Did an excellent job for us! Did a window for us in one hour! We dropped it off and picked it up! Price was very reasonable!

We purchased plexiglass from this company when the pandemic started and they seemed to be friendly probably because they were all smoking marjuiana. The glass was fine and cut to perfect size with no issues. We called back to order more months later they were so rude and unprofessional, not to mention that they tripled in price. Dont use them, they act like theyre doing you a favor. Call Richardsons Glass. Half the price and they appreciate your business.

We needed a glass cut for our kitchen table Blake Brothers had it cut the next day and the price was reasonable. If you need glass tou should give them a call.

I needed my bathroom mirror cut down. I took it to Blakes and they cut it while I waited. I found the staff very helpful and friendly.

Recently had a bay window in my that was roughly 5 X 5, nothing small by any means. Called Blake Brothers in January and they took measurements then called back with a quote. Told them I would wait till it warmed up to have it replaced. Three months later they came out to replace the window and the stayed with the quote. I had also gotten a quote from Richardsons and they were DOUBLE the cost. The guys that replaced the window were extremely friendly and personable. They made quick work of everything and cleaned everything up right away. I would definitely recommend using them for anyone in need of any glass work. It was my first time using Blake Brothers and I will use them for any further glass needs I have.

Helpful counter staff but didnt have what I needed

I called because I wanted to have a couple of textured glass panels cut for cabinet doors. Richardson glass quoted me a price over $50. I stopped by and Bill Blake worked with me to find a textured glass I liked that would work for my purpose and budget. He had the glass cut and ready for me within 10 minutes and they fit perfectly. I appreciate him taking the time to help me. The price was more than fair, definitely better than Richardson. They do only accept cash or check, no cards, so be forewarned.

Girlfriend took her car in for a front windshield replacement. They are not acreddited per google and BBB, but display a sign saying they are. Upon pickup of car, they told us damage to the cowl panel below the windshield was there before but was not. They continued to try to do temp fixes once we pressed them on the issue but unable to fix it and said we def should replace it. That is a $300 part. They failed to tell us any post-maintenance information like no car wash or rain for 24 hours. At 26 hours after install, we had a car wash and water leaked in the entire top of windshield. At speeds of 45 mph there is an audible air leak that is loud at the base of window. They could not fit us in till later in day so we got a second and third opinion from Richardsons in Newark and Glass America which are both accredited. They both conducted inspections to include light and water checks. There is massive leaks and visible gaps in windshield and the roof.They stated that the work was negligent and that you could not fix the window and it would have to be replaced.During inspections, we found a large crack on roof and chips and damage to body work from their work along back of hood and sides of windshield. They put primer across the crack to hide it and never mentioned it. The car is in immaculate condition with no damage and looks new on interior besides gouges in interior and black marks on interior from workers. Only could be made by their maintenance.When i talked to them in person, they insulted me, demeaned us, and continued to argue that they are great and to let them test it and fix it. When offered to show them the damage on the car which was outside, they declined. No work has been done since their work. Because it takes a week to properly remove that windshield.Not until i made specific statements about evidence of damage and phone call recordings from their inept staff, did he say he would give us the check back. The owner is a single mother of two and needed the money to pay for the next company to pay for the window. We were threatened initially to go to court but then they ended with giving our check back and them trying to gain distance from our complaint.
