I have a really terrible experience buying two units of calibrated yokogawa power analyzers worth $20K from them. It ends up they sent me incomplete units with missing modules. It takes me nearly several months to chase them up for the missing modules to fullfill my order. Finally, they sent me the module, but it is not only not calibrated, it is defective even with the calibration sticker and warranty seal. I immediately send them back the rubbish module they sent me, and guess what happened ? They sent me photo of the received module with the seal and sticker broken and try to accused me of opening up the unit and want to void the warranty. Fortunately I have taken photo of the module with the seal and sticker in good condition before I shipped the unit. I send them back the photos and they said they have to claim responsibility from the courier company. What a ridiculous and dodgy company I ever come across! If I have time, I could have put them in court with all the emails and transactions record as evidence.Grace
