Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this store. I have been patronizing five years and it just gets worse and worse. The techs have a chip on their shoulder the minute you say something. They complicate a simple request with an attitude. The manager said that they are under staffed and nervous all the time and I get that but what is the use of taking it out on the customers. This is a problem for management and this business culture comes from the top down. I might consider Walgreens instead.
I have had good and bad experiences with the pharmacy however the last 2 times have been exceptional due to pharmacy technician Heather. She knows her job and was so helpful to me. She even check something that I didn’t even ask her to check. It ended up saving me some money. I can’t praise her enough. She is a super employee and provides great customer service. Thank you Heather
Called to get a refill on blood pressure medication, insurance needed to be called for an override and it was the weekend so I couldnt call member services. Was told that they are too busy to call because of giving out vaccines...
Entire staff of the Pharmacy department of this store has no conception of the word Customer Service. Been filling out sons RX here for more than 10 years. Despite insurance stating no copay, they always find a reason for a $1 or $2 charge of a Medicare /Medicaid Advantage Plus plan. When an RX is actually Less than an insurance covered item they dont voluntarily inform. Most amazing - they refuse to call other local CVS stores to inquire if an item may be available that they are out of stock. Regardless, the same RX is filled every month the past 9+ years by the same person. But CVS states it is not safe to call a sister store to find the availability of Vyvanse. Like they dont know who we are? Why would they even be out of stock if they know you are going to fill it again next month just as you have the past 108 months in a row?We only darken CVS doorway because its the only local network pharmacy accepting our Sons insurance. Hats off to Publix and other local small pharmacies. Youre greeted by name, asked how they can help and assist in expediting a refill if by chance out of stock.CVS just doesnt care. Period.
Seriously CVS your gonna lock the door when I’m walking up to it at 858 smh shame on you
Heather at the pharmacy is rude, condescending and has absolutely no people skills. I would never recommend coming to this store. Corporate should take note that they lost a customer due to Ms. Heathers attitude.
Have had 2 experiences in last month with a blonde phar. Tech . She is rude and has no customer service skills. Considering transferring my prescriptions to not have to encounter her
I love the deals and cash rewards. Cheaper then Walgreens on most items!!
Brenda, the pharmacist was extremely helpful.
Friendly staff and clean store
Great location
I got ice cream here with the wife and it was dope
