I made an online purchase for a push lawnmower that no one else had in stock. Opted for non contact pickup.TSC sent an email with pickup instructions and a link to notify the store that I arrived.The whole process was fast and efficient and all the employees were friendly and very helpful.

I love this store. The employees are very helpful. If I cant find what I need there is always someone to help. Very clean and well organized.

I found myself stuck in New Smyrna Beach without a trailer hitch, ball or receiving sleeve to take back a trailer to Jacksonville.I was met at the front door bar several smiling people which quickly directed me to the correct aisle. The gentleman that helped me stayed with me all the way to the counter and even made sure I got a $10 discount as advertised in the weekly sale that I was not even aware of.Now, on my way out, the roasted peanuts caught my eye and the young lady told me that they actually had a dill pickle flavor. If you’re a roasted peanut connoisseur like I am, you will love these and certainly you’ll love the service at Tractor Supply in New Smyrna Beach.

Mark & Zack are awesome! I received 5 star service here today & its all because of them! Mark was super helpful with my electric fencing questions & saved me from wasting money on things that I didnt need. Zack pushed my cart & loaded up all of my feed & salt blocks! Such nice people & excellent customer service!

Used their pet washing station for 1st time today was awesome fully furnished with shampoos, towels, grooming equipment. Staff was friendly checked make sure had everything we needed. Great folks.

Have always loved Tractor Supply. Went to try out their dog wash yesterday. I highly recommend it if you have a large or even medium size dog.All of the staff there was very accommodating! They provide everything - several types of soap, apron, towels, dryer, nail trimmer, brush, even styptic powder! Loved it - my dog, not so much. Shes not fond of bathing. And the staff takes care of the clean-up, no mess or laundry at home to deal with. The staff even provided me with a coupon I wasnt aware of, which made it an even better bargain. Even the regular cost of $9.99 is sooo worth it. THANK YOU staff of New Smyrna Tractor Supply. Well be visiting again soon.

My wife and I came in, bewildered, had to move out of our house and needed a trailer to complete the job. Christa was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in giving us many options we didnt know existed. We left with a trailer and some other goodies but most of all, we left smiling and not stressed.Thank you TSC and Christa especially!!!

The staff are so undertrained it’s disturbing!The store manager is very rude and provides horrible customer service!I love tractor supply it’s self and all the products they provide but this new Smyrna beach location needs some work on their staff!

Awesome variety, actually cheaper than pet stores or other well known online pet supply shops for my Yorkie.....with wide range, extreme amounts of different products for pets at reasonable prices. Paid half the price for the same product I bought from vet.
