarket wheel without hurting the finish, balanced and installed in less than 30 minutes. I realized I had a screw in my tire when I got home from work & started freaking out, as it was leaking fast & the time was almost 7pm. & I just knew everywhere would be closed. I was out of town from Orlando with a flat. I called this location and spoke with a man named Daniel to let him know I would be there soon. He said that he would do his best to help me out but there were cars in front of me and their almost to closing time. I could understand if there was no way to fit me in but to my luck he had his tech stop what he was doing inorder to save my life. Although I am unsure of the techs name who fixed my tire I will say that he is a younger Caucasian male with shaggy blonde hair. I would like to thank both of those said people for taking a few moments to save my life. Daniel was very polite something often overlooked at other places. From my experience I will say that if I lived in this part of Florida I would return to them for whatever tire needs I may have in the future. Great attitudes. I left the tech with all the cash I had on me as a sign of gratitude. Id have left him a lot more had I had more cash in my car. Thanks guys!!!!!!

Connor was absolutely amazing!! My mom had gotten a really bad flat tire when she came to visit for a couple days from Tampa. We had the car towed to this tire kingdom and the next day we went in and spoke to Connor and he did an amazing job in making sure to take care of her and making sure her car was good enough to drive back home even though she didn’t have a ton of money and he had it done the same day!! It was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with a car place and I’ll definitely be back to see Connor for my own car!!

Ordered tires from their website where I specified what kind of car I had and made appointment, arrived and was told they could not lift my car unless I had some sort of pucks that I never heard of. Never needed this before at other places, car has been lifted multiple times. I even brought printed lifting instructions. Wasted so much time and I was leaving on a road trip so I needed the tires soon. Claimed they called but I received no voice mails and no text messages.

Over charged, taken advantage of by the individual on duty. Was told they couldn’t do a single tire replacement that he could only do 2. Also stated we might as well get all 4 because of the buy 2 get 2 deal. We went with the “deal” and was charged over 700 dollars for 2 tires and an alignment. That’s without the warranties we didn’t ask for.

We had a tire blow out on interstate 95 resulting in needing a replacement tire which Dan at the front desk processed right away. Michael in the shop took good care of us and all together getting us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Big thanks to Dan and Michael.

I don’t write very many bad reviews, but stay the heck away from this place! No one, and I mean no one including the manager knows what is going on. All they wanna do is give you excuses about how they had to fire people or people quit or people call in… All I heard is excuses I don’t understand why it took them five days to get my tire replaced. And it wasn’t even on a car it was literally a tire on a rim that was dropped off at their location

Staff and manager were amazing! I was broken down on a Sunday and Manager stayed past closing to patch my tire. While Firestone refused to help due to being booked up. I would highly recommend!

My husband, and I were traveling to New Smyrna with my brother and sister in law for a friends wedding. We were having serious trouble with our car vibrating and shaking coming up. We pulled into tire kingdom and asked if they could help us and look at the tires real quick, since we thought it was the weights on a tire and would be a quick fix. They were very kind and explained to us with the kind of shaking we described it was most likely the tire itself. They recommended replacing the tire. Upon further investigation we found a second tire had a huge bubble in it and also needed to be replaced. We did not have an appointment and they were very busy, but they knew we were on a time crunch to get to this wedding and they squeezed us in. They were awesome! They had us back on the road in less than an hour. We were extremely appreciative! A little kindness goes a long way and they really helped us turn the day around!

This past weekend my wife had an issue with a tire. The light on her car dash was telling her that one or more of her tires was low on air. She went to the Wawa to fill the tires. That was a disaster. The air gauge wasn’t working well. Instead of adding air to her tires, it was letting air out. She had no idea what to do. She had a 3-hour drive ahead of her and needed to get air in the tires. She was in a predicament. This was a gal all by herself with 2 cats in her car. As she was trying to figure out what to do, she noticed the Tire Kingdom at the far end of the parking lot. She drove the car there and explained her plight. Without any hesitation, one of the awesome employees quickly filled all her tires and checked that they had the appropriate air pressure. When she asked how much does she owe for his help, he stated, “No charge. It was my pleasure”.This guy made her day. Did she need tires? No. But that didn’t stop him from being a great help. When we do need tires down the road, we will definitely visit the Tire Kingdom in NSB. They are awesome. Thanks for all your help.

I went for an oil change. My car had other issues but I only wanted the oil changed. I was not pressured nor was I charged for services I didnt ask to be done. They were friendly, honest and quick. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend.

I called and asked if I would be able to have my oil changed as a walk in around 4:30pm. After driving 30 minutes out of my way and arriving at 5:15 I was told that it wouldn’t be able to get done today because there was only 1 technician left. If you could change my oil today then why say that you would be able to squeeze me in over the phone.

Second time here and disappointed again! First time damaged rim, second time terrible tire balance.I wouldn’t come here again if it was free!

If you have several hours and make an appointment for a tire rotation, this is the place for you. Left after waiting 90 min on my tire rotation appointment. Drove a few miles to Jiffy Lube and had my tires rotated in 10 min free of charge. I’ll definitely go elsewhere for any tire/auto service needs. Take care of your customers, we have choices

Tire not fixable after visual check. Goodyear Co. -forget about any type of warranty coverage for even their high rated Kevlar infused tire, no replacement or percentage was offered. Was offered services for tire replacement but I like to compare products, the tires provided for estimate were in stock only, but I would prefer a complete different brand of tire that would need to be ordered. Otherwise it appears to be a widely used company.

Its really hit/mostly miss with tire kingdom.Bought a set of tires 2 months back from them.I fell for the free tire rotationsIf you get an oil change from them.only problem is do you feel like waiting hours for a change? I dont and wont be back.right around this time(I SHOULDVE went with a mobile mechanic and I will be going forward)I had them put front rotors and pads on and they put the cheapest brand they could of course to maximize profits and it came to a whopping $475! (With a free rebate $60 dollar card, you can order online.gotta get around to that I guess😒)

I have been buying tires here for my car for 4 years and they always offer the lowest prices I can find.When they tell me something is wrong with my car. I know its true because I check it and usually replace the part myself. If it is a job I am not able to do then I call, Tire kingdom New Smyrna Beach, this is the only shop I trust to work on my car.

They took good care of my problem. Conner courteous and other guy very knowledgeable and took care of problem and made me happy as can be expected.

SCAM ALERT...RIPOFF.... the office guy came out  with me to look at a flat tire I had in the back of my van with something in it. He barely looked at it and said we cant fix it we dont have any patches that big without even seeing what it was. I grabbed a pair of pliers and pulled it out to see a piece of bent metal that went to a point that wasnt very big. I showed it to him and he replied its to close to the wear bar anyway...What the hell does that mean? You patch them on the inside.Im pretty skeptical at this point and ask him whats the cheapest tire he can do for me, he looks it up and comes up with $140 and itd be late in the afternoon or tomorrow since he will have to special order it...Yes they will have to special order a very popular size tire which is odd since on their website they show that size tire in stock for $66.99. According to that the mounting and balancing is over $70 a tire...Do a search at any tire shop and you will find an in stock cheap tire that size for around $70...I ended up going to Advanced Auto and bought a plug kit, I had trouble getting the plug in because the hole was so small but finally got it in.  I drove on it the next 3 weeks of our vacation in FL and another 1300 miles homes with no problems on a tire with a hole so big they dont make patches big enough to fix it...

Technician Bryan found the issue and fixed my tire in no time! Thank you again & Happy New Year

The guys at Tire Kingdom were great. My A/C had stopped working and I made the appointment for them to check it out. They started by doing a basic check and found that there was no Freon left in the system. They told me exactly how they were going to proceed and kept me informed after each step. Some other places I know of would have told me that I needed a compressor or other part to run up the bill. They were honest, informative and a pleasure to work with.Joe

They knew I had a rental car and that the company I’m renting from takes care of it,But still quoted me $140 for a new tire. I call the rental company and they said they have an account with tire Kingdom and they would switch the tire at no cost to me. I notify Tire Kingdom and they said they have to send an email for confirmation. Next day, they still don’t have an email sent, never placed an order for the tire, and kept pushing back my time to come get it switched 2 days later. Thank you for your fast service.

Gave me wrong info the first time...based on a hunch btw. Nice the 2nd time but still didnt even bother taking my tires off to.confirm. Went in as requested a 3rd time and was blown off. Went to Tire Choice where I was treated with respect and like I knew my car, and they actually brought it in to find the problem. That took me 1 visit there as opposed to the 3 visits with nothing done at Tire Kingdom.

I made an appointment for 5pm to have my tires changed. Arrived 25 minutes early, signed the papers, paid and before I was told it would be finished by 7, a tech started complaining about how it was not getting done today because they were busy... the tech at the front taking my payment said “sorry, they have an appointment for 5....” and the tech shrugged as he went back outside. As we pulled into the parking lot at 6:50 to pick up the truck, they called to let me know they could not get to it.... I got my money back and had the service done elsewhere. Super unprofessional and no respect for others time and honoring appointments. I drove an hour and spent 2 waiting for a service I never received. Obviously I can’t get my time back, so I’m cautioning others against wasting yours here.

On January 1st of 2019, I had all 4 of my tires replaced at the cost of $1500. The price is not the problem, it’s that they gouged and scratched my rims when they were putting the tires on. The store manager noted this in the records and that’s about it. I was told they would pay to have my rims resurfaced given the fact that this is a corporate entity and are supposed to do a professional job. A year later, I have yet to hear back from them.

We came here during the COVID-19 pandemic and we were actually going on our way to get a horse in Edgewater. When we were about 5 mins away from our destination, 2 of our trailer tires blew. Came here 12 mins after closing, and they took care of us very well.

Had some nice BF Goodrichs with some life, great for farm truck. Asked that they just not dispose of them. They could not wave the 10$ per tire fee, and then really ripped up the old tires so they were not able to be used. Top it off, they broke the lug key - so I had to goto the toyota dealer to get a new one, really left me high and dry. Thanks for really complicating things.

We had some tire trouble at night on I-95, and got the car towed here. Despite not having an appointment, Daniel took care of us as soon as possible the next morning, and had us safely back on the road before lunchtime.

Worst customer experience Ive had with a mechanic in New Smyrna Beach. Other reviews about integrity at this shop are correct. Be sure to mark your tires if you go for the oil change and tire rotation. I put a chalk mark on my front tires and asked them to rotate. I told him the rotation wasnt done he brought the employee out in front of me and asked him twice If He Did It? Basically, called me the liar even after i showed him the chalk marks. Then, he had the same employee rotate them back. (Who does that. I just complained about this workers performance). Makes me wonder if the oil even got changed or the filter. I will not go back. Save yourself the hassle and headache find a different mechanic. it seems to be a cultural problem at this place not an employee training problem. Just wanted what I paid for. BTW cant you check the cameras to see if the employee rotated my tires.

Since moving to New Smyrna Beach, I have had my car repairs done at Tire Kingdom. Overall, my experiences have been satisfactory. I would definitely recommend their services.

Popped in at the end of the day for a quick tire rotation. The completed it promptly and were extremely friendly in doing so.

Went in because of a low front tire. Within 2 minutes they are telling me it cant be fixed and I need 4 new tires to the tune of $700. Went up the street to the Dodge dealer and they found a nail in the tire and fixed it for $30. Bad business practice. Shopper beware!

A Great bunch of people work here! I went in with a tire pressure warning light on mazda. The guys there were courteous and listened to what little info I had. Turns out the air fill stem was broken. They replaced it at no charge! Class act!

Waste of time dealing with this shop. Had an appointment for a front end alignment for 5pm. Arrived on time and prepared to wait for the alignment. Technician wined and cried so much about doing it I was uncomfortable and left rescheduling my appointment for the first thing the next morning. Upon arrival of the nest appointed time I realized what a horrible place this is and Im going to take my business elsewhere. Maybe where the tech appreciates having a job and customers. Obviously this place doesnt. I suggest that you start by going somewhere else and completely avoid this nightmare of a headache shop.

Had new tires mounted and balanced.One problem: THE LUG NUTS WEREN’T TIGHTENED PROPERLY!!!!!Person on the phone was rude when we called to report the issue. Had car towed back to shop because my wife didn’t feel comfortable driving it back. She was told to “just drive slowly”! Wow, guess safety is NOT on the priority list!!!

Stop at this place thinking it would be a quick fix.Not the case at allTurnes out i needed a new tire and i didnt even have a spare..One young man (very knowledgeable and very kind) took the time to drive almost 30 min to another location and retrive a tire that would work on my carI have expensive tires and i knew it wasnt going to be cheap....well...turnes out...they have a credit card plan that suited my needs.Thank you so much for the great jobs you guys do!!!!!

Dont send loved ones who don’t know common mechanics scams. Sent wife in for pre-arranged oil change for 49.95, walked our with a 160$ worth of stuff I just did i.e air filter blades ect. And they forgot to turn off check oil light . Scheduled that and of course no mechanic or manager on duty. To boot mechanics cussing out manager in front of customers about getting “ ripped off “ on job assignments.... the irony. Just dont go there not worth the headache

I’ve been to this location twice in four years, should’ve learned my lesson the first time. My most recent trip was a few months ago getting some new tires as they supposedly had a deal going on “Four new tires for $160”, made an appointment online, brought my car in and was told it would take two hours to compete, no problem. I come back two hours later and my car hadn’t even moved yet, they tell me another hour (mind you this is an hour before close). They finally get done about fifteen minutes after close, and the bill spikes up to just over $300, when I asked about this as for the online appointment it was over a hundred dollars cheaper, they try telling me about all these extra fees and charges that aren’t included on the website, a $20 difference I wouldn’t worry so much about but $140? I talk them down about $60. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. As soon as I leave the lot, my tire pressure sensor is flashing and the car pulls the right real bad. Knowing from my last experience, if I were to take it back they’d just blame it on me and argue with me so I just decided to go get it fixed at another shop, another $100. Should’ve listened to my friend when her brother (who used to work at this location) purposely cause things to become faulty, or “loosen” things just to get customers to come back and get more money. There are a few good people that work here from what I could tell and from talking to them, unfortunately they weren’t the ones working on my car. I’ve learned my lesson from this point, never coming back to Tire Kingdom.

Would not recommend that anyone goes here. if you must then make sure you ask for Neil. He is the only one there that will go out of his way to make sure your car gets fixed right. the rest of the people there are just scammers and will do whatever they can to get your money. half of them cant even fix the problems. they just look for other things on your cars they can replace without even telling you. DO NOT GO HERE. But like i said ASK FOR NIEL IF YOU GO. He will help you out.

Was a customer to this location for 3 years until it came time to use the FACTORY WARRANTY that they sold me knowing the type of car that I drive, the manager told me I was unable to use my warranty that had 30,000 miles left to go. Not gonna lie some of the guys here do good work but just don’t waste your time and go to the Port Orange Location instead.

The shop closes at 5:00pm. I arrived at 4:15pm and asked for an oil change. There were three employees standing around in the waiting area and only one car in the 5 open bays. They informed me that they could not accommodate an oil change as it was too close to closing time and there were others a head of me(no one else waiting). Poor management. Do not recommend.

Had a tire separate that had 15000 miles on it, another store(tire kingdom) installed a bad tire in the first place, so I had it warranted out and bought another new tire so the tread levels were the same. That day I noticed the car wobbling left and right at slow speed. When I jacked the car up and spun the new tire I noticed it had a dip in the tread and it wobbled left to right as well. I took it there and wanted it replace but they refused and told me it was my shocks. So I replaced my socks and it still does the same damn thing but now in the front as they switched the tires up front. Now it vibrates at high speed and I just dont get it, why cant you put a good tire on my car! And one more thing,,,,,a lug nut came off while pulling in the drive way! Smh

Questionable integrity at this place... I heard someone trying to scam a poor lady on the phone. Came here to get a tire replaced (under warranty) and they charged me $60 ...smh... that said, they didnt try to scam me, or another man that came after me. Im a male, with a clean car that had zero problems though. He was a male with a clean car too. Seems like its only some of the employees that dont know what theyre doing/have integrity.

July 4th we were driving from orlando to New Smyrna to see family and fireworks. We heard a flapping noise and realized we had a tear in our tire. Nobody was open. We saw this tire kingdom was but ready to.close we pulled in asking if they could.please help us. Even though they were ready to lock up and go home they helped us right there on the spot and had us back on the road in about 20 minutes. We were so thankful. We know they could have easily said no but they chose to do a good thing and help my family! God Bless all of you who helped us
