Morgan was great! I went to the other T-Mobile store in the area yesterday just to get my SIM card replaced and I was being pressured into upgrading and adding a lot of different things to my account that I didn’t need. When I came to this store today, I was a little apprehensive but Morgan made everything so easy and I was able to get everything taken care of that I needed with no pressure. Thank you so much for all of your help and I will definitely be back if I need anything in the future!

This entire team Morgan 2.0 Danny + have been absolutely above and beyond spectacular! I can go on for days about how they have helped and served the best customer service every company should have! But I’ll simply keep it at this, they’re the best! The world needs more customer services and employees like them and this company!

Firstly let me say the gentlemen who helped me yesterday were a big help. The manager…the manager who wasn’t there is my issue. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for quite some time. I was notified that I had to upgrade or pay off the phone I have. After finding what I needed along with case glass protector and ear buds I was told the 2 scratches tiny scratches may be a problem. I have had the otter case and screen protector for the entire life of the phone. There was 1/8th of an inch scratch on the screen which you could barley see and on the back of the phone a scratch smaller than 1/8 th of an inch…I told the rep I would take my chances if the manufacturer rejected it we would pay it off then. Within a few minutes the manager calls him back(he was new) and tells him they are charging me anyway because most likely it would be sent back. All of this SIGHT UNSEEN!!!!I told them to thank their manger for losing a good customer. Oh wait 4 customers. I love t mobil this manager reflects so poorly on the company and his excellent coworkers. #imdone #nocontractnocustomer #verizonherewecome

This T-mobile is AMAZING! I went into the store today to activate 3 lines and the two Morgans there made it SO easy. I switched my mom to the Samsung A32 from her flip phone and they were so sweet showing her how to work the basics 110% would go back.

The sales people had zero knowledge about the devices. Didnt ask me what my budget was just kept trying to sell me the more expensive device.. They looked up information about the devices AFTER I kept asking them. Didnt let me know while looking at my account that my phone bill was also due. Did not make me feel like a valued customer. This is why I hate this store and prefer the one on Taylor road in Port Orange.

My experience started with this T-Mobile location about two weeks ago when my MIL and I went in to add her to our phone plan. She bought her phone outright and was to be added to our plan at $35 a month. Then suddenly as her line would be our fourth line there was the “add a line on us promotion” cool, free line! Awesome! Well then comes the bill the next month. My bill went up $69 for this “free line” I then look on my bill and there is her line discounted for free aside from the $20 insurance, but then there was this random (407) number on my bill. I go back into the store, both associates that were there the first day we were in there were there. The gentleman associate is clearly more knowledgeable than his counterpart which if he mansplained one more thing to her or to me I was literally going to flip. There’s being good at your job and then there’s this guy that makes it a point to let you know he knows what he’s doing. He spoke over the female that was helping me (which he did over and over the first time we were there too) blamed Sprint that “in store they run these promotions to help customers and that he helped me but big bad sprint does this to people”. Well I called Sprint, they were able to see where the line was MISTAKENLY added to my line the first session in your store. They also saw where you did not cancel the insurance I asked you to cancel yesterday. So not only did you both lie to my face, you were the ones who messed up my bill, didn’t take credit for it and were SUPER rude by not even saying thanks or goodbye when we left yesterday. We were not rude to you and you decided to combat the kindness we had and our confusion with you being over the top RUDE. Guess it goes to show you both only have personality when someone is buying a $1200 phone from you. I hope you both find jobs in another industry that suits you because this ain’t it honeys.Thankful for the wonderful associate over the phone with T-Mobile/Sprint who fixed these two’s mistakes and credited the almost $70 I would have paid if I would have just ignored or went with the despondent attitude that these two had. They could care less about helping customers, it’s literally all what they can sell you and they make that abundantly clear. Will be handling all business matters over the phone from now on as both instances in this store were total wastes of time. I was in the store Monday March 15 and Monday March 29th if you are management at this store I hope that you can atleast train these two better on your promotions, especially the young woman on how to do things on the computer and please educate the young man on how to communicate effectively without talking to his coworker or customers like dirt :)

The ladies at this store were so amazing helping me in my husband setting up our phones the service we got over the phone from the main Carrier and from the other Sprint T-Mobile was awful these ladies really made it up if I would go anywhere it would always be to the one next to big lots on 44

I have a bad experience in this store. I don’t recommend it even working with T-Mobile at least 6 years. She looked at me as I didn’t have condition to buy what I’d like. So I took my business to other store. I try to support the local business but with some stores like this TMobo is impossible!

5 years T-Mobile customer here with 6 lines and more than 5 devices financed over time. I’m sad to have to write a negative review about my fav carrier however let it be known this is location specific and not a review of T-Mobile as a carrier. The employees in this location were extremely unhelpful and lacked basic knowledge, the offered $361 for an XS MAX trade in without inspecting it or even asking how many gigs it is, T-Mobile advertised $500 for these phones when trading in for the new iPhone, I’ll be going to another store and will update this review promptly. Also when I inquired about the iPhone 12 Pro Max availability, they claimed I could have it by next Friday, I was in disbelief but I asked them to go ahead and order it, few mins later (still didn’t ask how many gigs or color I want) they said they only had the gold, I asked if they’ll get the blue anytime soon and she said well it doesn’t come in blue, turns out she was pulling an iPhone 11 because that’s what I asked for (which I didn’t), proceeded to pull a Google search to show me that iPhone 12 pro max won’t be available until whatever date which I knew but I went off of what she told me. Couldn’t give me even an estimate of what the down payment will be or even bother look it up, “it all depends on your credit” is what she said 2 times. Shame they have people working here who are unwilling to help and not interested in your business.Edit: Visited Port Orange branch just now, they offered the advertised trade in of $500 and offered to notify me when the phone is available or order. BEWARE!! Went in and transferred 2 phones from another carrier to take advantage of the buy one get one offer. Was told would receive a gift card that could be used to pay off the second phone. They lied, it is a monthly credit which is not a buy one get one. It is a buy one and they will slowly finance the second. The net effect is a two year handcuff to them. It is NOT the same!!! And it took several hours to complete the transaction on that day. AND, now I have spent hours on the customer service line speaking to somewhere in southeast Asia getting nowhere. AND, the service is awful as I travel up and down I-95 in Florida and have several areas where the no service comes up on my phone. NOT HAPPY in any way with T-MOBILE!! My review is ZERO stars but the system will not accept that....

I can not say enough great things about this store. The Customer Service is amazing. It is obvious that the employees here enjoy their job because they pass on the positive attitude to their customers. All of the employees work together to meet customers’ needs. Additionally, they go above and beyond what I would consider “Normal” expectations. For example, Tia helped both of my daughters get new phones and service. AND, we bought cases and screen protectors for the phones, and without hesitation Tia put both cases and screen covers on for us! She wanted to make sure we walked out the door 100% done and ready to use our phone. All the employees are that way. Anslee researched some fine print for us that helped us. When some employees weren’t 100% sure about something they all worked together to find out the answer; even making some phone calls until the topic was satisfied. Anslee researched some other fine print for other customers too and I watched her on at least two occasions help other customers with their issues until they were happy & satisfied. The Manager of the store, Tatiana, is so professional, knowledgeable, and supportive of her team. She respects her employees and fosters a positive workplace that trickles down to her employees and to the customers. Remember; the store is very open air so customers can see everything going on & it was nice to see the employees working together and how positive they are. I was impressed that every time I’ve been in the store that I experienced the same exemplary customer service and team approach.I was so happy with my experience at this store, two sets of my neighbors went in to switch to t-mobile based on my great experience.

The one Gentlemen sales rep helped me with my Sim card today. He solved the problem in 1 minute.Thats why I have been a Tmobile customer for over 15 years.Great service and reception with the best price Unlimited Data plan.Just wish Tmobile offered the free Amazon Prime video and shipping on my 2 lines, as Metro by Tmobile does for $90 per month😣

Rep would not listen to me when upgrading my wifes phone. When asked if I wanted them to move things from one phone to another I said no I can do everything myself She then continued to try to push me to let them do it. Then didnt handle the new phone with care slamming it on the counter. Then instead of just moving sim from old phone to the new. They insisted on the new one. When activating new sim they then went into the account and removed my sim and disabled my phone. They wanted to just give me a new sim to fix it instead of reversing the unprovisioning of sim. Will never go to this location again. As other reviews these ladies are clueless and incompetent.
