I love this store. Its the only one I go to because Rizz is AMAZINGLY BLESSED with his care of customers and knowledge of Metros equipment and accessories.So yesterday I was in a crisis as usual. I enter the store Rizz is always happy to see me. He takes the time to understand the community and to know them by name. Long story fast. He handled my crisis and got me back connected into a locked phone and back to business.So happy to have him in NSB🥰🥰🥰

The manager Rizze M. Was down right rude! One he messed up our bill from the beginning. He double charged us! The sweet girl haley who works there. Found the mistake and fixed the promblem. She even had the money credited back to us! Then something happened with our bill 2 months later. Somehow we were over charged. Haley was not there. But there a nice younger gentleman. He tried to help but needed a manager. The joke of manager was to busy not listening and arguing with me; then to fix the issue. Finally I haf enough and ask if i can call corporate. (i am not pulling a Karen.) The gentleman from Metro PCS phone was amazing! Not only were we over charged again! We were on the wrong plan. He fixed everything and We are very happy with our service again!!!! Thank you to metro pcs phone customer service. As for the excuse for a manager. A formal complaint was logged against you. Metro has contacted me again, trying to find out why I was orginally double charged. You do not argue or put customers down! Even if i was wrong (which i was not) there are ways to help. They need a new store manager. One who does the job right. You had no right to speak to me the way you did. We are all humans. We all mess up. Own up to your mistakes instead of trying to cover them up.

The girl was great. But, the supervisor sucked. I just wanted to change the date I had to pay my bill. I live on social security and I get paid on the 2 nd week of the month. Which is good except for the week with 5 months. I try to pay on time. But, Im not going to make it this time. Regretfully you might just keep the phone!!

Ive been to this location twice, and BOTH TIMES the associates were very helpful. My list visit, May 5th, Melissa was amazing, trying to help get my old phone working properly. She was able to get me enlisted in a payment program, and get a new phone. Which was long overdue.

This is one of the best places to get experienced pleasant help. This will not try to sell more than you need. I highly recommend this metro outlet.

Helpful with Cell phone questions. Can help you with awesome package deals. I have service through them which is great in Florida, but travelling outside of the state of Florida deemed to be a issuewith Cell tower service, with that said we were informed they are working on getting more towers. Friendly staff.

Worst place ever. The manager (Lewis) is unprofessional and his general manager (Ms. Keisha) gives him extra special treatment there because thats her nephew. She makes sure he hits quota (20 phones a month and 600$ in accessories) even though there are employees who work their ass off and dont get acknowledged . Do not goThere . They will talk you into buying things you dont actually need

Do not buy accessories from here. I bought tempered glass for my new phone, and it popped off after 3 days. I went back to the store because the adhesive would not stick to my phone. The manager would only authorize a $5 discount on a new one, which meant I would have to pay the same price I did when I bought it. Corporate does not have any say in accessories, any exchanges or refunds are dealt with at the store. This manager has poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I hate to give local businesses bad reviews but every time I went into Metro PCS off US1 in NSB, I NEEDED A NEW PHONE(Especially since I have been with them over 1yr. BUT all they keep telling me was it would beCHEAPER to get 2 phones!!! Idk MANY ppl that NEED 2 PHONES at 1 time!! And when I didnt make a decision THAT DAY, the guy I was dealing with CALLED ME (left a VM bcuz I didnt know the # that was calling. So it was the guy hounding me about when I would be back in to get a phone!! I mean 1st they really DONT have any GREAT UPGRADE SPECIALS!! NO MATTER HOW LONG U HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER!! And when I 1st went to get a phone from Metro, the lady didnt even let ME PICK THE PHONE!! And I went back about 2days after I got WHATEVER PHONE THE LADY THERE THOUGHT I would like and Metro STILL didnt help me!! Im really only with them bcuz Im on disability n they have the Cheapest Plans...I give them CREDIT for that!! Just be nice to walk in if u dont like the phone that waschosen for u OR if u have been a customer for over a yr, as a Thank u to mine and everyone elses, we should be ABLE to UPGRADE WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY N ARM & LEG!! OR HAVE TO BUY 2 PHONES THAT I DONT NEED!!! Sorry end of rant LOL
